Repetiría sin dudarlo

Es perfecto, los apartamentos super cómodos y muy grandes.Cocina muy bien equipada. Vistas a la montaña maravillosas.Pudimos estar en el Jacuzzi exterior mientras nevaba y fue una experiencia maravillosa.

La calefacción de nuestro apartamento hacía mucho ruido pk era por bomba de calor y teníamos que apagarla por la noche , por la mañana hacía frio en el apartamento (283)

The room was amazing. Communication with the resort manager was great always responded quickly. Location in Canmore was great and very quiet.

The hot tub could have been hotter

Relaxing place to stay!

Perfect set up for our family - I appreciated that it was very toddler proof...nothing that they could wreck lol. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Overpriced for a just ok place.

Great location.

Run down furniture, broken washing machine, leaky shower and towel rack falling off the wall. Cleaning was poor, went to wipe up a spill on kitchen floor and towel was black afterwards. Host non responsive to email. Oh yeah, and smoke detector was covered in foil?!

Above average stay for a reasonable price - we will definitely be back!!

We were a group of 4 women who rented a 2 bd, 2 bath suite at the Platinum Suites (aka Worldmark by Wyndham - a timeshare resort). The size of the suite was great - enough space and furniture to comfortably hang out. Balcony was a plus to enjoy the mountain views. We were able to check in a little early, which was nice. The inside and outside of the property are well-maintained, including pool and hot tub. The space is a little dated but still cozy and clean. Instructions were emailed to me ahead of time for entry, and it was straightforward. Great location, just a few minutes drive to downtown Canmore and maybe 20 mins to Banff.

A couple minor hiccups: trouble logging into wifi and getting the TV working. Called and spoke with someone but it was Fri pm on a long weekend, and she had nobody to send over. We eventually figured things out on our own. Nobody works the front desk - you need to call or email the resort manager unless you are lucky enough to run into a staff who can answer any questions you have. A few lights were burnt out - including in one shower. Oh, and if you are a Charmin fan, bring your own toilet paper...it's a one-ply toilet paper resort, lol.

Would stay again

I liked the beds they were very comfortable. We also liked how spacious it was. The value was fantastic. Building was quiet which was also nice!

It could have been a bit cleaner and a little bit better maintained but we still really enjoyed it.

Platinum Suites Resort is our go to stay but could use some maintainance

the location, the layout of the suite, the size of the suite, the outdoor pool

the cupboards were fairly bare in terms of not many. bowls, plates, etc, living room curtains were off their hooks

Very good

The building was clean, and the underground parking was a huge plus, being that we were there in the winter. The condo was large with lots of space.

Some of the items in the kitchen are in need of replacing. There should also be more lamps in the lounging area.

Very good

Comfortable and spacious with mountain view. Lots of amenities in the unit and common area. Well appointed kitchen.

Unit had issues with the kitchen and shower drains backing up - proprietor never responded to messages via Booking.com site A New Years Eve party next door ran out of control without intervention to the wee hours of the morning.

Great location, unit itself could just use a few updates/maintenance.

Great size for a girls weekend for 3 women, so nice to have a 2 bedroom condo with 1 king bed and 2 twins instead of just 2 beds. As always great location and a quick trip into downtown.

Condo itself just seemed a bit tired. We have stayed here several times before and likely will again but the condo could just use a few updates. 3 lamps didn’t work because the knobs were broken, fireplace pilot light was on but we couldn’t get the fireplace itself to work. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose, felt like it could fall off or leak at any moment. The dishwasher door also seemed like it could fall off at any time. General cleanliness could just be improved, old water bottle under one of the beds, recycling bin had mold in it.

overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back

pool was great! Suite was really nice layout. kitchen could use some extra dishes. there was only one dinner plate but everything else was ok. could use a deep clean as carpets are stained and corners where forgotten but general cleaning was great!

location was a bit far from town but beautiful surroundings and walking trails

Disappointing start…

The condo itself was lovely. This was our second time staying here. The size and hot tub and pool is awesome.

Sadly, when we arrived our condo had not been cleaned. The bedding and towels were dirty and things were visibly soiled. We attempted to message the property as well as call the numbers they left. We left messages. We received no reply. We ended up going to the grocery store and purchasing cleaning supplies and cleaning it ourselves and doing all the laundry. We have yet to hear from the property.

Good

The outdoor hot tub and pool was very nice. Master bed was comfortable.

Two lamps did not work, made the rooms quite dark. Fireplace did not work. It's definitely not like a hotel you're expected to preclean before you leave. Each room had one small hotel bottle of each conditioner shampoo and lotion. Only one days worth of coffee no matter your length of stay. The price was alright cuz it's off season but I couldn't imagine paying more for this place when it doesn't seem to be maintained. I dunno if the plugs are connected to a lightswitch but I had to unplug the lamp so I could plug in my phone charger as only one outlet worked.

We would definitely stay there again as it really felt like a vacation away from city.

The location is absolutely breathtaking! The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool too. One of our best stays at Canmore.

The dishes and cutlery was dirty and there were dried up contact lenses on the counter in one of the bathrooms so we ended up cleaning a bit when we got there. The vent on the ceiling in the kitchen should also be cleaned.

Nice place, poor upkeep

Location, hot tub n pool,

Property need to be updated. Washer and dryer were not working.Even after complained no one fixed. My family handwashed clothes.Iron board was damaged. There was no immediate ground staff for help.

Enjoyed the view and the location

Beds were comfortable, fireplace was lovely. Kitchen had what was needed.

Suite needs a deep clean. Dust on baseboards, vents, behind furniture, under stove, etc. People in the unit above were extremely loud - running, jumping, stomping.

the unit was lovely and well pointed I was there with my 4 year old granddaughter so the pool and hot tubs were a hit.

I could not access tv or Netflix. called the 1-888 number to report however never received a call back there was a pair of men’s socks by the drapes in the king suite so I question how well the unit had been cleaned or vacuumed Also no instructions on how to turn the fireplace on. would have been very enjoyable to have the fire on at night those things can turn a weekend from a great time to a disappointing time

Great location, room and facilities. the outdoor pool is wonderful!

Getting rid of garbage and recycling was a bit of a hassle. There is nowhere to get rid of empty bottles and the staff on site are with a different management company and aren’t interested in providing info.
