Amazing

The layout of the apartment. How comfortable it was and amazing value for money. Close to the beach. Stayed here as was visiting family and wasn't far from where family lived. Very clean and very easy to find

Super comfortable / great value for money

Great location. Warm & comfortable (it was freezing outside) / great value

Small point. We arrived at night. It was a real struggle to deal with the key box at the room. Could do with better lighting over them

Comfortable Great place to stay.

Great place to stay, easy access and overall facilities good. Lots of room to feel relaxed and great base to stay away from home. Very clean and well presented inside and out.

The only small issue was the water pressure and shower. Was more of a dribble which was disappointing compared with the rest of the facilities.

Great location in St Anne’s and handy if you want to go into blackpool by bus. Very clean and comfortable and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

Location and parking excellent

It was very shabby and there was a horrible smell in the flat. It didn’t feel like a place to relax. Didn’t appreciate having to remove a dead spider from the living room wall upon arrival. No central heating and flat was cold and the electric heater in the living room gave off a terrible smell when turned on.

Spacious apartment with enough equipment to make self catering options possible for a group of 4. Clean and functional bathroom. Clean bed linen and towels - big thumbs up. The location was great because it was close enough to Blackpool for a quick commute to all the main attractions without actually being in Blackpool. Lytham Saint Anne’s is a lovely coastal town and we felt safe and comfortable in our apartment with secure entry system too. Parking always available.

It’s a double bed and it’s very cramped for two adults so we struggled with it. Much prefer something bigger. A better sleep, personally would have enabled a better stay. The shower was leaking water from the main unit so affected pressure and it wasn’t great for rinsing long hair!

The apartment was spacious, well equipped

There was a bad smell in the kitchen, drains It didn’t feel 100%, clean, the bathroom bin was not emptied and full of previous people cotton wool etc

Clean good location a little basic in the kitchen

Great location, lovely grounds, clean and clean linen….. was fine for a couple of nights but wouldn’t want to stay for a week as kitchen , although had adequate crockery, cutlery pans etc …. Not conducive to making evening meals.

Our unit was a bit tired, kitchen had old fashioned cooker and the kitchen was small.and basic by today’s standards. Dining table also pre loved….. just feel the whole place was in need of an update.

Easy to find with parking. Walking distance to a few restaurants and good base to go to Blackpool. Only a few minutes walk from the beach

Lovely old house in a good location for access to the town centre and sea front. Lovely sitting room with comfy sofa. Comfy beds and pillows

Facilities were pretty good. The kitchen could do with some updating and proper sized glasses is a must!

A fantastic place to stay!

From the moment we arrived and saw the beautiful building with its character and history we were simply blown away. The location was perfect with a slow paced walk of 10 minutes to the beach at St Anne's, the near by square and convenience of all things you need whilst away. The accommodation had everything you needed and the space was very well used. A true home from home. Transport links were very handy with a bus stop outside and when it states lots of available parking, this is very accurate. Amelia and Sophie, are beyond accommodating and really try to make sure all requests are accommodated. We were thankful for our early check-in and we were asked if anything was needed for the toddler that was travelling with us. We also had to call twice, both on weekend days and each time our queries were dealt with and we were not made to feel like we had intruded, honestly professional really is a understatement as they are both far more than this. A great pair to management such a beautiful place. The apartments which we had two of were so clean, we were very impressed and the views from apartment 5 & 8 were so pretty, we could see the sea and the landscaped front garden. We will now only stay here when we come up to Lytham St Anne's. Thank you both.

I can honestly say, there was absolutely nothing to dislike.

I loved it as we weren’t confined in the bedroom but has a cozy living room to relax in.

The property was like a home away from home. Cozy and comfortable. A parking on the property was definitely a bonus.

The bed was on the small size and a kitchen hand towel would have been handy but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent holiday would recommend it to others

Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and all that you would need for a relaxing holiday. We chose to take food to warm up rather than cook a full meal from scratch but everything was provided. Thoughtful touches like biscuits were very welcomed.
