A quiet and friendly Mexico City retreat.

Everything was great about this place, location and proximity to the center of the neighborhood, early morning coffee and breakfast, room size, and comfy bed. The staff was super friendly and helpful offering plenty of neighborhood suggestions. The walled garden was quiet and peaceful, in general, this was the perfect place to retreat and recharge from a busy day of exploring the amazingly diverse Mexico City. We will be back!

Perfect stay in Mexico City and close to the airport

Beautiful old home converted to a guest house in a super upmarket residential leafy suburb yet just around the corner an authentic square with gardens and restaurants galore. The guest house was very clean and rooms were spacious with wonderful Mexican decor. The staff were exceptional. I highly recommend this property to all that wish to stay in a clean, friendly, character filled property that is in a safe area that has an abundance of fabulous restaurants.

Sehr gemütliche und gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage.

Sehr bemühtes und sehr freundliches Personal, gehen auf individuelle Wünsche ein, Zimmer sehr groß, schön auch die Gemälde und der gemütliche Frühstücksraum, sehr günstig gelegen und ruhige Umgebung.

Emiliano and Sara are both so genuine, kind and welcoming. This is my second visit, feels like friends.

The property is so cozy and beautiful, from the artwork, to the quiet courtyard. The rooms are so comfortable. And having tea and coffee available, felt like my home away from home.

Everything was just like pictures and description, even better! The location was perfect and the staff were excellent. Emiliano was beyond helpful and very personable, great to talk to.

Beautiful place! Wonderful host. Made the trip perfect!

The property was beautiful. It was exactly what I thought Mexico would be like. I loved everything from the beautiful plants and courtyards to the big beautiful room. It was nice to be in a home atmosphere that didn’t feel like a cold hotel in the city. Our host Emiliano was so sweet, kind and knew so much about everything. He took such good care of us and took the time to get Taxis for us and check on us. He was such a gentleman. His hospitality and friendship was the best part of the property.

There wasn’t anything! It was perfect.

Charming converted casa in lovely Coyoacán perfect for Khalo museum et al

staff were lovely and so helpful when we wanted to store bags before we returned to CDMX. Above and beyond. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked (and smelled!) delicious. I highly recommend!

Beautiful spot in Cocoayan!

Amazing location, communicative staff, an absolutely lovely stay. The patio is the perfect place to read a book in the morning and the king beds were so comfortable. The tile in the shower was beautiful, too!

Exceptional

I really liked Casa Jacinta for a number of reasons. While not far from the main square in Coyoacan, it's far enough away from the action that it was quieter than two other places I stayed in the neighborhood. The room was spacious, had windows that opened up to the garden in back, and had a desk where I could put my computer and catch up on emails. The garden itself was a very comfortable place to hang out. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my favorite of the three places I stayed at in Coyoacan.

An oasis.

Everyone was very kind, warm and welcoming. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Im very grateful to the manger for accommodating my needs and ensuring i make it safe to my next destination. Loved it!

I wish there was food room service. But not a big deal.

Lovely neighborhood, staff, and location

Our stay was great; staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever needed. The property is safe and a lovely place to relax and great as a base of adventures. Coyoacan itself is extremely relaxing; quite clean, very low-key with many art and other markets.

Nothing of note was wrong. We were warned about the cat that likes to go from being petted to violence, but with some care the latter can be avoided!

We enjoyed our stay. Emiliano who received us when we arrived, was so pleasant and helpful.

We did not have breakfast at Jacinta, but only because we enjoyed going out to experience as much of Coyoacán as we could, in the time we were there! The common courtyard was private and a nice place to sit after a busy day.

The only thing we noticed was the barking of dogs on a nearby property. It happened intermittently during the day.

We totally enjoyed the location and our stay, and would go back in a second.

Casa Jacinta was simply terrific. Nearly everything about it was top-notch. Super clean, quiet and comfortable, with a great breakfast, a fabulous location, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Just two suggestions: 1. The natural gas space heaters in the rooms could use some TLC. We couldn't get ours to light on two of the three nights we were there. And we heard from at least one other guest that theirs wouldn't light either. Fortunately, it wasn't really uncomfortably cold in the room at any time, just a bit nippy. 2. Maybe consider putting some carpet on the stairs, and runners in the hallways. Early risers with hard-soled shoes made enough noise going to and from their rooms at 4:30 AM to wake us (we went right back to sleep). Generally though, Casa Jacinta provided us with a good, quiet, comfortable sleep all three nights.
