Loved this stay so much! If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway this is it. Clocks in the room would be nice

Very good very comfortable and clean

The place is really good the location is good too if you have a car, it is very clean and tidy dyi breakfast options were good too

We had to change rooms not a big deal but it meant we had to pack our bags and they had to move our stuff while we were away a bit of an inconvenience but nothing great

Mine and my partners stay was amazing and we will definitely be booking with Emperial Suites again on our next trip to V

It was very well maintained, amazing views, cozy bedrooms and the facilities that were accessible were beyond amazing. My favourite place to stay in Vancouver, not to mention it is very affordable and nothing beats a home away from home feel!

The room & bathroom were really clean, and the view over Vancouver beautiful. Good value for a night in Vancouver, and a very simple, flexible check in. Breakfast was good too, with lots of options.

We found the other guests quite noisy, coming & going and talking in the communal spaces late into the night. We did not have a good night’s sleep as a result.

The property is 1 km from the bus stop and it is all up hill - really up hill.

Second time here. We were in a different room and the walls are very thin, and we had trouble sleeping because of some of the other guests.

Sanctuary for a jetlagged traveller

Everything. Allowed me to come early to escape the cold on a public holiday. I was jetlagged, so fragile and I felt I was cared for. How thoughtful and kind.

Homely and comfortable place but one should have their own transport.

The room is comfortable, washroom is big and clean, kitchen were well equipped and breakfast has variety.

It seems to be more suitable for people who drive. We are travellers that don’t drive so walk up to the house is quite an effort

Looking to stay close to Lion'sGate Hospital while your bestie has menty B? This is your spot!

Breakfast was fab. Room was clean and quiet. Bathrooms were also clean , view spot on. Host was lovely, other guests were too.

The only possible improvement would be to offer shuttle service from airport or HSB ferry terminal.

Very comfortable and affordable with nice views

The property is in a beautiful area of North Vancouver with views from some rooms and from the common areas. It is well kept and very clean. The rooms are cozy with comfy beds and a small desk. The common areas are spacious with lots of room for multiple people to relax. The room rates were very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. More variety of things like muffins, breads and bagels would be more appealing. Also yogurt would be a nice addition.
