Great value, clean and would stay again

Clean, white and fresh, comfortable bed, greeted on arrival, surprising to get complimentary coffee and toast, the price was amazing for Bournemouth and free parking and wifi, yes its basic but I couldn’t fault it and definitely would stay again

You get what you pay for. Basic but suited us for 1 night.

Great location for what we needed. Short walk to boscombe town and the beach. If you can handle hills. Down to the beach. Staff who greeted us was pleasant. Didn't see him again though. Orange juice in the morning. The mattress was comfy.

Wasn't particularly clean in areas of the room. Very outdated and could do with a few upgrades and some paint. The duvet cover was ripped and the duvet inside very stained.

Staff was rude they rang my partner having a go as I got rushed to hospital and was in overnight having a go at her about keys even tho she explained the situation They could of been more understanding also he went through my stuff

No parking except public car park in nearby streets.

absolutely shocking I’ve never been so discussed and insulted in my life filthy rooms and the staff were having sex down stairs and were smoking drugs in the building I’m thinking about going to the police if this mater is not addressed with the owners my wife and I were threatened and abused by two female members of staff when we voiced our concerns over their consumption of drugs we then threatened and bullied into leaving my wife has mental health issue and has totally destroyed her confidence will wait your response

Won't be booking again. Awful nights sleep, a real hostel vibe.

No breakfast, Small room, bed squashed up against the wall. Room cold. Toilet was at the end of corridor, Fan from shower in a cupboard next to room buzzing all night Very much a hostel kind of atmosphere.

Good value for money, but would not return to the same room, super small. Thank you!

This wasn’t breakfast per se, it was something like a small gesture. Which was welcomed, considering the price we paid. But not a breakfast.

The room was very small and poorly equipped. There was no aesthetic touch, very dry.

A polite and helpful host, but needs to improve on hospitality

1. The location is great and the host was polite and helpful especially when we are held up in traffic into late night. 2. There are ample number of parking spaces which appears to be at a premium in this area

1. The bed is uncomfortable 2. The heating didn't seems to come on until we left at about 10am 3. For the price, no tea, juice or basic confectionary served.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, really nice people, even though breakfast wasn’t included we were able to have coffee and juice and toast so that was a touch

We had a great time and felt so welcome.

Kym made us feel welcome and hotel was spotless. Kym gave us lots of tips were to go to. Yes a very basic Hotel but everything you need is there. Bed was so comfy. Location is perfect, 5-10 min walk to beach and 2 min walk to town were you have all shops and places to get food. We will be definitely coming back to stay.

Staff was very friendly the room was nice and spacious with lots of light and air. Clean toilet and shower.

Beds were creaking mattresses and pillows were rock hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep. All the bed linen had stains.

Superb

Thanks to Russell and Kim our stay was wonderful. They accommodated us with helping with getting a cab to train station. We were spending a few days in London and he accommodated us with making sure we had a room when we got back into town. I would definitely stay here again. Boscombe Hotel will always be my first choice not my second :-)

A bit overpriced but served its purpose.

The relaxed visit and the friendly hosts greeted us well and very helpful. They helped us park and made us feel very welcome. With a bit of a spruce up and attention to detail I could see it being much better and imagine they have not had an easy time over the pandemic. I hope this it taken in the way I intended and not a Karen type complaint. We enjoyed our break away as a family, just a bit expensive for what we got.

Although it was clean and tidy the room was not in great condition. The trunking for the wall TV was hanging off, the socket under my child's bed was smashed an not safe. The wall between our room and next was flexible and we could hear the people talking. Not only for our sake but felt I had to keep my children very quiet. I know I booked a shared bathroom but the toilet was without a sink and the shower room very dingy and needed the sealant re doing. We could hear raised voices and a lot of clonking around during the night and was informed that a guest had to be removed by police in the early hours. Thankfully we didn't witness this and glad the owners got it dealt with promptly. Having paid £360 for the night I felt quite dissatisfied as no breakfast was provided other than toast. It was sufficient but would have expected more for that sort of money.

Great location, friendly helpful staff

The location was great, close to Boscombe pier-about a 5 minute walk! The staff was great and super helpful! Our beds and pillows were comfortable! Would stay again!

The bathroom size is quite small for the private bathroom.
