The location was perfect

Not rly any parking outside the property The vent in the bathroom wasn’t working so it smelt in there. There should have been some more tissues at the apartment and a few cleaning products

Overall Nice stay , good location:)

Re Flat no 3: No daylight curtains so no privacy really ,no washing machine, no large mirror only small in the bathroom, the hair dryer is not working, in regards to tv- only Netflix no kids tv no other channels

we had a great stay, didnt spend much time in the partment

the fridge was broken,mouldy towel in there soaking up water inconvienient as we had to eat out 3 times a day -couldnt even make a hot drink as couldnt keep milk cool. the toilet did not flush properly -had to flush multiple times the curtains in the living room were hanging down

Standard property - over priced

Close to beach & local amenities

Property was very standard - smelt of cigarette smoke and was left cleaner than when we arrived. We could not check in until 4 and with no parking at the property we had to lug all our baggage around until we could check-in. Other rooms may be better, but felt let down with room 2. Which we stayed in. Luckily the beach and weather was beautiful as always. Wished we had stayed in one of your better rooms pictured in your advertisement.

Not my choice of stay

Easy approach to contact host.

I’ve been waiting for this short Spring break in my favourite Bournemouth beach. During the time we stayed , there were intermittent sewage related smell throughout the apartment . Complained to the host but as we were staying there they said they couldn’t do much on it. I’ve expected them to sort the issue on an emergency basis but they left us in the misery. In all sort, it was NOT a happy stay. ***STAY AWAY***

great location but a bit too small

The property was in a great location, had good Wi-Fi and was easy to find. coffee and tea were also provided! beds were comfy and Netflix was provided which was very nice.

The flat (2) was quite small for 3 adults despite it saying it could house 4 people. I couldn’t figure out the sofa bed so my friend just slept on the sofa.

Good location, Nice little one bedroom flat.

Perfect location to the beautiful West Cliff beach and more. The top floor flat was well organised and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. close to convenience stores for quick shopping and so close to the city centre, oceanarium, parks, pubs and restaurants. We stayed from Monday till Wednesday so that was not enough for everything that you can find in this City. Good end easy communication with the host who was willing to help with every issue straight away.

A few houses on the street were under refurbishment and were tough for parking spaces however doable- first come -first serve but the bit of discomfort was nothing compared to a wonderful location.

its worth it only for short stays or couples though its very spacius but the carpet its not safe dor kids!

It was very spacious and it had an en-suite bedroom which was great for families, very simple to check in and out. You don’t have to see any personnel just get the keys from the safe box and get in. bedsheets and towels clean and you have all dishes you need in the kitchen, Tv and a small balcony for fresh air.

The flat was all in carpet which was really dirty as i have 2 children my baby is crawling now and her hands would get really dirty like black. as its located in the beach are it needs to have laminated flors or whatever beside carpet. another thing is that there is no washing machine as its needed very much for the towels used in the beach and also everyday clothes. there is no tall mirror to see, only small ones in the toilets.

Apartment 2 Over Priced!

Apartment 2. there was no medium sized towels! it was just a big towel. There was no extra garbage bags in the kitchen cupboard. There was no fan in these hot days. They constantly monitor you with a camera above the entrance door of the apartment with a blink camera and if you are not in the apartment, they will enter without your consent! they did the same to us when we left the apartment. there are no curtains on the kitchen window. The bedroom has such a wide wardrobe opposite the bed which was impossible to walk between the bed and the wardrobe. There is no shelf for the cleaning things in the bathroom. The glass door of the bathtub it’s not moving! Inside of the microwave is pure rust! It should not be used as it is very dangerous for health. There was no dish drainer in the kitchen, but it is in the picture of the ad. the first day we couldn’t take a shower because the shower didn’t worked. There was no toilet brush and for sure there was no cleaning in the apartment because the whole apartment was very very dusty! Everything was terribly dusty and dirty. The next day, without telling me, they went into the apartment so I didn’t know about it. I told to the booking.com that we are not in the apartment so please do not come now. When we came back to the apartment we got a shock because a new toilet brush was in the toilet and the shower worked so somebody just came in the apartment. nobody write me any messages to me that someone was going into the apartment! I will attach pictures of the cleanliness of the apartment! horrible dusty everywhere. hope next time they can appreciate the customer a little bit with clean apartment.

Great location!

The location of the property was great. 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the city centre.

The apartment (flat 2) is on the smaller side for a family of 3 - 2 adults and 1 toddler

Great location, not too far of a walk from the beach, all the nightlife and restaurants etc and also at a great price

Parking limited so had to pay at a car park down the road, but that’s only a minor issue
