Goed voor herhaling vatbaar

De locatie is top. Vlakbij een grote parking en snel in het centrum. Leuke bar boven op het hotel.

Het ontbijt was wat aan povere kant. We hadden graag warme eitjes of iets van spek gehad. Dit is natuurlijk persoon. Nadeel als je op het eerste verdiep zit is het lawaai in de kamer tijdens het ontbijt. Niet goed voor lang slapers ( wij weinig last van )

All very good, apart from the inadequate handrails.

All staff extremely helpful. Spoke excellent English. Carried our luggage to and from our 3rd floor room.

Our room was on the 3rd floor (no lift). The handrails were not continuous the whole length of each flight.

Lovely city centre hotel in Ciutedella

The one night we stayed was excellent the hotel let us check in early as our room was ready, we were close to the city centre and the facilities were excellent, the breakfast was outstanding for a buffet style. I would definitely stay here again if in Menorca

An excellent experience.

Everything was good. Friendly staff, a nice spacious room with balcony with towels and bedding changed every day. A really exceptional breakfast especially for a small hotel, with a great variety of good quality meats, cheeses, cakes, fruit , breads etc. And it was great that the breakfast was included. The Manurka absolutely exceeded our expectations - we have stayed in much worse 4* hotels. Good location as we wanted to be near the town centre, with the bonus of a nearby car park with free parking (if you could find a white space!)

Fortunately we were on the first floor but the steps might have been a bit of a problem to the second and third floors.

Find somewhere better!

Nothing. The bed collapsed (the unfixed slats dropped out of their "fittings") before I got into it; the bathroom looked nothing like the booking pictures. Was practically unusable with a small, square, old-fashioned tub masquerading as a walk-in shower; a totally oversized basin for the area and squashed between the two, in a very cramped corner: the toilet. Good luck doing anything on that but panicking about how to make your escape! There was no toilet paper and no hand soap on the basin. I was told I'd been upgraded to a double room, but I couldn't quite see the advantage. However, the young man at reception on my arrival was extremely helpful and tried to get the heating working and gave me directions to restaurants, etc.

The fact that I had to spend a night there! To give her her due, the manageress refunded me the unstayed nights and actually told me to find somewhere decent. Just about says it all, really 🙄 Perhaps the staff should find somewhere decent as well!

Perfect spot in Ciutadella

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave excellent recommendations on beaches and biking routes. Nice room. Bicycle storage. Yammi breakfast. Excellent location just beside city centre.

the accommodation, staff and location was excellent. breakfast was a massive bonus and you always felt looked after.

Amazingly lovely staff

The best thing about my stay was the staff! absolutely amazing bunch of friendly people. Roof terrace was cherry on top. Room was very adequate I didn’t miss anything.

The perfect spot for my 1 week vacation. I would gladly come back any time.

I was traveling alone and stayed in the accommodation for a week. Room is cleaned every single day and towels are also changed every day. The location is near the city center. Staff is very friendly and nice, most talk English very good. All have the knowledge to advise about daily trips, bus rides, rent-a-car, good food,... Breakfast is yummy, I recommend it. They offer fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee, bread, cheese and more. There is a lovely roof terrace with chairs and tables and a fantastic evening view over the city and sunset. I 100% recommend this stay.

Free WIFI is breaking, it is not the best.

We spent six nights here in comfort.

This double room was spacious with a terrace and very clean. Staff very friendly, breakfasts great and position of Hostal excellent for seeing beautiful town. Laundry service a bonus.

No communal sitting room.

Great if not fungus in AC

Very cosy place, great location, cute pictures above the bed, nice mirror, small fridge, comfortable bed, good English of a receptionist during check-in, not that common from my other experience in Menorcan hotels, very nice outside terras accesible 24h on the 3rd floor with the view to the cathedra, on my night stay could observe from there lovely ligtenings over the sea before the rain, very good breakfast

The only minus but very noticable and making the whole impression not good was terrible fungus smell from AC just 2 min after I put it on...Big pity as if not this I would ranked this place very high as all the rest was perfect. Unfortunatelly strong fungus smell stayed with me for the whole night and morning even though I used it just for few min max and only once and opened the window to get rid of the smell afterwards - didn't helped at all

Lovely stay in Menurka

We had such a lovely stay, unfortunately only one night. Staff was so helpful and friendly, they even gave us a better room that we had booked! Room was nice and clean, comfy bed, air-conditioning and a balcony with city view and great shower. There was also nice chill out terrace in the top floor. Overall this hostel looked also recently renovated. Location was also good, close to the center of Ciutadella.

Nothing to complain about! Maybe for some people the lack of elevator could be a minus, but for me it didn't really matter.

Convenient stay in the middle of Menorca

Central location, low price and very good service. Xavi and the other guys in the reception are very polite and helpful, they make you feel comfortable and they try to offer the most out of your stay. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in the centre and in a low budget.

Superb

Everything was perfect!!! The location couldn’t have been better also with a carpark very close by! The receptionist Xavi was so helpful and friendly . He told us about all the best places to visit . The room was clean and modern and had a great bathroom! We would definitely recomend this great hotel
