Very good hot water springs with contrast cold water))!!!

There were no dinner, we have to find the restaurant outside, wasn’t easy because of Chinese New year )

Minimalistic room with private & public hot spring

Hotel is 10-min walk from Xin-Beitou Station. Being of slight distance from town centre allows you to enjoy quiet atmosphere outside the hotel. It has limited parking slots. The room is minimalistic, clean & comfortable. It has private hot spring tub. There is also gender-segregated public bath which also opens for day guests.

A bit difficult to communicate unless you're chinese speaker. Need to ask for women public bath wristband to access.

Great location, love the private baths but the quality is not would you would expect from price

Great location and nice to have the private bath

Bed was just a mattress on the floor with a flat sheet, not even a fitted sheet. No mini fridge in the room which made it inconvenient. I don’t think it’s worth the price point.

Authentique avec un confort à la hauteur des attentes d’un occidental

Accueil sympathique, bains traditionnels authentiques ( attention : séparés hommes femmes et nu) sinon un bain est également disponible dans chaque chambre

Le petit déjeuner soit local soit occidental. Un peu des deux aurait été mieux pour à la fois tester et à la fois se restaurer si comme moi on n’est finalement pas enthousiasmé par le porc et le riz gluant sans goût au petit déjeuner.

蓮蓬頭的支架不堪使用、浴廁抽風機無法運轉、浴缸有點髒、沒有支架供大浴巾、毛巾晾乾

飯店所在地就像世外桃源，非常適合散步放鬆。早上和夜晚都有不同的體驗

屈指一算，這幾年已經來享溫泉住宿六次了，下次還會再來的

員工服務非常周到，房間乾淨舒適，最棒的是露天溫泉，開放通風，隱私性佳，在寧靜的環境中，聽著蟲鳴鳥叫，很能讓人完全放鬆，

每次都寫房間沒有冰箱，冷藏食品需寄放在櫃檯，有點小不方便。真的不考慮裝冰箱嗎？

Great accommodation for an awesome view and proximity to Beitou sceneries!

Property facility was new and excellent, really comfortable, and excellent breakfast.

It was quite costly for two nights, and extra cost needed for a bed, but I have no real complaints.

Location is good. Close to metro station and the hot spring museum. Overall, it is a acceptable stay for the price.

The layout of the bed in the room, it was directly in the middle. You have to cross the bed to get to the table and cross the bed again to go to the toilet. The bathtubs is not very very clean. But it is acceptable. While showering, the toilet will flood.

Very good

Excellent services. Nice onsen, the bed is comfy too. They provide nice coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast portion is big.

Only have 1 soft and flat pillow.

Awesome stay and wonderful hot spring experience we had.

We love the comfort of the hotel and the hot spring is another level of experience for my family. Breakfast is great. At night time we walked around the neighborhood was so peaceful and had beautiful gardening sculptures too. Overall perfect!

It will more perfect if have the refrigerator but end up we using cold water to cool our beverage.

An ok hotel. It’s getting a little run down but isn’t unpleasant yet.

The reception area is nice. The staff is very pleasant. The baths are a good size and can be made very hot. I found the bed comfortable.

The photos of the rooms might be a bit out of date. This place was probably nice several years ago but it needs attention. The wall had a cracked and broken area around the thermostat. The room feels very sparse. The wall behind the bed creaks if leaned on. The bath and floors had mineral buildup which is difficult to distinguish from mold or grime. The wooden bath scoop had mold on it. The breakfast was not very good.

Spacious, comfy suite with a good view

The suite is spacious. We loved the outdoor area and you have a good view from the hot spring bath. The staff was polite and helpful.

The suite is missing some equipment: fridge and bath robes. However, the staff can help conserve food/drinks in their fridge and bring it to the room when requested.

overall, the property was pretty good and worth to stay, just take care of the sound-proofing

The room and the pool was awesome, and all the circumstances were amazing too! Staffs were nice and kind.

The sound-proofing was not good enough, you could hear people was talking or yelling when they pass away your room.

would definitely stay at waterhouse the next time i am in beitou.

the people whom was working at waterhouse is very polite and helpful, also greeted every time they see me. breakfast and dinner both was good and like with chinese, western or japanese meal varieties for you to choose from (you got to inform the reception on what breakfast and dinner you choose before hand,they also have samples of meal picture on a tablet to show you) also come with coffee or tea (i ordered cold milk tea though). I also did several online shopping and the reception signed for my purchases when delivered. I had a broken luggage from harsh treatment from the airlines, the receptionist at waterhouse helped me to get rid of it and signed for my new luggage when it arrived. due to some issues i requested to change room and they handled it prompt and professionally.
