Perfect stay if you’re a tourist with perfect location

Location is perfect, close to metro, close to Clarke quay, with lots of shops, and restaurants. Hotel is clean, with decent room sizes

On the whole a pleasant stay though the room was too small.

Excellent location. Breakfast included. Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Laundry facilities easy to use.

Room was very small. No drawer space, small hanging space, no wardrobe. Bathroom very small. Shallow step into bathroom, a tripping hazard. Room more suitable for an overnight stay rather than the 5 nights we booked. What was the purpose of a sliding window door from the bedroom that looked into the bathroom?

War wieder sehr schön

Hervorragende Lage am Rande von Chinatown. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten mit 24 h Supermarkt. Frühstück inklusive und sehr vielfälltig (Asiatisch und Europäisch) Schöne Dachterrasse mit 40 m langem Pool und kleinem Fitnessstudio.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, besonders an der Rezeption. Zimmer relativ klein. Traumhafter Pool auf dem Dach, mehr Sonnenschirme wären gut. Leckeres Frühstück, mit allem, was man braucht. Lage perfekt.

Es gab nicht's, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Propre, beau déjeuner, pas trop loin de tout

Nous avons tout fait a pied. 40 minutes de marche des principaux lieux touristiques. Une découverte surprenante: à 5 minutes a pied il y a le quay Clark, un endroit piétonnier plein de resto de bar et de band, sur le bord de l’eau. Bel endroit pour le soir prendre un verre ou un repas. C’est assez cher, mais c’est dans les prix normaux de Singapour

OK, but one expects better.

The location is very good. The room is very small with dark furniture, but it is OK if you intend to “just sleep in”. Rooftop pool is great, but it is missing a bar (which is only on the ground floor). Only vending machine is on roof top. Washing machine and dryer at additiona fee availiable in hotel.

The breakfast is very poor. One type of (not so good) ham, one type of (not so good) soft toast cheese. Very limited selection of fruits (apple, melon banana). Very limited selection of pastry (croissant and cinamon roll) . Apple and orange juice from syrup. Four types of asian meal (same for every day) + eggs and sausage. Hotel could do so much better, specially with the fruit and ham and cheese plater and a vegetable selection…

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Location is excellent, walking distance to many attractions. Hotel quality and comfort level is really good for value. Breakfast was included and it was seriously good with loads of options to choose from. Dining and relaxing area is spacious with indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well located, extra nice staff, clean room and bath, comfortable bed with good quality of bed linen, very nice breakfast with a great choice of food, very nice pool on the rooftop even a Jacuzzi is provided...

Clean and comfortable

The room was a little small but clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice with a good variety of options available. The gym was very good and the pool and rooftop lounge area excellent.

The only problem I had 'and still have' was nothing to do with the room but was one with the billing, after I paid the bill and arrived back home I realized I had been charged two separate figures in addition to the room, the amount is not massive but nonetheless should not have happened as I did't spend anything at the bar or restaurant. I was going to email them but could not find an email address at all so will revert to sending a letter in an attempt to get a refund for the incorrectly charged amount.

1/31（ㄧ）早上警鈴大響，響了20分鐘，沒有人出來說明！

床很舒服，室內空間可以打開兩個行李箱，還有很多走路的空間！浴室乾濕分離，很不錯～

1/31（ㄧ）早上6點飯店警鈴大響，響了20分鐘，沒有飯店的人員出來說明，旅客要自己去問，處理方式非常不好！櫃檯小姐說飯店沒有廣播系統，無法廣播通知旅客，如果真的發生火災，飯店有辦法平安疏散旅客嗎？住了五天，在最後一天的早晨遇到這種狀況，實在很失望！

Location is great

Loved the hotels location near x2 MRT and Chinatown walking distance. Clean and tidy facilities. Laundry facilities were also clean and convenient. Would consider booking here again. Rooftop pool and views were amazing.

Wasnt communicated when booking through a third party you don't qualify for rewards points. Also there was miscommunication about rooms booked and where in hotel they were located. Rooms were very small but expected. The walls were very thin and people in room next door very noisy all hours. Breakfast was chaos and other guests were rude.

Nice stay in Singapore.

The hotel has a great location, 5-10 min walking distance to Clark Quay, Boat Quay, MRT station. The room is nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast is solid, we think everyone can find something to eat. They found a free room for an early check in without an extra charge. Staff is very nice and helpful. In reviews someone was writing that rooms are small, but they are just fine. It was sufficient space for 2 persons and 2 big suitcases. After all when making a booking room size is clearly indicated.

Loved our stay and would book this hotel again.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Location is brilliant close to fort canning mrt, close to restaurants, a nice river walk to the Merlion. Pool is amazing.

Rooms are a little on the small side but the shower and nice bed linen, and pillow choices makes up for this.

Great value for money stay in the heart of Singapore

Everything about this stay was comfortable. The location is great, the room suited our needs and was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a nice inclusion and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and garden. Was great value for money.

we had a good time exploring Singapore from the hotel. Thecrooms are small but have everything we need although the matt

the location is brilliant and we loved the rooftop pool. breakfast had a good selection and everything was very clean.

the mattress for us was way too hard. We would love to stay again but the firmness of the mattress is the only thing that is concerning us.

Comfortable, clean and friendly place with a nice breakfast to stay for a weekend

The room and hotel including breakfast was exactly as I expected. Perfect view, compact sized room. Breakfast nice and with enough variety for me though no freshly made omelettes which is normally my favorite. Wasn't expecting room service or lounge restaurant so wasn't disappointed. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I could have still used a minibar an wasn't aware that there wouldn't be one so was not prepared. Even though I expected a small room, it indeed was small 😅 None of the mirror lights were correct for doing make up. Very small thing but still annoying.

Great value for money, lovely staff and great location.

Location is excellent, with China Town on one side and Clarke Quay on the other. Close proximity to bus stops and MRT. Breakfast was enjoyable with options for everyone. Coffee machines for endless morning coffees were great. Only issue was when a cruise ship arrived with 100s of people, the buffet got quite busy!!!

Comfortable stay in a clean and helpful hotel.

It was right by the river and only a few minutes walk to MRT. Room cleaned every day. Bottled water provided. Included breakfast. Pool area nice on the roof top.

Hotel met prima ligging

Heerlijk ruim opgezet hotel op steenworp afstand van het gezellige Clarke Quay. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

De kamers zijn compact. Geen kastruimte voor je kleding. Mooi dakterras met zwembad voor lange banen zwemmen. Maar geen bar boven voor een drankje.
