Good

The stay was very good and staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and room service were good, the facilities were very clean and well located.

There was a lack of hot water for more than a day and the air conditioning was not very cool, so the room felt uncomfortably hot at times.

I had a wonderful time, would always go back in future!

I loved the cleanliness and interior of the bedroom where I stayed. I loved the bathroom as well, everything about the hotel trips me. It’s a really nice and beautiful environment. The staff treated us very well and they helped me organize a small birthday party for my husband while we were at the property. It was really beautiful and nice.

I have no complains everything is perfect but I love to bath with very hot water and it seems they intentionally regulated the temperature of the water in the bathroom. It wasn’t hot enough for me.

A Perfect Home away from Home

Breakfast: The varieties on offer of fruits cereals patries etc are second to none and well presented Location: Perfectly close to our areas of interest like car free zone and other top hotels like marriot serena and four points Hotel & Room: The general outlook of the hotel is beautiful . We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite that was very spacious with a kitchenette with all ammenities of a 5 star hotel Staff: All the staff from receptoin to dining are very friendly and make your stay enjoyable always willing to give assitance Roof top Restaurant: The view of Kigali city is stunning from here and the swimming pool was the best

We visited during kwibuka so we didnt get to enjoy their entertainment as no music or dance is allowed during the genocide memorial week.

We wanted a view of the city of Kigali and the view exceeded our expectations forboth day and night!

Room with a city view was absolutely beautiful both during the day and slept with the curtains open to view the city of Kigali at night,

The food sucks. They just need to improve on this. It's terrible for a hotel of such size and facilities. They should just hire a better chef

enjoyable comfortable stay, recommend staying here but also try out some other hotels for variety :)

Room was extremely comfortable and quiet, we were upgraded to a suite which was perfect and a nice touch. staff were really helpful

The breakfast was good but could’ve been better and we were told twice by staff that the breakfast was closing at 10 whilst eating, this made us feel like we had to rush.

Pretty great place to stay for a few days - nice amenities, easy access, good location

Pretty much everything was great: the room and the view, the quick reaction from staff and maintenance when I thought I had a plumbing issue in the room, breakfast was great, the restaurant had decent menu and very well-prepared food, view from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular. The pool is not as small as it seems and is warmed so swimming at 7 am is quite nice. My room was just by the elevators, and I was initially worried but I never heard any noise coming from the corridor.

Staff was generally nice and helpful but once or twice offered cab rides for a much higher price than warranted. When I laughingly reacted to their estimates by stating it was too high (and I knew it was too high), they agreed and went lower. The air conditioning in the room was either not adjustable or did not properly work, so the room was not cooling off noticeably. I visited in early October so during the day it was getting a bit toasty but not awful either.

Exceptional

The hotel is situated in the center area, with lots of shops and a big shopping mall. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful, careful with guests. The rooms are big, clean, with amazing view of the city hills, a nice small swimming pool on the top of the hotel; beautiful roof top restaurant with live music. Fresh exotic juices and fruits at breakfast and tasty Rwandan cakes.

Friendly staff with comfortable rooms.

The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The rooftop pool is heated which is good. The food and its preparation can be improved.

The water is not hot. it’s lukewarm so the shower experience can be greatly improved by the management of the hotel.

staff do not keep their word- constantly making false promises and not worried about their guests having a poor experien

room itself was nice check in receptionist was friendly and helpful breakfast was good

when we got to the room, the staff member told us there was only one set of amenities in the room, and that he would inform housekeeping to get another set sent to the room. this did not arrive. next, the shower was not hot - it was like- warm. I called down and a man came to look at the shower. he agreed it wasn’t warm and left a dirty footprint in the bathroom before heading off. I called reception again and another repairman came, this time with screwdrivers. he agreed it was not hot, tweaked it, and advised he couldn’t fix in the room and had to adjust something outside of the room. he said this would take an hour!! I called reception again and was told that the water did not get hot as the hotel liked to keep things balanced . the following morning, the water was still not hot. upon checking out, the man at the desk said we would be able to freshen up and use a shower before our evening flight. when we collected our bags, we were told this is no longer possible. I’m not sure why he bothered to offer something he had no intention of fulfilling later on the same day. overall- dishonest staff who fob guests off . I won’t be returning.
