Близько до центру, спокійний район, ортопедичні подушки, номер прибирали щодня. Вночі було тихо

При бронюванні на букінгу, готель присилав посилання на свій сайт для активації кредитної картки. Коли цього не зробила ( так як букінг попереджає щоб не переходити на інші лінки) моє бронювання було скасоване. Вдруге коли забронювала ціна зросла на 70€ , багато переписок між готелем і мною ( якщо ви хочете щоб не було повторного скасування ви зобов‘язані перейти за лінком для активації картки) якщо було повторне скасування, то вже букінг би стягнув 200€ . Тому ця ситуація була для мене не правомірною але вимушеною і досить неприємною. Оплата проходила в готелі ( але дані картки змушена їм була надати) це неправомірно Ми бронювали покращений номер з балконом. Балкон був відсутній.

Had a lovely stay abit pricey but clean. Staff friendly

The property is very clean staff are friendly and only 10-20 mins walk to bars etc. The spa is beautiful defo worth a go if your staying here

Zentrale Lage

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Waschbecken im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Kein Sitzmöbel im Zimmer. Zimmer sehr klein.

De temperatuur in het hotel is 22 graden, dit was mij te warm en de ventilator kon alleen op 22 of 22.5.

Great location lovely staff

It was in a great location and the balcony was really big! Bed was very comfy and staff were very helpful and kind.

A lot of people have said this in reviews and I just assumed it wasn’t really true however I did not feel for what I paid that it was good value for money. Rooms weren’t vacuumed, coffee wasn’t refilled, bathroom is in the room not separated, it felt very dated.

Good hotel

Good hotel in a good location. It is a couple of blocks from La Rambla, in an area I would describe as tired. Lots of dogs with owners that don't clean up after their pets. This is true for the whole of Barcelona, which unfortunately has degraded quite a bit since our last visit. But the hotel was very nice, friendly staff even if the breakfast attendant had to check with the front desk every morning if the number of persons was correct, obviously it didn't correlate with the info she had. But breakfast was excellent. The spa a bit small, but nice.

Great staff,great room,but missleading advertising

Staff were very nice room was lovely comfy bed

Supposed to have a restaurant but you had a choice of fish and chips for a main course or salad. Only the starters were available for room service paid for a superior room with spa access. The room was fab , but only entitles you to one spa access clearly missleading

Emplacement et prestations de très bonnes factures

Buffet petit déjeuner exceptionnel (qualité, choix et quantité, produits frais d’excellente qualité) Literie de très grand confort et dimension idéale (queen size)

Salle de bain totalement hors contexte, une baignoire / douche couplée avec un cabinet de toilette définitivement trop petit :1,5m 2 au sol …. Bref ça jure vraiment quand on voit la chambre et la seconde partie de la salle de bain située à l’intérieur et de très bonne facture

Je recommande l'hôtel pour sa situation géographique, le confort et le petit déjeuner.

Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, tout y est salé, sucré. La literie est parfaite. La situation géographique près de la Rambla et du port.

Incredibly hospitable staff for a hotel with plenty of services in a great location.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was so approachable, accommodating and helpful. On the first day I had an issue with the shower which I raised with the front of house staff and by the time I returned to my room it was fixed. Members of the reception team, the bar staff, the security doorman and the cleaning staff, I would say the staff were the most friendly and efficient that I have experienced in any hotel. The location is perfect as you are in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent walking access to Montjuic, the Gothic Quarter, the cruise and port terminal, La Rambla (if you were so included to go there) etc. Breakfast had plenty of options and is worth the cost, so long as you eat and drink enough.

I would have liked to have stayed a bit longer.

Giusta posizione , perfetto per famiglie e soggiorni brevi.

L nostra camera era davvero carina, piano alto, affaccio interno, si, ma non ci ha disturbato così tanto. L’hotel sommariamente pulito, personale molto cortese, sempre attento e subito pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Camere pulite e riordinate ogni giorno. Anche alla spa, la ragazza italiana è stata davvero gentile e premurosa con noi.

La cosa che non ho veramente sopportato è stata la mancanza nel nostro bagno di uno strumento per poter pulire il wc. Lo trovo assurdo. Ed inoltre, c’era un fetore dal water molto importante.

Place was not what it shows in its pictures. Can’t use pool unless you pay. Breakfast was average and so were the rooms.

Pour commencer 500€ 2 nuit pour 2 personne pour un hôtel tres mal située . La télé date des années 2000 , le vie a vie avec les voisin ont voit tout . L’odeur du spa dans tout l’hôtel , les moquette salle et délaver . A fuite . Je voyage énormément en étant raisonnable c’est un hôtel qui mérite pas plus de 130-150€ les 2 nuit

Ottimo hotel pulito e con tutti i servizi

Posizione ottima a 500 metri dalla fermata L3 con la quale si può andare dappertutto. Camera spaziosa luminosa e molto pulita. Kit di benvenuto e wifi molto forte. Drink di benvenuto hall interna e terrazza esterna e spa.

the hotel is centrally located so it was easy access especially for the subway. the facilities are clean and staff is nice.

occasionally at night the air conditioning gets a bit more chilly that I would like, I adjusted it but it takes bit, nothing worrisome though.

8 out of 10, would definitely stay there again.

The room was great, quiet and jn general the ambience very good.

The only complaint and this was minor, restaurant meal were vertical basic, however the breakfast was excellent.

Basic but clean and safe hotel close to all facilities.

Close to all destinations. Port, city, attractions etc. Lovely breakfast and helpful and friendly staff.

Way too overpriced for what you get.

Good value for money in a friendly, clean hotel.

Friendly reception staff, prompt check-in, very clean rooms and fantastic variety of food available for breakfast. Free welcome drink and chocolates in the room was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Restaurant and bar staff very polite and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Within short walking distance of La ramblas, Marina and also metro station.

Unfortunately on the dates we stayed no spa treatments were available to book which was unfortunate, there only appeared to be access to the pool and sauna area which also seemed a little pricey at 20€ per person for 50 minutes access.
