Big & comfortable room for any hotel in Hong Kong plus exceptional service staffs

Bed, shower & good size room. Service staffs were exceptionally good.

Quality of the breakfast can use improvement. Varieties are not big but should make up with quality. No wonder the breakfast is not very busy. Hong Kong & Wanchai is know for good foods. Please keep the up with the breakfast.

Good hotel for Hong Kong in a perfect location

The room is huge for HK. All is clean.

The breakfast is very poor meanwhile. Not really a choice.

comfortable and well located but difficult on extra bed requests

The hotel is in a really good location, in the middle of Wanchai, right on Queen's Road East. A big wet market is around the corner. Many restaurants are located in the area. The rooms are relatively spacious for HK.

We needed a third bed in one room. The hotel refuses to put in an extra bed and instead drives a hard upsell for extra expensive suites "to accommodate an extra bed". Given that the rooms are not cheap in the first place this is not quite nice.

I chose this hotel for the swimming pool and the swimming pool was closed for renovation until further notice. I don’t remember seeing a warning when I booked this hotel.

Disappointing hotel with v misleading photographs.

It’s in a good location in the heart of Wanchai, close to the MTR & easy access for the AirPort Express. Good linens & towels changed daily.

No pool open as advertised at time of booking- not even an accessible pool area as all boarded up. We weren’t advised of this so all v disappointed. V tiny roof top terrace bar which always appears to be empty. Coffee shop was closed the evening we wanted to eat in the hotel. It’s a small soulless, slightly shabby hotel in need of some TLC . No relaxing communal area to have a coffee. Pictures on the website are completely misleading- the photographer deserves a medal!

Great hotel away from busier areas but so close to subway, trans and busses.

For me as a regular visitor to HK it was the great WanChai location, lovely clean room & having a comfortable bed. The quality of linen with big fluffy towels was excellent. Staff always friendly.

The only negative was I felt housekeeping missed on sweeping/vacuuming the carpet free floor daily during my stay.

Very convenient location for what I needed, but the Covid years have impacted hotel quality.

Have stayed here many times, and the location, the staff, and the vibe of the place are still excellent but it does feel it has lost its initial lustre

If I had know the roof top swimming pool was closed for renovations until at least August, I would have booked elsewhere. It is Summer after all. Breakfast was quite disappointing, not accommodating to Western diets as well as it could. Why is all the food covered with large napkins? Had you not thought that everyone now touches the napkins to find the food? How do you make TV in the room go with no remote and no table top device to run it. The Bang Olfsen speakers look pretty, but with no cable to connect they have become expensive ornaments

great room layout but the hotels a little tired.

nice room layout good size.

reception is really poor it’s cluttered with weird furniture. I’ve stayed I three other indigos this seemed to be way off the mark compared with Bali and Shanghai. we were given a disabled room great that they have them but it’s not ideal for an abled bodied guest the shower floods all the way to the basin I guess this is for wheel chair access but a bit messy.

comfortable stay, clean, convenient

The area is quite far from shopping streets but within walking distance to MTR. The staff were helpful and nice. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is too small due to the space of the room. Overall, pretty good hotel!

A bit pricey. No flexibility for late checkout.

Better check if the pool and bars are opened before travelling

The location in Wanchai is good. The room is big and confortable.

The bar and the pool were closed due to rehab. I asked for an afternoon shower the day a left the hotel to pick up my plane 18:00 and they told me as the pool was closed there was no option and there were no rooms avaible. At the same time they offered me to pay half a day to use my room. That is a contradiction and many hotels offer rooms to have a shower before travelling.

Great hotel for local HK experience

The location is very near Wan Chai Market great for those food fanatics to see what locals buy and eat. And the hotel is only a short walk to MTR Wan Chai station.

Excellent location for us. Impeccable, but still waiting to open all facilities since Co-Vid. Bar & lounging facilities were still closed. Staff were excellent too. Very clean, tidy and modern.

Having all facilities open in the hotel. Staff indicated all should be reopened with the next month or so.

Very poor

We left a calvin klein white windbreaker in the room and wrote the property but got lack lustre response back . Normally they will keep stuff left behind by the guests for you to claim it back. this time they didnt.

Great stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the design, quaint and convenient location, and size of the unit!

hm there was no heater and it was really too cold for me to fall asleep. Thankfully the staff were able to dig up a space heater for me!

Locations is great and there is plenty dinning options around and very close to the tube, convenient!

Unfortunately the rooftop bar and swimming pool was still in maintenance so was a pity.

If you need good breakfast then avoid staying here.. else it was not a problem with any other things

Location staff and cleanliness was good.

Breakfast was very slow.. based on the cost of the hotel it was really bad. They dint had a buffet and they served very limited option in ala carte. The service for ala carte was absolutely slow. It took 20-25 mins just for a poached egg. Even juice was limited.if you want one more glass it was chargeable. No sense in paying 200 hkd for breakfast and staying in so costly hotel which dont have a buffet for breakfast

Good location and many eateries around. near MTR. the size of the room is good.

location. it’s 10 mins walk to wanchai mrt. and near many eateries. room is consider big for Hong Kong. despite no great view (only surround by tall building, it’s still fine).

not enough light in the room and inconsistent service despite special request to have constant coffee capsule refill for 15 days of stay. did not see any personalize service despite 2 weeks long stay.
