Overall a comfortable and relaxing stay

Location near the beach, shops, playground and great places to walk.

The phone app system to get into the building was easy but getting into the suite was less easy, Thankfully another person living on site was able to help us out.

Loved staying at The Shore and would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Great bed only sugestion posts on end of bed frame did not like my toes and shins, maybe round them off. Couch

Couch to low and needs cushions and an extra comfortable chair would be nice other than the dining chairs.

Nice place, great location, but I was hoping a better cleaning (specially in the kitchen)

Great location, very comfortable and well structured.

I asked for a good cleaning before arriving, and it didn't reach my expectations since the dish was oily and dirty. Also, the vents from the bathrooms seemed to no be working.

Nicely equipped stay in Kelowna

Good location, across from park. Views of lake. Close to grocery store. Nice apartment.

Shower head is weak. A little traffic noise from Lakeside Drive but quiet over night. A bit challenging getting into building. JustIn mobile app only worked for elevators and apartment door.

Would love to stay here again next time we visit Kelowna!

The unit was clean and the building lobby and hallways were well maintained. The entries and elevators were secured by card key access and felt safe. There were some great restaurants in the same building which was very convenient and we were only a short walk from a grocery store. Our corner unit was across the street from a park and had a great view of the lake.

Parking was reasonably priced but on a first-come, first-serve basis. There was overflow parking available but not as convenient for loading and unloading. The kitchen was adequately stocked with most necessities, but no dish cloths, paper towels, or sponges for wiping up.

Awesome 3 bedroom for a family.

Amazing lake view, nice big apartment. It was winter so we couldn’t take advantage of the beach or location but I am very sure it would be amazing in the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and was so nice not to have to eat out!

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to others.

I never heard other residents and when we did bump into people in the halls they were all very friendly.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not horrible at all. There was hair all over the floor and on the couch.

Close to everything, a great homebase to come back to after a fun day in Kelowna.

Water access across the street, several restaurants on site and a Tim Horton's and grocery store in walking distance. Easy check-in/out, pretty quiet in the building. Nice little balcony. Comfortable beds. It was nice to have a little kitchen and a small washer/dryer in the unit.

There was construction across the street, so the view wasn't great. We had a "two bedroom" unit, but the small bedroom was very small and only had a sliding door, and it got really hot in there when the door was closed. If I'd realized the situation, I would have sprung for a unit with 2 actual bedrooms with doors that closed.

Great location for basic stay.

The location is near where we were visiting family but would be a choice location regardless. Across from the beach, near many restaurants and shops.

The furniture on the balcony is very uncomfortable. We noticed not many people sitting out so I suppose that helps keep the noise down. Similarly, the living room couch is also very uncomfortable, too deep. The units are minimally stocked but if you know that ahead of time you can make sure you bring the necessities. For example, 4 of us were there for three nights but only 3 packages of coffee for the French press were provided meaning we ended up going out to buy coffee.

Luxury building with an ideal location on the beach

We had a fabulous stay at the Shore! The location is ideal, with outstanding restaurants on the ground floor, a gorgeous beach across the street, and a short walking distance to lots of other shops and restaurants. The building is new, clean, well-furnished, and the features and amenities (balcony, elevator, in-unit laundry) made for a very comfortable stay. The communication and check-in process were as smooth as can be. We would definitely stay here again!

Only one day's worth of toiletries were provided, and we had to request additional toiletries each day -- though they were very quick to respond and drop off new supplies!

Great location to enjoy everything from beaches to shopping, easy access to wineries and attractions

Location was great. Close to the beach and amenities. Loved that it was pet friendly. Building staff were friendly and helpful.

Wish there was a hot tub and pool 😉

Superb

We enjoyed our stay at the Shore. The location is fabulous, the unit was clean and very comfortable. Gyro beach is literally just across the street. This beach was perfect. Lots of trees for shade, soft warm sand and very clean clear water. People were very friendly and we can't wait to return next summer!

Had to park down the road for most of the time as no parking was available in the lot. Did not know how to receive and form of cleaning during the stay and there was no broom provided to sweep the floor.

Overall our stay was comfortable

Located just in front of the beach. With restaurants and Save On Foods grocery store nearby. Condos well equipped. It’s basically home from home

Ventilation fan was a tad loud in our bedroom. The railing in the second washroom was loose and off the wall. Felll on mere touch. They must have been aware but haven’t bothered or maybe didn’t have time to attend to it before our stay. We just hope we are not going to get blamed for it
