Friendly staff

By accident we reserved a smoking room but they moved us to a non smoking room the next day, the staff was very friendly

The room had dust, the bathroom could be cleaner and the mattress more comfortable

比較的快適に過ごせた。機会があればまた利用したいと思う。

駅から近い。備品がそろってる。シャワーの角度が変わるので使いやすい。タオルや歯ブラシが良質。卓上の鏡◎ チェックイン時にいただいたお菓子の気遣いが◎おいしかった。

全体的に広さはないが、特にバスから出るドアの前に、すぐ机・椅子があるのでその辺の動きがしづらい。喫煙の部屋なのでにおいは仕方ないが、カーテンがしみだらけだったので、見た目がちょっと残念。

Good but… there was a man….

Good for the value of money. Convenient location. The sky well looks interesting. Nice and helpful staff

The carpet was a little sticky and the bathroom floor was kind of slippery. The window had a filter film so couldn’t see outside. P.S. A suspicious man tried to say hi to me in the lobby…but the staff came out on time phew. He just sort of fled and stood outside the entry after the staff greeted him. After abt 10mins he came back in and went upstairs with a lady…. He could have just recognized the wrong person and decided to wait outside cuz it was awks but idk weird…

the smoker room has a very strong smell of smoke. under the bed there was a plastic bag with rubbish and it remained there along all my stay (3 nights)

Good for short business trips and well located

Never stayed in an APA hotel but they're everywhere! Definitely a small but functional hotel room perfect for quick business trips. Has a wealth of amenities for everything you need. Compact but comfy beds.

I enjoyed my stay, and the hotel was a good value for the money.

The hotel was immaculate and had excellent amenities inside the room. The bed and duvet were comfortable, and the bed linens were crisp and clean.

The towels were thin. The rooms were quite small, and the restaurant was closed 24/7.

Very modern hotel, room basic with all necessary facilities

Breakfast was clearly ordered from an external place and was too basic, room really small a lacking of style. Restaurant was shut down and could not be used

Would consider staying at any one of the APA locations again

I liked that the front staff were friendly.

The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated but found that to be the standard in some other Japanese hotels.

Great APA hotel

Handy location, easy to get around. The rooms were compact but functional. Great bath! Some fabulous local restaurants.

The breakfast was a bento box with no other choice.

Room was small

The room was very small. There was a high step to the bathroom which was very inconvenient when going to the toilet in the middle of the night.

The bathroom was very small and the water spill into the floor when using the shower.

Great location! Easy train access to the train line that takes you to Tokyo Disney, but also very close to Tokyo Station (great shinkansen and airport access). A bit expensive for a short stay in a small room, but that's Tokyo in general. Just be careful, there's another APA Hotel about two blocks from this one so just be mindful you have the right one when searching for the hotel in Google maps.

There was a half-drunk water bottle on the ledge at the head of the bed left from the previous person in our room. It was partially hidden by the curtain, but still it casts doubt on how well the room was cleaned between stays (even though it seemed pretty clean otherwise)

amazing! will recommend to others

the hotel building is new and very clean. Room size is alright for a couple (small size is understandable, common in Tokyo). Staff are accommodating and friendly. Ranged amenities are available in ur room (more complete than some other higher star hotels). Location are super great, in central heart of Tokyo, close to 2 station lines, and also not too far from Tsukiji on foot. Will consider to stay here again when visit JP.

The room is standard with a fair price. The location is great. There are two subway stations nearby, one is connected to downtown and the other can transport to Disneyland. The breakfast is very delicious. Don't miss it if you are not hurried to start your daily plan.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room and overall hotel were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious and well portioned.

Unavoidable due to the room size, however the desk is quite cramped. The bathtub is shaped with a thick lip on the back which catches water and pours it onto the bathroom floor while taking a shower. The breakfast, while delicious, was a bento style so you need to make sure to pick it up before checking out of your room.
