The hdmi cable from the box to the TV was missing. Couldn't get any channels on the TV.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, they will double book and refuse to give you a room when you show up.

What did I like?? Nothing. Avoid this hotel if you are traveling to door county.

For future travelers, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Extremely poor service and management. We booked this hotel 1 months in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel owner told us there's no room for us. Everything shows normal on Booking.com and we got the confirmation code and password. The hotel owner claimed it's not her fault, it's booking.com's fault and she does not have a room for us even though everything was confirmed on the website. She said our booking information never reached out to her and only appeared 4 days ago. She tried to call us 4 days ago to inform us about it but couldn't get through. We pulled out the phone and in fact there was a voice mail 4 days before the check in date. However, booking.com never gave me any cancellation messages. It still shows confirmed right when she was saying she does not have a room for us. Even if it would been a real cancellation, she could have informed us way in advance, not 4 days before the check-in date. We took a Friday off work to travel here for the weekend and this weird thing had happened. We called booking.com to see if they could help. They offered to call the hotel owner. According to booking.com customer agent, the hotel owner was extremely rude, hang up the phone before she could finish and refused to help. A customer agent girl told us that she would email us any alternative hotels she could find in 30min-1h but she never did. We waited and waited, no messages. Finally we decided to drive back home. The next morning, we saw one message from booking.com hours after they promised and several other messages at 1-3AM in the morning. I've been using booking.com for years and this is the first time that such thing has ever happened. It's astonishing how poor this hotel manages their own booking system and how booking.com customer agents would promise something that they couldn't make. I will definitely use other websites for traveling in the future.

Clean room-and comfy bead.

Our window faced the tavern on premises. Very loud music and people jolted us awake right outside window at 1:15 in the morning. The motel is listed as Sturgeon Bay, WI address. In reality it is 16.5 miles out of Sturgeon Bay. Not pleased after a long day, deceiving.

Superb

Very smooth check-in. Easy access on the hi-way. Just a walk to the lakeside park if you want to have a quick sunrise view. And there is a pub beside the hotel if your down with some drinks too. All in all our stay in this small hotel is great. If we're going back here next summer will definitely choose this again.

Quaint little spot...

The motel was in between Sturgeon Bay and Jacksonport. Even though it was on the main road, the traffic noise was close to none. It was close to a bar that had delicious food.

The price for what was offered was alittle high but overall it was a pleasent place to stay. We didnt come into contact with the hotel staff unless that was them who ran the bar next door. We were only left a note saying where to find them for check-in/out.

It was very clean and convenient to have Mikes pub right next door.

The address is misleading on the website. We thought we were staying in sturgeon bay as it states that is the address. Jacksonport wasn’t very convenient for us. More clarification on location would be helpful.

Nice, quiet motel, good central location to avoid the noise & bustle of the busier Door Co villages.

Jacksonport is a small, quiet village and close to state parks and other Door Co attractions. Innlet Motel is within a short walk of a couple good restaurants, kayak and bike rentals, and across the road from Lakeside Park, with one of the nicest beaches on the peninsula.

Could use some updating. Price seemed a bit high for the accommodation level.

Air conditioning unit struggled a bit to keep the room cool at times. But it never really became a problem.

The spacious room, the clean, comfortable beds, the love seat, the balcony, the hot water.... everything.

There was nothing I didn't like. This place is wonderful.

Post a sign by office, that the house next door is a private resident. We bothered them w/o knowing.

Large room with lots of space. Bed was comfy. Shower had good pressure and hot. Owner was super nice & friendly. Good location.

Furnace/air unit was old and hard to control. I think it froze up and wasn't throwing cold air. We turned it off and just opened the window, so we were fine. There was no comforters on the beds. Only sheets and one blanket. No one in the office when we arrived. Called & texted the numbers but no one answered. Walked to the restaurant on the property to wait, ask about the hotel, eat & found the owner there. Could of had a note posted by the office to go to the restaurant to get keys. Could of had the refrigerator plugged in for us.

Outrageous cost for value!

Location good-for exploring other areas of Door County and close to Whitefish Dunes State Park.

Price for room was outrageous for the value :-( Towel rack fell off the wall when putting hand towel on it. Refrigerator sitting on a piece of plywood on small wobbly table. Poor quality pillows (2) and only one blanket on beds. No room services in between nights, breakfast not included. Very noisy into early morning hours.
