I would not stay here again because of the customer service issues I had with Mario

I loved the location of the property. It is right across the street from the metro and only 2 blocks from the heart of little Tokyo. The apartment itself was also nice it was clean and quiet and had plenty of space for my family of four

What I didn’t like about the property was the customer service and it wasn’t the property I booked. If you don’t care about good customer service than this is a great place but after driving for 8 hours and being told that the reason for the bad service by a man named Mario was due to my last minute reservation which I placed the day prior. I booked one property that had a pool my children were excited about and then when I arrived I was sent to a property down the street that had zero amenities so the family was bummed about that. Then stood in the rain waiting for Mario to open the door for roughly ten minutes and paid for covered parking only to be sent to an unsecured parking lot across the street that you can park in all day everyday for free if you go in before 8am.

MUY BUEN APARTAMENTO, CERCA DEL METRO ESTACIÓN LITTLE TOKIO (7min)

Me encantó que había todo lo que se necesita de una casa,para poder disfrutar buena tele, agua caliente,buena cama con excelente colchón en las noches veíamos tele en el sofá cama de la sala, pudimos lavar nuestra ropa y secarla a gusto, muy cerca de la estación de metro en little Tokio, el refrigerador muy confortable, nos dejaron cepillos de dientes con mini pastas dentales en caso de emergencia, surtida la cocina, nos dejaron pods para 5 lavadas y yambien jabon liquido y para el lavaplatos, Sillón grande que se transforma en sofá cama muy comodo, buenas colchas y temperatura excepcional, volvería a rentarlo, pero la ubicación de Hewitts, Volvería sin duda....nos encantó...

No podria decir que fueron cosas que no me gustaron diria que son cosas a mejorar,porque el lugar es lindo y siempre me dieron respuestas a otra celeridad, pero las tuve sobretodo con Monica (solo tuve comunicación x WhatsApp o x Gmail) Es diferente el rentar apartamento, la comunicación no es tan fluida como se acostumbra en un hotel, no pude recibir a tiempo el cambio de ubicación del apartamento porque estaba fuera de cobertura de mi proveedor de internet,estaba viajando y sin red cuando llegue no se me conectó estuve en una ubicacion que no era or pocos minutos eso sí ell taxista me ayudó, y afuera nos espero Miguel, pero fue el mismo dia en la mañana que se me cambio la dirección, si no tienes Roaming o Internet recomendaria al viajero siempre verificar su correo cualquier cambio de última hora con el propietario; es muy moderno todo ahí, el sistema es electrónico amigable, solo que una noche el timbre electrónico estuvo fuera de servicio a pesar que no esperamos mucho para subir y no pasó a mayores, fue una experiencia diferente, en resumen aprendimos mucho.

Excellent overall- would stay there again.

Great location- near little Tokyo, metro station, and MOCA, safe and clean. Great roof deck with views of the city.

Mattresses a bit too soft for us. Light at washer closet did not shut off, could use a shower caddy.

Safe space in Downtown LA

Secure stay at downtown. The private parking was more expensive than outdoor parking, however it gives a good sense of security. Has got all the facilities. Particularly enjoyed the table lamp which had usb ports for the charger. Would recommend for others.

Though I stayed for a week. They were unable to accommodate a late check out, as the property was booked out.

Extremely disappointing

We booked an apartment in February from “Historic Lofts and Homes” for June 14-17. On June 11, we were sent a confirmation email and much to our surprise saw that the booking was for a different apartment – this one owned by “Cityscape Luxury Rental homes”. We found it strange that they could just switch apartments without asking us, although from our side our cancellation date had passed. When I contacted them, we were assured that this one was as good as the previous one. Upon walking into the apartment, we immediately noticed that there was a strong bad smell and we were over a very noisy main road. We slept with the windows closed (because of the noise) and in the morning, we both felt ill. When I called the manager he said we should vacate the premises while he contacted the property owner. That was June 15. I called “Cityscape” on June 21 and was told they were investigating the situation. I called them again on June 23 (after receiving an email saying that our booking has been canceled due to an invalid credit card, although we had already paid) and was told they still did not have any further information. In early July "Cityscape" told me they were resolving this with Booking.com. But as of today, September 1, Booking.com (who has been extremely courteous and sympathetic) has not managed to make any progress. Please be aware of this total lack of responsiveness, if you are considering booking any properties with Cityscape.

Exceptional

Very well equipped apartment with plenty of space and beautiful view from a shared terrace over LA downtown. Apartments is located in the new building in Little Tokyo district, with a walking distance to japaneese restaurants and LA downtown. We had all conviniences. Apartment is very well furnished (full equipped kitchen, washing and drying machines and other usefull things). It is clean and we really relaxed there. Because of bigger space and all conveniences we preffer it over hotels in which we stayed. Good contact with host.

Registration process required us to fill form, provided via whatsapp with all personal and fragile data (pictures of an ID, data of an credit card). We didn't like it and do not find it safe and secure to provide such data to links shared via whatsapp. But I appreciate that our host, when we raised our objection, allowed us to provide data in more secure way via booking. Contact with the host was immaculate.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Los Angeles! We were delighted by our recent stay in this wonderful apartment in Los Angeles. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating - always responding quickly to our messages and inquiries, giving us a sense of being in good hands throughout our journey. The apartment's location is truly invaluable. We found ourselves situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all that Los Angeles has to offer. All the famous landmarks were within our reach, yet we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of our comfortable haven. I can't stress enough the internet speed we had during our stay. With an incredible 200Mb/s, the internet worked flawlessly fast in all parts of the apartment. This was especially useful as we were able to connect with the world and share our moments with family and friends without any issues. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The interior of the apartment is truly impressive - we felt like we had settled into a lavish yet cozy home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, whether it was a shorter or longer trip. We'd like to particularly commend the apartment's suitability for all types of guests. Whether you're traveling alone or with family, this apartment will welcome you with open arms. The space is adaptable and comfortable for all ages. The parking garage was secure and easily accessible via an elevator. We felt completely safe and at ease knowing our car was well-protected during our stay. In summary, our stay in this apartment was exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the magic of Los Angeles with comfort and luxury. It’s all electronic systems when you get there for the entrance into the building and inside the apa

So convenient for walking around to the eateries, shopping, museums and festivals. In the middle of Little Tokyo and the Art District which is a up and coming place with modern living. You have nearby attractions, metro stations, Mexican and Japanese foods. Easy Lyft was used for us to get around in LA traffic.Also, there’s are balconies to sit around and relax. A putting pad, game table and glass enclosed barbecue area with a view. A home comfort on vacation!

All good, the best decision I made for my for my trip!

New and clean apartment with easy access to all attractions.

The apartment was clean and had almost everything we needed including cooking ware and washer/dryer. The location was at the center of LA and easy access to all attractions.

Missing small details such as something to hold clothes in the bathroom. Provided shampoo and conditioner but not body wash. The bed was creaky.

Definitely recommend

The area was nice and right by what they called Little Tokyo. The suite was spacious and clean and had a super cool deck on the top floor with skyline view. We had late check out and our door automatically locked us out but maintenance came to assist us right away and let us in. I will be coming back next time I’m in LA.

Very glad!

I loved that they owners communicated with me throughout the way. They provided great Instructions for how to enter and exit and parking. The apartment was cleaned and came furnished with everything we needed to make the stay comfortable including laundry pods to clean our clothes. It was actually pretty quiet at the apartment and it was easy to walk to many different restaurants. I would totally stay here again.

The only part was not finding any extra trash bags in the unit but thats my only ding. Otherwise I'm glad I chose this place!

Truly a fun and comfortable experience

It was amazing, the rooms were a good size, clean, and comfy. I also loved how their was utensils that were part of the kitchen so we were able to cook and prep meals for the trip! We also loved the staff that was there, they were kind and understanding of the situation that we got in.

The only thing I did not like was that it states there is a spa area however, we did not find it. Other then that it was truly the best experience we had!

Disappointing and did not meet expectations.

It was a hassle trying to get instructions and access for the property. When we arrived, the floors were dirty and the bedsheets needed to be washed.

The place was exceptionally clean. Great communication with host, great location. I didn't know much about the area but found great food, good bars, and lots of fun shops within walking distance.
