Everyone at this hotel was so nice. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Couldn't get the hairdryer to work tho. But never said anything. Everyone on the reviews said the breakfast was delicious. I thought it was just so-so. The price was fine for the hotel, booked though Hotel.com. Loved the view from our balcony.

The stay was good overall. Staff was friendly and room was overall good. There were a few minor things I feel could be helpful to point out. 1. we stayed from Friday night to Monday morning and our room never got cleaned. I'm not sure if it was something I missed to hang on the door or what. 2. The shower pressure went in and out during a shower, never fully out but it got really weak for a few seconds then back to normal every minute or two. 3. The pillows were just bad, 0 support.

We loved our patio room and the entire experience! The hotel was reassuringly clean and fresh, evrn the fitness center was well kept. Or room was perfect for our needs. My hubby enjoyed a clean, well presented hot breakfast buffet every morning. Yes he may even be a bit spoled now.

Check in was not easy, they tried to charge us again when we arrived. Popped on a $20 parking fee for the night. WiFi was not strong enough to keep the tv clear never mind a lap top. Usually love the beds at Hampton Inn but these were hard.

Perfect mini getaway with my family! Pet friendly & a great location! Safe, family-friendly & quiet. My kids are loud & our new puppy came with us. I loved that we were able to be on the 8th floor, with ocean views. It was perfect!

I would definitely stay here again. It is not luxury if that’s what you are looking for but the view from our room was amazing, beds were comfortable, love the refrigerator and microwave in the room, and restaurant bar in hotel was fun and pizza was good. Average in room bathroom. Very convenient walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. They only had one elevator which surprised me because apparently it has been out of service for months if you read the other reviews. That was kind of annoying but a good excuse to take the stairs.

One of the features that we wanted was a restaurant in the hotel. When we got there on New Years Eve, we were informed the restaurant would be closed until Thursday.The day after our 3 day stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean. Room was beautiful. A few steps and you’re on the boardwalk. Listening to the ocean at night. You can walk to all shopping and eating. Wonderful stay

Great view of the ocean, but just an average hotel room. Kinda sums up the entire hotel: average. One thing I absolutely hated was the shower. No tub, and the shower was just barely wide enough to stand under the water.

We picked the first floor double queen room as we were traveling with pets. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and we were able to just open the sliding patio door and walk right out to the beach. There are 2 chairs and a small table outside of your room if you wish to enjoy a beverage while viewing the ocean. A grass area for animals as well. The young lady that checked us in was extremely friendly and pleasant. The night we arrived there was live music in the restaurant area. Even with our room just a few doors down we did not hear the music once the door was closed. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast of breads, eggs, yogurts, a meat, potatoes, cereal, make your own waffles, various juices, coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea. Overall we enjoyed our trip and will most likely book here again in the future.

Room was short on linens. Had to ask the front desk several times to get extra linens before they were finally delivered. Beds aren’t the softest. Average sleep. Other than these things, it was fine.

Only one elevator working. Took forever. My room was on the 7th floor and had to walk up because it took so long. (This is during Thanksgiving week) Great location, right off the beach and boardwalk. Free breakfast was average, not really good. Receptionist doing night audit was a little rude.

We stay here every Thanksgiving while visiting family. The only downside that we saw- and presumably it's temporary- was that one of the two elevators was out of service.

From the very beginning, our stay with Hampton Inn has exceeded expectations. I booked a room for 1 night back in May for October, and at some point I called to see if I could add on an extra night, which was no problem. The day of checkin, I called to ask if we could switch from the first floor to a higher floor but still have a balcony, Michael made this switch for us with no problems. Check in was very smooth. Hotel is VERY clean, updated, modern, comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was much better than most hotel complimentary breakfasts. Everything was amazing. Honestly great price for oceanfront view with a balcony. Service was excellent, facility was excellent, we will stay there again in the future for sure.

This property only has one working elevator used by both guests and staff, and it has apparently been like this for over 8 months. There is no excuse for this inconvenience! Also, the breakfast was not as good as other Hamptons and the room fixtures were past their prime.

The property was ok, if you like dogs please stay here! If you have allergies do book this location! The elevators were not working properly, therefore, get ready to walk a few flights of stairs. The hot breakfast was WONDERFUL, the staff cooking and cleaning the breakfast area was Excellent!!

I stayed three nights. The hotel had been remodeled so the fixtures and paint and carpet were all fine. The breakfast was very good consisting of eggs and meat and potato’s every day. The major problem was the elevators. One was out of use and the other was creaky and, with 8 floors to service, always hard to get. I learned that this was not a new problem but had been going for months. Apparently the elevators are so old that they can’t get parts for them. Elevators are something that should work in a hotel at this price level. I had to take the stairs everyday from the 4th floor to get to and from my room. Fortunately I was not on the 8th floor. But I spoke to a couple whose room was on the 7th floor. Not good.
