Tolle Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis

Die Lage am Beginn des Strips haben wir sehr genossen. Hier ist der Trubel nicht ganz so groß und man bekommt den benötigten Schlaf. Dennoch kann man den gesamten Strip gut zu Fuß bewältigen. Alternativ fährt unmittelbar vor dem Hotel die Monorail oder ein Bus, um so den Strip zu erkunden. Das Hotel selbst mit seinen vielen Angeboten macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und müssen nicht reserviert werden.

Eigentlich hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings finden wir es immer ganz schön, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Frühstück buchen kann. Das ist hier, wie aber bei den meisten Hotels in Vegas ebenso, nicht möglich.

Facilities are good however rooms are bad

Property is at prime location with restaurant and general store within property is major plus

Rooms are too dated… very old carpet… bathroom without shower…furniture is too old. Looks like renovation is not done ever since this was built

Top Hotel top Nationalpark, klasse Stimmung

Wir hatten das Ruby’s Inn für einen kurzen Urlaub gebucht. Aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert.

Lovely Lobby- great grocery/gift store- art gallery was nice to look at. Location was great.

Great value- convenient- contributed to feeling that you were at a national park.

The food in the restaurant was not good. If you order, stick to sandwiches. The breakfast fare was plentiful, but canned and processed. French toast was terrible.

It was okay

The home fries were better than what I had at Zion.

The oatmeal was runny. The fruit was either canned or frozen. There were no other vegan options.

Average stay but great location for Bryce Canyon

Ideal location and accommodation suited what I needed

It was very busy and could not get into the restaurant without a 40 min wait. The simple diner which was available served quite poor food.

Really good option to visit Bryce Canyon National Park!

Room was nice, location with Bryce canyon Park Shuttle was great. Ice cream across street was excellent and reasonably priced.

Breakfast buffet was very forgettable. Oatmeal was like soup, no cereal choices.

Convenient, friendly staff and accessible location.

Literally a minute to the shuttle that took us to Bryce in 10 mins. Amenities made things convenient. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. The room was good.

Our room was in the very back by the pond/lake. It looked like it was worn and needed attention. We can see work or renovations being done on the roof of the main building but not sure if the rest were on the list.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Location

Bathroom floor tiles were breaking. Bathroom was old. Room smelled horrible. Breakfast had pretty good variety, but the coffee was bitter.

Great basecamp to explore Bryce Canyon! Good food. Love the country style.

The hall with the front desk is very nice. Actually the whole setup with lodges around the main building is nice. Parking right in front of the room. The place is located very close to Bryce Canyon national park, even the bus shuttle into the park is departing in front of the hotel. The room setup is a bit old fashioned, and this is just perfect for the location and general style of the place. Breakfast was tasty with many choices. Dinner at the Cowboy's Buffet&Steak room was just great and also the service there was worth a note.

It was disappointing that the live country music dinner show was adervtised, they even sent me a message offering that, but it was not yet open at that time of the year. Also, information if the bus shuttle into the park is already running was confusing (but that may not be the hotels fault). The main hall could perfectly use a bar to have a drink or two in the evening.

Very poor

Free breakfast. Good location.

The manager's handling of the issues. The resident upstairs directly above us kept walking - very heavy-footedly - on the squeaky, seemingly poorly insulated floor/ceiling back-and-forth from front to back constantly starting around 8 pm. We also heard the sounds of toilet flushing every 5 minutes or so. We reported to the front office around 8:40pm. We were told by the manager that there was nothing that he could do then and that he'd have to wait until 10 pm because of the state law. Ten p.m. had past and the noises didn't stop. We called again. The manager said he'd send a maintenance person to the room where the noises were made. The noises didn't stop. So, we called again and requested to move the room, but our request was denied by that same manager, who said that "We're sold out." (I started searching booking.com shortly afterwards for the hotels in the same city and found out that that same Best Western Plus at Rudy's still had rooms available!!!) At around 10:45 pm, the noises would still continue and we couldn't sleep. We called the front office several times but nobody picked up the phone. Having had enough, I finally decided to walk to the car (in the rain and light snow) and drove to the office in person. I reported the issues to the young lady who was running the office and who was very friendly and professional, and helpful, and she was able to find a replacement room for us a couple of buildings away.

The breakfast was okay. The pool and hot tub were great. Laundry room was such a convenience for us - we are on a roadtrip.

The bathtub seemed dirty and so were the towels.

Central position of accommodation

Very noisy air-conditioning unit But worse was the registration desk staff. They would not give access to my son, whose name was registered for one of 2 rooms that I had booked. I had arrived first, checked in for him and me. Then i left a key with Registration staff for my sick son to collect on his arrival. When my son arrived, about an hour later, that same staff would not give him access to his room. He was literally turned away!! I had informed staff when I booked in that he was coming and left his key with staff to give to Andrew on his arrival. Andrew showed the staff his photo ID but they still refused to help. I had then to find my son. When found, I returned to talk to staff. They were unrepentant, claiming they followed proper procedure. I did report this to the Manager. To add insult to their treatment of Andrew, they then gave Andrew and me someone else's door key. Was that following procedure?; I would like to hear from management on this incident

really close to Bryce, clean and spacious rooms , good restaurant, excellent service, and had real plates and glasses for breakfast.

Could be a little more choice for breakfast. As stated in Booking, I gave a card for the reservation but wanted to pay with a different card. Result: my card used for the reservation has still blocked the total amount +/- 450£, the card that I payed with has been charged for this amount and at the same time has the same amount reserved. Which means that both of my credit cards have thus amount blocked. I called them (UK to USA) and said that they will take care of it and should call back in 2 days if amount still blocked.
