Stay would have been perfect if rooms were automatically cleaned and cribs ready as requested.

Staff was nice, enjoyed breakfast.

I HATE HATE HATE having to ask to have my room cleaned. That is not okay. I was traveling with small kids in diapers and had to ask to have my room cleaned so I didn't have to smell diapers and walked on lost Cherrios. They knew we were staying for 4 nights but didn't clean unless we asked. It makes you feel demanding. They didn't leave enough coffee for 4 days. I requested to have cribs in each room twice prior to arrival. The cribs were not in the room on arrival. We arrived the first night an hour after the toddlers normal bedtime. They were prompt when I reminded them but I shouldn't have had to ask a third time.

For what the room offered, I definitely overpaid. I guess I was just hade higher expectations from a Hilton brand hotel.

The breakfast was decent.

The room was outdated, the beds squeaked, and the door to the room was so poorly fitted, you could almost look into the hallway when the door was closed.

No sleep and poor breakfast

Clean room, nice pool

Worst stay ever: room 409 is - I guess - directly under the central ac and it was as loud as in an airplane, so: no sleep! When complaining at check-out the lady just looked at me with big eyes and said "sorry". Wow! In addition, the breakfast menu was empty and the lady there was on easter sunday in no mood to fill them up - only on request was e.g. a milk gallon put on the counter Never again!!

Great beds, clean, coffee on tap in the foyer

Breakfast was disappointing; no bread (for toast) available at all until I asked. No yoghurts. I often complain about the yoghurt’s always being flavoured and no plain yoghurts being available. in this case there were no yogurts, flavoured or otherwise

don’t stay here

our heater did not work in the dead of winter. the hallways were set at 66 degrees. when I complained, the Mexican lady at the front desk said she’d let maintenance know. but it was too late. we had to check out at 5 am. they didn’t even care. freezing rain and snow.

Love Hampton Inns but we’re disappointed in this one.

The breakfast was very good. Just disappointed in the noise heard through the rooms and a COLD pool in the middle of winter. We took our grandkids to have fun and couldn’t stay in the pool long. No movies available on room tv.

Breakfast was great and the hotel was in a great location

Wish there was a laundry room on each floor and didn’t have operating hours. Since you need a room key to get in not sure why it closes.

The breakfast/Lounge are was nice. In the early evening, we spent some time reading but were disappointed that we could not enjoy the cookie snack as a group of men ate all the cookies and commandeered the television.

It took 15 minutes for the breakfast lady to find the manager to check out in the am. The person who checked me in did not take my e-mail and I wanted a copy of my receipt sent to me.

Relaxing and fun.

Breakfast was good,with a good selection of different types of foods, breakfast atendendt was quick to replace breakfast items.

Really have no complaints.

Decent but not a place for a return trip

We wanted to be near Glenwood Springs but not stay right in town. This was only 30 minutes away. We love Hampton Inn because they are always a good value, always clean, safe and have a wonderful breakfast included. This particular location is a much older hotel and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was wonderful as always but we would not stay here again unless we needed to.

The decor looked very dated and the beds were uncomfortable.

Was a comfortable stay, check in gal was very helpful with suggestions as were to have dinner

Breakfast was good, one morning we came down a little after 8:00 and things were a sparse. No eggs only 1 bagel.

Dogs should be kept on 1st floor, last day we saw some traces a dog left.

Great stay all around

Beds were comfortable, the staff was great, they served us a decent hot breakfast and the hotel was fairly new and very clean!

The heating/AC system was complicated to work and didn’t work so well.

Pleasant

The room was amazing. It was really nice and clean. Very spacious. The room itself was above and beyond our expectations and had wonderful amenities.

The bed was terrible. It sloped inward and you can feel the springs in the mattress.
