Very poor

Friendly staff

Room smelled, went and bought frebreeze. Half a bathtub, extremely noisy location.

Exceptional

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our tandem and upgraded us free of charge. They were also allowing emergency personnel based across the road to come and have breakfast and top up with coffee free of charge during the forest fire crisis. I have nothing but praise for this motel.

Not the quality

They had a free simple breakfast items available. The fridge was nice. Towels and sheets were clean. The shower had recently been renovated. HOT WATER!

A few little details made things uncomfortable. No ac or fans. It got really muggy and stuffy in the rooms. No fans in main room or in bathroom. There was a ceiling fan in one bedroom that helped. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. When we opened the door to get fresh air, people were outside smoking. We ended up buying a plug in fan at Walmart and it helped a little. I really thought we had booked a room with a kitchenette, and there was nothing. It was really not what I was hoping for at all. We still had a nice time at the coast, but I do not plan on staying here again. It didn't help that across the street they had the fair going on. There was yelling very late Friday night that woke me up. I just didn't feel super safe there.

30 minutes of nasty smelling room, couldn't take the stench.

Location.

Bathroom was filthy. Carpet is super old and dirty. We stayed 30 minutes, couldn't take the odor of piss and pinesol, the stench was getting stronger. We went to the office to get a refund so we could leave. The desk clerk did not ask what was wrong, so I told him, he did not even apologize to us. NEVER AGAIN.

Good value for the cost.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful. It had a Disney Cars Land vibe. We loved that Starbucks was next door.

The beds were very a bit too firm for us. We could easily hear the upstairs neighbors until late in the night. We requested a street level room though so it’s definitely understandable to hear people above it’s just the late hour that was annoying.

The nice gentleman who checked me in, and the poor blonde lady that was just coming back from being sick. They were amazing. They were nice during my entire stay and made me feel very welcomed...

There was another little lady in that office that made me feel on my toes and like I had to watch myself or I was gonna have to leave my whole stay... Mind you... I'm a single mom who's there with 2 teenage girls because we are homeless... That lady will tell you no one from crescent can stay but she has her weeklies upstairs and a guy who gets services all month downstairs. So your gonna tell me ... I the quite homeless ladie can't pay for like two weeks and not worry. For one more week? At the regular price the guy ( Manager .. turns out) gave it to as. Like I was told in the beginning.

Would not stay there again.

Location was good, good price

Place is old and shabby. Breakfast area ceiling was falling in and water leaking on the floor.

Comfortable, affordable, clean great overall

The 3 queen bedroom was GREAT overall , affordable and the staff was great as well I'll definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

I'll still stay here again but will bring a small fan to move the air.

clean & well cared for, friendly staff, reasonable rates. A good place to spend a night on the road.

It's an older motel with no A/C or fan, and with a widow open the noise from the hwy is loud. It's the coast so heat isn't a big problem. A ceiling fan would solve it for me.

Not a bad place for one night stand.

clean and comfortable room, seems quiet (could not hear the neighbors). Love the walk-in shower.

Could not adjust the temperature (no air conditioner or fan), TV remote did not work well (could only move one direction with the channels and sound),

I would not stay there again.

it was easy to find, and the person on the front desk was very helpful.

Very sad, uncared for feeling. Upper outdoor passage way to reach rooms was carpeted! That means filthy. Also the room once has a security lock on the door but it was broken. The general vibe was not a good one.

location is directly across the street from the fairground. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is poor only muffins, coffee and cereals with bananas.
