Didn’t have many choice of breakfast. Disappointed no fresh fruits.

Not clean at all. Elevator was so dirty didn’t want to touch the button. Carpet o. The hallway was dirty. Bathroom door needed clean. Rust all over the place. Key card didn’t work properly, had to try several times of try to work after having it adjusted.

First of all they limit the volume to 30 on all the tvs, I have never heard of that. The door to the hotel room was difficult and having problems locking and needed maintenance to help with it then everything is out of order from the elevators to the ice machine and there is constantly sketchy people walking around each floors. It is very nasty with blood stains and medical gloves all over the halls, I do not feel safe and I haven’t even completed my stay here.

Good location right off the highway

Filthy room. Not clean at all! Smelled like weed. Carpet filthy. Smudges on light switches. Mattress stained with holes in it. Bad. Very bad.

Me and my Family would have felt safer and more accommodated sleeping behind their trash can area outside

The location

The cleanliness, the piss poor attitudes of staff, lack of extra towels and wash cloths. The inner hotel appearance. The uncleanliness of the elevator and is in need of serious repair. The deteriorating interior and lack of maintenance and upkeep.

Location was great. Poor condition. Worn carpet. Rusty elevator. Ripped wallpaper in hallway. Breakfast area clean. Dogs allowed but neighbors barked two hours straight. One week stay. One room cleaning. No new towels. None st all. No clean sheets. Just remade bed

The staff were very nice

The rugs in hallway were so dirty. The sheets were soiled so I slept on top of the sheets. I left early because the room were so dirty.

Overall, I would use the same amount of money and stay at one of the locations across the street.

The room ITSELF was clean and there were no red flags inside the room. A/C worked. bathroom was in correct order. The breakfast provided was decent and had variety

Blood spills outside in the car pullup area outside the main door. The one elevator has a lot of damage to it, being held together with duct-tape on the button panel. Inside door has a lot of metal scratches and scrapes from it being out of alignment. Hallway/lobby carpet looked terrible w black stains, white stains, hot and smelled like smoke/weed.

Pool was closed and wasn't mentioned in advertisement ..fans going in hall some reconstruction. Desk chair missing a wheel ..back door access loud ..can hear door open and close all night. Shower so filthy I didn't shower

Disgusting rugs filthy! Pool not functioning. No change in Linens with no notice of pool closing or no daily change of linens. Noisy neighbors. Car was being fixed after an accident in the parking lot.

I checked out the next morning and went to the embassy suites.

The property was extremely dirty and out dated. The carpet in the halls were was so dirty it had to be a health hazard. The rooms smelled molded and my son and i were itching possible bedbugs. The fridge did not work in the room and even the replacement fridge they provided still didn’t work. The stay member when i arrived was very unpleasant and had no customer service.

The rooms were clean

There was no functioning pool, the pool didn’t have a closed sign up. The elevator is a hazard waiting to happen. We put our arrival time in, HOWEVER an employee thought it was ok to charge my card and say our room would be cancelled if we made it by the time we would get there.

Highly disappointed.

Breakfast was not like the food in the pictures. There was no bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast. It was cereal, packaged muffins, boiled eggs, waffles, and bagels.

Was not clean at all. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Told the staff about it twice and was told twice it would be fixed and never was so the room even with the air on was humid. Floors, cabinets, desks etc literally everything was dirty. Had to bring my own comforter and towels and blankets down to the lobby to be washed and then was told it would be ready by evening. Came to the hotel at 1am and it still was not in my room. Had to come all the way back down and they tried to find a new one. All I got was the thin top blanket. We froze for a few nights.

My stay was positive to many problems going on with the 🏨

Maybe I misunderstood what the details said concerning breakfast, I didn't expect just muffins ,juice boiled eggs and coffee. It had dog poop on the floor from the night before and the elevator wasn't working from the night before.

The rooms could have been upgraded old rusting tub, bed weren't 🛌 placed properly if you're staying more than one day you have to ask for your room to be cleaned, the pool and the hot tub wasn't working and they didn't say that before I made the reservation. When you're doing any type of construction 🚧 on the property it should be temporary closed until the job is finished.

Filthy. Roaches. Poorly maintained. Won't be booking with this chain again.

Front desk staff very nice. Location Exterior was well kept.

Pool closed. Outside looked good. Inside is in desperate need of renovation, upgrade and deep cleaning. Room doors are heavy and loud/clunky. All walls and trim are dirty. Roaches. Bathroom needs upgrade. Toilet tissue was soaking wet upon arrival??? No rollaway or trundle altho we expressed need at time of nooking. 16 year old grandson spent night in 3rd room at no charge, which was nice, but it was an unclean "under maintenance" room. TV didn't work. Felt nervous to have him separate from us in a different room, but there was no other answer except that he sleep on the (very dirty) floor. All in all, huge disappointment. Won't be booking with LA Quinta again.

Close to alot of food options.

This place really needs to step it up on customer service and cleaning. The rug and couches and pull out bed were so dirty. Breakfast was only toast and waffles.

Old hotel

It is an older hotel and it looked like it. Dirty stained carpet throughout the room was cleaned, no complaints there. The restrooms could use a bit more cleaning. Customers shouldn't be seeing mold in the restrooms. The elevator was slow and made a noise that sounded like the elevator was going to shut down.

Other than the dirty carpets, moldy restrooms, and very slow elevator. Nothing else.

Uncomfortable and disappointing. Staff were helpful but could do little.

The location

The carpet was dirty, damp, and had an odor. The phone and TV were unconnected. Had to get help. Couldn't breath due to spell and dampness and had trouble sleeping for coughing due to air in room. Had to leave a day early.

The room was ok clean. The bed was comfortable.

The building floors and elevator was disgusting. It smelled like dog pee. The base boards were nasty too.the pillows were not comfortable.
