Water park was great but rooms need to be updated and padded to cut noise

Location was near the indoor water park. Easy access with bracelet. Plenty of attractions.

Room assigned initially smelled of cigarette smoke. AC was not working. The second room given was ok and clean. Building was old. Corridors were dirty. Room floor, though not dusty, but was dirty. Did not provide bathroom rug and tissue paper. We can hear stepa from the sexond floor and children and other people were running and shouting and playing. It was very niosy! Checkin was in the far end of the property. For us to move to the other eoom, we have to go back to the checkin building to get new keys. Customer service is not easy to communicate with.

Overall good value for the money.

Mt. Olympus is a good value overall for a young family with kids up to 14. We went in winter and the outdoor attractions were closed so we will be back in summer because it looks big and awesome. I wish this resort had more restaurant style dining options. Each room has a good amount of open spaces and a fridge and microwave, which was great for us. We brought a cot we used as a couch area for the kids.

The rooms are dated, but you won't spend much time in them. It would be nice to have a smart TV that chan Chromecast. I wish there were more restaurant style dining options. The attractions also closed too early...7:00 arcades and 9:00 pools.

Stay away from this booking you will be disappointed. I will be calling the WI dep of health.

Nothing went well this trip was a disaster from check in to check out. The directions from the Priceline confirmation page sent me directly to the park vs the off site check in facility. After finding the check in location I was sent to a disgusting room. Upon arrival I found the security door was broken as if someone kicked it in. Got up to the room to find cigarette burns and hair on the sink vanity, cobwebs along the ceiling and a flickering light which was the only light source in the room. Until it burned out leaving my family and I in the dark.

After calling the reservation line and complaining, I was asked to come back to the check in location and was assigned to another room. The second room was a little better than the first one but it smelled like dirty socks. After a long road trip and 2 trips to the check in location we were not going to complain again. I realized that Mt. Olympus has bought all the hotel/motel/ apartment complexes in the immediate area so the rooms weren’t going to be any better. On Saturday we headed to the water park around 6pm and it was disgusting, overcapacity, unsanitary, and my children weren’t allowed to get in the water. I found some employees congregating in a corner and I asked when the last time someone checked the chlorine in the water. One staff laughed and the other said she didn’t know.

Satisfactory but won’t be returning to the hotel. What I used to book was good.

Price was very good, booking was easy, check in was easy.

Room was small, no front desk in hotel. Far away from actual water park I wanted to stay at. No cots available or extra pillows and blankets

It was great, but booking the rooms isn't what you think it is

No breakfast , down the road from the actual resort

Booking the rooms doesn't tell you what place you actually staying. I didn't know they even had offsite hotels.

Overall I would probably not stay again.

The water park itself was just fine.

It would be nice if even in the lower end rooms. There was actually a coffee pot. That's ridiculous that there's not. The hallways were filthy in both hotel locations we stayed at. we had to be transferred because our building smelled dlike somebodies coat was on- fire. The original room was cute. The transfer room was fine. It never said anywhere online that there were hotel locations that you had to drive to the waterpark & It said no guarantee where you'll be well then you figure no matter, it all going to be in a connected building. All it said was that everything was inside to walk from room to water park. NOT true! Overall I would probably not stay there again.

room is clean

Run-down, old motel. No check-in desk or manager on site. Smelled like marijuana as soon as you walked in to building. Did not match pictures in any way that was online.

We were in a building directly across from Lake City Social we really liked it there and the night lights was amazing!

It was disappointing for the. location city

Doors locked and it had hangers

Child size toilets. Beds creaked when you moved loudly. Not cleaned very well. Dirt in corners and under sink. Vsnity stained snd old. 32” tv to small for size of room. No hand towels indoor waterpark disappointing

They stay was great overall at the hotel and water park but the double payment was a downfall!

Nothing was wrong with the hotel stay, but booking.com declined my card then later charged my card when I had paid another way and told me they would refund me and ever time I tried to complete the refund they denied it!

Had to pay twice because of the delay in charging my card and never got the refund I was told I’d get! Won’t book again though booking since I was given false information!

New addition to water park was nice

Room was super loud. Baby screaming next door. Sounded like a train going through the building but was just people on stairs or hallway above. Walls of lazy river need to be scrubbed

Book directly and ask lots of questions!!

I liked that since we were guests at the resort, we were able to spend an extra day at the park even though we checked out for the day. That was a really nice bonus!

The room was small for a family of 5. There were only 4 towels and 3 washcloths. NO COFFEMAKER!!! No separate space whatsoever,..even the bathroom was right next to the bed AND WITH NO VENTILATION so between my 2 smelly teenagers,my husband, and my little boy that always "has to go" ,that was definitely NOT a pleasant experience. When I tried to upgrade to a larger room closer to the park the resort was unable to accommodate us because we had booked with booking.com and not with the resort directly so that was an ultimate disappointment. I mean I was willing to pay much extra for what we needed but because of the 3rd party interference and no way for then to fix it,our little family getaway was nothing but,cramped,uncomfortable, inconvenient, smelly and stressful.

Las atracciones acuáticas y en verdad todo es genial en Olimpus lo.visitamos con mucha frecuencia nos encanta desde el personal higiene comodidad y sus atracciones unicas.

Esta vez las camas estaban mal . Nunca nos había pasado creo q esos colchones necesitaban cambios

Que bueno que contesto no se porque me an estado dando habitación de peor categoría o que no usan y huelen mál,el año pasado lo mismo,ya tengo años que me alojo,y estos dos años me dan habitaciones donde no hay gente por eso digo que el alojamiento es pésimo.

The fact that I got away from where I stayed at and I like traveling scenery on the highway

Everything, nothing wasn't open, the people was looking at us crazy, no hospitality also and where we went especially downtown stores was closed they say come back the next day we come back the next day they don't be open only thing was over with the inside pool we don't swim round to the go-karts you know the other events you have down there when none of that s*** open so very f***** up and I'm very f****** disappointed I would never f****** come back again f*** y'all I'm so very disappointed ☹️

We had a great time at Mount Olympus and plan to come back next year.

Good location. Everything was in walking distance. Room was spacious.

The bathroom was really small. The mattress I slept on needs to be replaced. The whole mattress sank in. We could have used more pillows. There was only 1 per person.

There's only 1 pool to go to and you have to walk or drive to get there from all the hotel buildings. Mayb put a inside/outside pools at certain buildings. Also the room was dirty with cobwebs and dirty floors.

Disappointing

That my kids, especially the younger ones, had a good time on site. Also the location of the resort.

There was a cockroach crawling on the wall by the bathroom. There were stains on the sheets on my kids bunk beds and a stained wash rag in the bathroom. That my goddaughter had her iphone stolen from her in the water park by someone who wasn't even a guest(this person also got away with 5 other phones and two purses from other guests). That you can no longer check in at the main resort and having no front desk there. There's a pizza place in the arcade area, but it stops selling food at 8; there are no on-site restaurants to grab breakfast at or anything.
