Good location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Good location close to transportation and 24-hour convenience store. Speedy check in with APA card. Well equipped bathroom, very comfy bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff.

Like nearly all APA hotels, just one elevator, so sometimes a long wait to go up or down.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, vlakbij straatjes met gezellige eettentjes en vlakbij het station.

Ontbijt is zeer af te raden! Het bed was erg zacht en klein.

A par l'emplacement, très moyen

L'emplacement est très bien, en plein centre.

Très mauvais accueil du personnel, pas aimable. le personnel parle très mal anglais. Il faut s'enregistrer avec sont téléphone portable, bref tout faire soi-même. Chambre très petite, salle de bain très bien. Beaucoup de choses en plastiques...lit très mou.

Worst hotel I stayed at in 40 countries

Room was smallest in hotel and not what I ordered . Nothing I like .

No ac , no heat , no open restaurant, no regular cleaning , regulate temperature by opening window. Given smallest room in hotel , not what I ordered . Wanted to charge for late check out . Tub was child size, not for adult. Was told I was given a great room but I got the room nobody wanted and I booked in advance. Not for longer stays .

Exceptional

Everything was great, meeting all my expectations. Just a nice, clean place to comfortably spend a night in. From now on, when I'm in Japan again, I'm booking APA.

The only complaint I can think of is that the shower in my room had only 2 modes - gentle stream and fire hose, no inbetween. That's it.

A comfortable bed made a good visit. All Japanese hotels are compact but this had what we needed.

This hotel had the only soft bed on our two-week tour. I believe Japanese hotels need a stock of soft bed toppers, for travelers who are not comfortable sleeping on stiff mattresses.

Check-in was cumbersome. Relatively efficient but overly rigid and formal. There was an Italian short-order restaurant attached but the Breakfast offering was not what travelers need. No Gluten Free or Non-Dairy options.

Great Hotel and worth the price.

Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Hotel was not too far from Shimbashi station. Lots of amenities with daily top up. hotel was easy to find and easy to access.711 right around the corner. Comfy beds.

Carpets are were little old and must (but had slippers so it was okay). window didn't have good view but that wasn't necessary. Room was abit small, but we managed it fine.

A great business hotel for work trips or a short stop in Shinbashi/Toranomon.

Great location and close to Toranomon Hills Forum.

Room is small, but price more than makes up for it.

rooms were cold, got a smoking room I don’t smoke, didn’t feel as clean as other APA hotels, staff not as friendly as in previous APA, charged fee to call taxi,

A great option for Shimbashi!

The hotel was easy to find, (close to Shimbashi station), and in a great location. The room was small but clean and cosy, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, (and nice room view too!).

Laundry options were a bit limited. There was a bit of a miscommunication, as by 'laundry service' it referred to dry cleaning only.

Breakfast has a set menu which is same every day. So if you are staying for more than 2 days don't order breakfast with room booking. Else everything is good.

Good choice

The hotel is clean and nice. Excellent position , close to subway, you'll go anywhere in Tokyo center from here. Rooms are little bit small but thats normal , what is good is that despite small there is everything inside and all perfectly organised. Good service. Nice kind staff. Check in and check out are very fast and efficent

The location was amazing, close to several metro lines going to Tokyo central, Akihibara, Shibuya and the airports. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and good breakfast was offered.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but I think that in Japanese standards it was a good size
