Was good

Was good although kinda repetitive sometimes.

Sometimes you need to ask for refill for example milk since they don’t really seem to notice when it runs out.

Not my future choice.

Location is great

Poor communication. My booked rooms was downgraded with same price. Booked 2 family rooms with town view, what I got is 4 rooms with backyard n alley view. Too frustrated.

Exceptional

Able to leave the luggage at hotel when arrived before check-in time. Iron not provided in the room but don't worry, just request and they will sent it to your room. The hotel location is very strategic. Ben Thanh market infront hotel and got a few halal restaurant nearby about 4-5 minutes walking. And walkable distance to other attraction places like Tao Dan park, Indepence Place, War Remnant museum, al Rahim mosque and more.

The room lighting a little bit dim for me.

Compact with everything you need; better suited to a short stay

The room was compact but had everything we needed for a short stay. Staff were pleasant and obliged our request to extend our checkout (for a fee) which we really appreciated. Handy location to the Binh Thanh Market (directly opposite).

It didn't bother us but not everyone may like the shower being in the room (toilet is self enclosed). Rooms are not very soundproof. Breakfast was adequate but could have had more options (but you won't starve).

After all is still OK.

I have been staying in this hotel for at least 8 times (Superior Queen Room) First time was prefect, but after that every time I book the Room getting smaller and smaller. (Very Disappointed) But after all is still a good stay.
