i did not stay i checked out as fast as i checked in

the bed had dirty linen on them like they had not been changed in months when i checked in there were no toilet paper in bathroom as promised in write up had a big hole in the wall that went to no where the room smelled like mold when you walked in the room the pictures on book.com and what is reality is not the same i checked out as fast as i checked in i was not able to get a refund because i booked through this web site i have write several emails to the company and to booking com but no one responded to my complaint of what this room was i was afraid to get nake in the bed thats how dirty the beds were please avoid this hotel it is a scam to take your money

If you want to find cheapest option near the airport

10 mins by tricycle from the Kalibo airport. Brand-new air conditioner. This is the least expensive hotel near the airport.

The bathroom condition could be better -there is no cover for toilet bowls in my room. Isolated location from the city center - only one restaurant(pizza and pasta) and small local store near hotel.

Very good

Very nicely decorated interior in the whole hotel. Very clean and comfortable room.

Room was facing the main road so you could hear the traffic a little bit but fortunately there is not much traffic in the night.

Not your usual hotel and bring shower stuff.

It’s close to the airport. It provided us what we needed, a room for the night while trying to figure out how to leave Kalibo with the all the flights canceled during the new year.

There were no shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. The fridge was unplugged and empty. There were no bottles of water. The hall was dark, it was creepy. It didn’t feel like we were staying in a hotel. I think it was overpriced.

Fantastic

Lovely hotel. We arrived as a family group with three rooms. Staff were very helpful and arranging an extra nights stay. Would highly recommend.

Very good

Great hotel. Loved the size of the room and central location. The staff could have been more helpful though. Were told breakfast was included from 7am. Then when we tried to get breakfast we were told only after 8am and that breakfast was just 1 pork chop and packet of instant coffee, seemingly to encourage us to pack the family up and go out for breakfast rather than have them prepare anything.

Thanks to the FO who assisted us during our short stay!

Close to the airport. Wifi is good. Room is clean. Good value for money.

Restaurant only serves breakfast. No nearby food chain if you want to have a dinner. Fastfoods/Restaurants closes early. Tricycle costs us 150 pesos for a 2km ride going to airport. (even you’re a join in passenger)

Staff were very nice and friendly until I found out I was put into wrong room, rooms were clean

Once I arrived at hotel I was greeted by property management I was sent to room 9 king room , I began to shower and hear knocking on door, it was property management she informed me she made mistake and this was not right room room 7 was my room a step down from king room, a couple days went by then I become aware this isn't king room, so I notified management about situation she told me she made this change because the air in room 9 gets a lot of complaints, I think this was a decision for me to make since I booked and paid for king room , management never said this until after I complained I was in wrong room, after this staff was running and hiding management would not respond , the lights in hall way were on whole stay until I made complaint and to top all off the power in room went out was in complete dark only light was my cell phone 🤔😌 I am American the worse hotel in America wouldn't treat you this way

It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite. We had a pleasant stay.

At 10pm, the staff knocked and we were told to lower the TV volume. It wasn't too loud but there was no sound-proofing between rooms, so we just turned the TV off.

My stay was worth every dollar I paid in that hotel.

The best and most redeeming part of my stay was the staff. Both women were very helpful. It's rare to find women (I forgot their names, but they have been working there for years). Like these two who work with guests with enthusiasm and sincerity, not to leave out, with personal touch. I was treated like their relative in need.Both were very professional.

Just a few unruly guests! But the staff took care of them.

The staff was so kind and helpful. She carried my luggage going upstair. I was surprised as they upgraded my room. I felt comfortable with my stay in this hotel. Sobrang lapit pa sa airport. ☺️

The water. I don't know but I tasted something or maybe it was just me but over all it is good and worth the money we paid.
