Мы приехали первый раз в Америку и нашим первым жильем был этот отель. Не понимаю почему так много негативных отзывов🤯, но нам все понравилось. Номера просторные. Это единственный отель, что мы нашли с небольшой кухней и не пожалели, что выбрали это место. Приятные люди. Персонал спокойно помогал нам со всем, я плохо говорю по Английский и я пользовалась переводчиком, чтоб объяснить. Персонал спокойно на все реагировал и приветливо помогал )

Может быть грязное окно😅мне каждое утро с такой радостью открывать окна и смотреть на выды🤤вид с окна нашего номера был и правда красивый. Но это не критично было ) и минусов глобальных мы не нашли

Kitchen sink was blocking, stoves were working super slow making difficult to cook, internet sucks 😞 no speed at all and disconnects every few minutes.

Did not stay, and wouldn’t return.

Cannot say what I like.

I arrived to the hotel (3 hours from home) only for them to tell me very calmly that they were overbooked. I asked him why I was not notified earlier in the day so that I could have figure out accommodations for my family & I. The gentleman then told me that it was not their responsibility to let me know lol. After talking to the third party I booked through they said they were also not aware of the overbooking situation & that extended agreed to not charge me. Well shocker, I WAS charged. It’s been 6 days since this happened & I have not gotten a response from the hotel via this app, which I also saw someone else complain about. All I want is my refund. I should not have to pay for a mistake that was clearly not my fault.

Nice, convenient hotel. THEY DO CHARGE FOR PARKING SPOT EVEN THOUGH IT DOESNT SAY

Great location, convenient plus a ton of restaurants nearby

It doesn’t say anywhere that they charge your parking spot extra. I have no inconvenience with that, I’m used to it from staying at other hotels nearby. But the fact that they don’t tell you until you’re there tired with your bags and wife just waiting to finally get to your room and rest makes one feel utterly cheated.

The fire alarm went off. Not sure why but it made the dogs all start barking. There was barking dogs the entire night I got no sleep. I was charged $225 for the room and $15 for parking then I called Booking.com and they re-charge me 150 for cancellation. They said that they would put the 225 back which means I’m still gonna have to pay 150 for I’m not sure what when I didn’t get sleep and it was awful.

I've had better hotel experiences

Nothing really..pretty basic.

They state "free breakfast", but all they serve are granola bars, a few oatmeal packets, muffins and some coffee... no eggs, no sausages or bacon, no bagels or toast, no waffles or anything else breakfast related.. also they state "free enhanced wifi" but you have to pay for it and I was on the 3rd floor and the wifi was poor.. poor connection and was a waste of money.. wasn't necessary to pay for it(usually wifi is free for other hotels).. the fire alarm went off loud and abnoxious(false alarm they said) during my stay, as many of us were sleep and shook the entire community residents. Also there's some type of blocking mechanism on the windows, so you can only open them a quarter of the way.. soo God forbid you were trapped in your room, you wouldn't be able to escape through the windows..

I Asked For A Good Location

I liked the room. It was clean.

On the 3rd Floor, the elevator didn't work. Loud music and talking until 4 am. Went to report it and the phone didn't work.

I thought Id try this place out i was there for 2 nights. staff was very nice

I liked that it had a small kitchenette staff was nice and accommodating there are alot of workers who

it was dirty and needs upgraded the carpet was very stained dirty one of the burners did not work but the is old and falling apart Did not feel comfortable walking to my car with men hanging outside staring at me

Okay. Bed very uncomfortable, so won't be back.

Room had kitchen and secure parking.

No kitchen supplies in the kitchen you have to rent them from the front desk. Included breakfast includes muffin and granola bar. No blowdryer in the room. Bed very uncomfortable.

Exceptional

The room was nice, I enjoyed the fact that it had a kitchenette and full sized refrigerator.

They never replenished the plastic cups, and there was not an available ice machine. When I asked about it, nobody told me about the ice trays in the freezer that I found the day I checked out.

The room was dirty, the staff was speaking more Spanish than English and the breakfast was horrible. The room was not clean and the bed was lumpy. Will never stay here again.

Bottom bed sheet had blood on it. We didn't notice until morning. We think the sheets weren't changed from the previous occupants

Great value for what you get

The room size was perfect and I loved how they provided you everything that you needed like extra towels, pots, pans, and cooking utensils! The parking lot feels pretty safe in comparison to the other hotel and motel lots in the area. Other tenants were generally respectful and quiet. I also love that they're dog friendly as well!!

Night shift front desk team seemed a little cranky but that's to be expected.

The distance to downtown

It took over an hour to check in because their system was running slow and they didn’t have my info. I called for towels they had no one to bring up. Towelette stopped working over night their was no help until 9am the next morning. With no facilities in a common area. I was offered a plunger which didn’t work.
