Pour le prix d'un petit déjeuner, on trouve bien mieux ailleurs.

Emplacement idéal par rapport au centre ville avec un grand choix de restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel. Literie très confortable ! L'agent d'accueil le jour de notre arrivée a été très agréable et nous a clairement expliqué le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, notamment au petit déjeuner.

La poubelle des clients précédents n'avait pas été enlevée, ce qui est une surprise vraiment très désagréable. La bande de finition sous la porte en verre de la cabine de douche a cédé d'un coup lors de l'ouverture de la porte. La dame de l'accueil présente lors du premier petit déjeuner n'a pas daigné lever les yeux de son écran pour nous rendre notre bonjour, ni avant le petit déjeuner, ni après. Lorsqu'on est repassé pour sortir de l'hôtel non plus... dommage, ce sont ces "petits détails" et leur accumulation qui font la différence !

The suit in this hotel is really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Besides, the surrounding environment of the hotel is also good.

Pleasant stay but could be improved

Location is central, service is good, accessibility to guest laundry room is very practical and nice breakfast. rooms are spacious and clean.

The valet service is not well organised, and we were put in a room on the second floor just above a restaurant/pub so we heard music up until the middle of the night. We were given a discount however as I complained about it so an extra point for customer service at the reception

First time staying in downtown Calgary for a night and Fairfield Inn and Suites is worth the stay.

Room was clean, it wasn't noisy (I couldn't hear anybody in any other rooms near me), and staff was very informative and friendly. Valet is a huge bonus for someone like me who doesn't want to look for parking in any downtown area. Love that coffee was available early in the morning.

It would have been awesome if breakfast started at 6am rather than later. That's my only complaint.

Comfortable and Fun

The valets were kind and quick and very helpful. It was so nice the front desk helped me with a room upgrade because my brother joined me last minute c, the location was amazing with good food and close to the venue I was going to

The snacks available on floor 2 were much more expensive than expected. The elevators were kind of slow, maybe 2 isn't enough and a third would be helpful. The TV was a bit difficult to figure out how to connect accounts for YouTube and Netflix

A functional modern hotel with helpful staff & a great breakfast.

This is a great functional hotel very close to the heart of downtown Calgary. The breakfast was great, a large variety of items to choose from. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Excellent if you don’t have a vehicle to park.

Great location to walk to many close by restaurants.

No designated parking for checking in. Parking meter guy wanted to give me a ticket while I was waiting for the valet.

It was perfectly located within walking distance to our event, and many nice restaurants were nearby.

Not worth what i paid for

I liked the wonderful selection of breakfast and the availability times were good.

The room coffee pods don't match the machine that was provided. The fridge froze everything in the fridge, really disappointing. Asked for a 5am wake up call the evening before to ensure i was awake for my flight and never received the call. Could have been a nightmare.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room.

Check in on the second floor. Valet took very long to attend us, while we didn’t have anywhere to park on the street.
