Will not return. Great location but poor service with disinterested staff.

Location was close to pier but noisy as it is close to metro station. Good and bad… close to shops and beach.

Noisy room location unfortunately, staff was not super friendly or welcoming. Had an issue with a disturbance from room next door and my complaint was handled quite rudely. Poor breakfast area that was continuously out of items. Employee protest going on inside lobby during checkout and hotel had no way of allowing guests to circumvent picket line and was also awakened by planned union protest out front at 6:30 am with no warning or compensation from hotel.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour l emplacement

La proximité avec le pier de Santa Monica, l hôtel présente bien dans un style contemporain. Le service avec un valet pour la voiture est super appréciable dans cet endroit bien busy… le personnel est super sympathique.

Des grèves en cours devant les établissements Hilton donc des 7 h du mat c’était vuvuzela et compagnie mais la direction de l établissement sont les premières victimes sinon RAS

Left a lot to be desired

Location and room were good. Staff were professional without seeming too interested

The walls and floors are very thin so you hear everything from the rooms around you. The aircon unit is very loud. When we were there we used paper plates and plastic utensils in the breakfast room. This felt so cheap and nasty. The breakfast options were passable but not worth the price. It would've been better to go somewhere in town. There were eggs left in my fridge from the previous guest, or maybe the one before that. There was also a strike on by local staff. This group made an enormous amount of noise from about 7am waking my daughter and I up. They also walked around inside the hotel during breakfast and afterwards, again making an enormous amount of noise. It was an uncomfortable stay. I fully defend the right of staff to mobilise and take this sort of action but the hotel, if they were genuinely interested in the guest experience and value for money, should have offered us a discount. Despite making it clear the experience was not very good, and certainly not to the usual Hilton-associated standard, they did not offer a discount. Next time we will stay elsewhere

Valeu a pena pelo custo/beneficio.

Limpeza dos quartos. Combinei dos quartos serem limpos dia sim, dia não. Não foi limpo em nenhum dia. A vizinhança tem muitos moradores de rua e as vezes alguns tem reações que nos assustam.

L’emplacement, la propreté, le confort de la literie. Les voituriers très sympas. La tranquillité des chambres

La présence de sans-abri près de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner un peu restreint, basique.

Déçus par cet hôtel

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Proximité de la plage de Santa Monica et du Pier.

Accueil pas top alors qu’il y avait une panne informatique ne nous permettant pas d’avoir les clés de notre chambre . Tarif du parking excessivement cher. Sans abris tout autour de l’hôtel. Et pour finir en 2024 il serait peut être temps de passer à de la vaisselle réutilisable et non en plastique (dans les chambres, au petit déjeuner).

The room was ready around 1:30pm, which was really nice. The location was really good. It is just about 10-15 minute walk to the Santa Monica pier. There is a mall just 2,3 blocks away. The room was clean, I liked that it was hard wood and not carpet and breakfast was good. The valet parking is also nice.

Even though the valet parking was nice, I just think that it is a bit too expensive. There should be a daily parking nearby where guests can self park and not too expensive. Also I think that the beds are too small and that they are not Queen Beds, but Double beds.

La peor experiencia de Hospedaje en Santa Monica

Buenas instalaciones , buen desayuno. Habitaciones cómodas.

La atención de Matt fue terrible, hombre racista con los hispanos, llegue a las 2:00 pm y no me quiso dar la habitación, tampoco la dirección del Wi-Fi. Luego cambió el turno y la siguiente persona me atendió y me dio la habitación. La zona es un poco peligrosa, las puertas del hotel las mantienen cerradas todo el tiempo por seguridad. Si vas a hospedarte con niños este no es el mejor lugar. Indigentes alrededor y mucho ruido para descansar.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación excelentes

Si bien las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, se escucha todo de la otra habitación. Si te tocan bebes o niños es Muy mala experiencia. Me paso que en la habitación del lado escuchaban música hasta tarde y el hotel me cambio de habitación, pero luego en l otra habitación me tocaron unos niños gritones. 😔

Never again in this hotel

Nothing

They don’t clean the room every day and they claim that it’s for the environnement but then the air conditioning is full blast 24/7 and the doors are always open. Complete nonsense. Staff at the reception is rude.

Pleasant accommodation

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Good selection of breakfast items and warm drinks available all day. Convenient location to public transport.

Although not the fault of the hotel, this location makes it challenging to reach the various attractions and sights in the greater LA area if you do not have a car. Something to consider. The metro is great to have right next door, but commute times can be lengthy.

Hotel in guter Lage, aber laut, abgenutzt und nicht gut gepflegt

Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, fussläufig zum Pier und Strand.

Hohe Parkgebühren (55,00/Valet) Frühstück war von der Auswahl her ganz ok für die USA, aber die Sauberkeit des Frühstückraums war ein Desaster. Pappteller und Plastik-Besteck naja. Keine tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer, nur noch alle 2 Tage Möbel im Zimmer ziemlich beschädigt, auch gingen mehrere Schubladen nicht mehr zu und waren immer geöffnet Viele Home-Less People und leider auch sehr laut, durch die Strassenbahn und Autoverkehr

Never staying at a Hampton Inn again!

I liked the location.

The beds were very very uncomfortable and squeaky. I did not have restful sleep at all. I left a day early because of horrible sleep. There was a metal grate in the garage that could be clearly heard in our room every time a car drove over it. There was a strangers hair stuck to the shower. There was unusually low water pressure in the bathroom sink. The water pressure in the shower was fine. Last but not least, we noticed mold on one of the blueberry breakfast muffins and when my wife tried to address it with one of the employees, they made a face and walked away without saying a word.

Hôtel décevant pour des vacances

Chambre spacieuse Petit déjeuner correct Localisation proche du Pier et des commerces

Hôtel plutôt impersonnel Accueil indifférent juste aimable. Localisation bruyante. La gare de train étant en face de l’hôtel. Tout les trains klaxonnent en démarrant pour traverser le carrefour. Ce qui est dérangeant la nuit.

Schönes aber teures Hotel mit durchschnittlichem Frühstück

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr guten Lage (5 Minuten bis zum Strand). Das Zimmer war schöne und hatte alles drin, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchen kann. Und freundliches Personal.

Leider fand ich das Frühstück nicht gut. Es gab keine großen Auswahl, z.B. Käse usw. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut und ich finde, dass es nicht der Wert ist.

Awful location, poor entry, felt unclean.

Location is across from a bus stop and there are a lot of people lingering outside the hotel. It felt unsafe and the doors to the hotel don't open unless you have a key. And front desk staff isn't paying attention to guests trying to enter, so we felt unsafe as we walked around the building trying to gain entrance. Then there was a mouse in the lobby. We chose to go to another hotel with better service and location.

Proximity to SM pier, Venice beach…

Lobby breakfast space is far too small to handle occupants. No place to sit, no food. We went out to eat breakfast to avoid. There are homeless/mental illness apartment buildings directly across the street. And tenants all around. The hotel union workers are on strike to get fair compensation, they protest in front of the hotel. The $ rate is exorbitant.

Close proximity to pier, shops and restaurants. Good sized rooms, modern decor.

Homeless sleeping outside the hotel, using footpaths as toilets. Woken early by hotel workers striking outside due to employment terms.

Good location that’s the only good thing of this hotel, but it’s not worth the money I paid for 3 night too expensive

The breakfast was very poor, there was no fruit, there was no variety of things, it ran out very quickly, it was difficult to get a seat, tables, very few for the number of hotel guests, the truth is that I did not like the breakfast or the place at all of breakfast.
