Not sound proofed windows, terrible

The Windows are non sound proof. And the hotel is located next to a road. Rooms on the road are terrible

Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Which and efficient check-in and check-out

No room service. The skyway does make it walkable, but it’s a really long walk and not very well described in the hotel’s directions.

Wonderful staff makes the experience.

Disgusting, revolting, and awful

Absolutely nothing. I can say nothing positive about this property. This is the worst experience / treatment I have ever received.

Everything. I waited over an hour for a shuttle that was supposed to run every half hour. When I called for walking directions, the staff hung up on me. We were directed to the wrong room inititally. The facilities were abysmal. The room smelled and there was GARBAGE leftover from the prior guests, an empty beer can by the mini fridge. The bathroom was incredibly gross and the toilet was set at such a weird angle that the lid didn't go back entirely. There were unpleasant stains on the tiles and the refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hadn't been restocked, and the bottles kept falling out of the dispenser. The bathroom was so gross that we showered in flip flops like in a college dorm. I have never been so gouged by a hotel ever. For this filth and discomfort, we were charged over $400 USD. For ONE NIGHT. Save your money. There are much nicer hotels near SeaTac.

Worst hotel ever and we got respiratory infections from the musty, dirty property

Nothing. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed

Dank and musty with vents that haven’t been cleaned in decades. We got respiratory infections from the bad air quality and we are still sick a month later. Likely will never stay at a Hilton property again. One person handling the bar and overpriced restaurant. I would give a negative rating if I could.

Excellent, early 4am shuttle was great. Rooms excellent.

Our luggage was sent to final destination without telling us. 4 of us were given toothbrush and toothpaste free, so helpful when you don't have anything.

Exceptional

Great location close to airport. Nice place to stay with a dog. It's a beautiful garden. Staff professional, friendly and smart. If you are traveling with a dog, I am extremely recommend.

The hotel made errors on our billing charged us twice for dinner and barista sevice we did not take.

The hotel was convenient for our "layover" for a flight the following day. The room was of good size with a comfortable bed

We stayed at the hotel on two dates either side of our travel to Canada The rooms are shabby in need of an uplift. Room furniture was marked and in some case damaged. The curtains in our first room did not close properly as they were torn at the top. Both rooms had dust around the edges due I presume the cleaning only being done to the main walk areas of the room. The shower head did not function properly and was in need of a good clean. There was no kettle to make tea. Not all international travelers drink coffee.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Better and cheaper than the one I stayed in at the beginning of my trip. Easy access to airport with their shuttle.

Don't stay at this hotel.... EVER!

The toilet ran non-stop. The hot water lasted approximately 8 minutes and cycled from cold to scalding. Housekeeping walked into our room twice without knocking. We had a do not disturb sign up! We requested a microwave when we booked the room 6 weeks prior to our stay. I have several food allergies, and I have to prepare all of my food ahead of time and reheat it in a microwave when I travel. Not only was there no microwave in our room upon arrival, but the front desk staff informed me they had given all microwaves out to other guests. Then, the second night we were there, we were in our room when another family walked into our room. The other family were given room keys and booked into our room. The parking fees are astronomical, $35 a day!! This was by far the WORST hotel experience we have ever had, and the amount we paid was ridiculous. The front desk gave us $50 off of our nearly $1000 bill for a three night stay. Go elsewhere, avoid this hotel!!!
