Great Grand Hotel in the Middle of Busan - all the comforts

Great location in center of Busan (not close to the beaches but easy access via subway) Big hotel with lots of room and attached to the Lotte Department store Pool facilities includes gym and onsen (paid extra to have access)

The room and bathrooms are abit dated but clean - could use with an uplift Carpets were worn in the room - could use with a replacement

Completely disappointed

The property is very large with spacious rooms; it is a bit dated but they try to offer 5 star service

The facilities and all the rules and restrictions really left us with a very bad impression and actually ruined the stay for us. The pool is so restrictive and so many staff hovering in the pool area makes it impossible to enjoy…you cannot move the chairs, no cushions for the only free places to sit …the gym restrictions also are a total pain. Your entire room can only access the gym once per day so if you habe 2 people in your room you must coordinate to use the gym at the same time. The concierge service rarely knows any answers to your questions …not a true concierge service. I would never stay here again…totally over priced

Location was central to everything in downtown Busan. The mall, casino, underground shopping and various food and bar options were available within a short walk

Very well located, two subway lines that connect you with different points of the city.

Location- near to Lotte.

I didn"t have breakfast at the hotel as we prefered eating local street food Location was perfect and the staff very helpful as a smoker i was very happy to have a smoking place

i would enjoy more if we could have access to the pool included in the room

Location was good.

Must pay to use pool. This was not communicated on the site. Toothpaste must be paid to use. Staff were not forthcoming and friendly, only catering to "rich" looking types. Air con was not working and was downgraded to a smaller room.

Huge hotel operation in a well-located area.

The hotel is well appointed and well located in Seomyeon, close to markets, restaurants and subway. It’s also attached to a huge department store for shopping and other food options.

It is a huge operation, and so the service didn’t feel personal. The checkin process was quite hectic where everyone is given a ticket and everyone is checked in only at 2PM. The room I stayed in has small signs of aging and the walls are quite thin so I could hear chatter and a baby crying in the room next door. Recommend earplugs. Be mindful that even though the hotel is very centrally located, Busan itself is huge and so distances to attractions in every direction are quite far.

pleasant stay, but room needs renovation to make it modern.

well known hotel, connected to the shopping mall and duty free shopping. nice lobby.

the room’s renovation is from 1990s, esp the washroom, very old and aged, which is a stark contrast of its modern lobby. the shower head is very old and cheap kind, not on par with a 5 star hotel standard.

Decent sized room with nice view of city. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly and they responded quickly and efficiently to my every inquiry.The hotel is connected to the shopping mall. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Hotel spa and especially outdoor pool.

Great Location!

Rooms are clean and service excellent. We had access to the gym and sauna once a day. The pool is an extra fee. The location is excellent. There is plenty of excellent food choices around the hotel as well as the mall food courts. You can get to the hotel underground (follow the signs) from the Seomyeon station. There is also plenty of shopping options and easy access to all the main tourist attraction from Seomyeon station.

The hotel is a little dated but clean and great service.

Excellent facilties and would highly rececommend the stay

Buffett breakfast was not bad with the quality of the food above average, Staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel location next to Lotte Department store is very convenient.

Parking and getting in and out of the hotel can be tough with traffic and being in the center of a busy road making driving out of the hotel quite a hassle.
