Déçu de notre visite

Personnel de l'hôtel et restaurant très sympathique. Chambre grande, propre. Lit confortable, beau foyer (qui fait juste flamme). Bonne pression d eau pour la douche et eau chaude parfaite. Très bien situé, près du casino.

La piscine ... eau froide très déçu car nous avions décidé d aller à cet hôtel pour cette raison. L'hôtel a besoin d amour... certains meubles dans la chambre en mauvais état. Certaines prises électriques sont lousse. Des odeurs dans les couloirs.

Manageable for 1-2 nights

Breakfast was good in 12$,Location is 15 min drive from Ottawa parliament.

Location was okish, hard to find initially,seems to be in deserted area, room bed and bedding was not comfortable, sofas in room were old and not usable, i had good expectations from Ramada hotel as i previously stayed in other Ramada properties which were quite decent

Déçue, malgré le prix je ne retournerai pas.

Bien situé, place de stationnement vaste. Chambre ‘suite’ sur deux étages très pratique pour famille de 6. Personnel à la réception et au buffet très gentils.

Lit très inconfortable, très mou Téléphone non fonctionnel dans la chambre Divan lit DOUBLE non fonctionnel dans la chambre (mécanisme enfoncé et coincé) on a du demander un lit d’appoint (SIMPLE) donc un de nous a du dormir directement sur le dessus du sofa. Bain à remous ne fonctionne pas. L’eau dans la chambre à une odeur atroce on ne peut pas boire l’eau du robinet. Nombre de serviettes insuffisant pour le nombre de personnes pour lesquelles nous avions réservées… nous étions 6 donc il serait apprécié que la chambre soit prête pour 6 personnes… on doit courir pour des serviettes à 20h00 le soir… Piscine dans un piteux état: ma fille s’est rentrée une écaille de peinture dans le pied. Buffet ok… abordable mais aucun fruits frais. Pas moyen de connaître les ingrédients des aliments donc pour les allergies… pas facile !

Don’t stay here!!

Stayed before last year. Room is large and has a fireplace.

Rude staff. Old and dirty hallways that are poorly lit. One old creaky elevator. We left in the middle of the night.

Look elsewhere for something more updated.

Great location for travelling to Ottawa. Beds were plush and comfortable and the room was quiet. The loft has a nice setup and is spacious with 2 bathrooms.

The hallways were dark which make’s it looks dirty. Some towel bars were either missing or falling off the wall. The bathroom fan is clogged with dust so not working effectively. The pool is small and had a very strong chlorine smell so we didn’t use it. The onsite restaurant was musty and old smelling so we didn’t eat there.

hallways and room not clean and room smelled of cigarette smoke, I don’t smoke so it was bothersome. The air conditioner is old and raddled all night

Okay place if you want to visit the casino and the Ottawa attractions but I think next time I will go for a cleaner plac

The property itself was not clean. I am a clean freak so by my standards, the hotel was 2/10. Room floors were sticky and dirty. TV didn’t work. jet function on the bath tub doesn’t work. Had to ask for microwave and kettle even though they advertised it as an amenity in the room. Had to pay for breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t come even though we asked for cleaning on the second day. We asked for extra coffee cups, never got them. We paid $500 for the two nights but we didn’t think it was worth it.

Will never go back to your Hotel.

The light in bathroom was not working, wife had to get ready in the dark, problem was reported at front desk and told they would send someone while we went out for supper as your Bistro was not open! The light was never fixed! Out of the six USB ports, only the two in the bathroom worked. Only one employee at the check-in while lineups keep building up!

Can hear anything so I do not recommand if you want to relax and sleep in. We could hear people walking upstair and kids running in the hall way.

Pool looked dirty. Hot tub was not open. Could only make coffee in room no tea. Asked for 2 pillows and could only have 1. Some staff did not speak English
