Superb

The Airport pick up is a fantastic bonus and worked really well. I wanted a few days to get over the flight and this was perfect Facilities were good for the price and there's plenty of choice in the immediate surroundings for restaurants and convenience stores. There's the Korean War Museum and Monument nearby also,

our stay was great and very grateful to the staff in the front office, they are very kind and looks after our needs. in

everything is ok except that the bathroom needs shower curtain so the water will not be sprinkled or flow on the floor which is not safe especially to older people. you should also have handrail installed immediately so there will be something to hold on when you slip.

Fantastic!

Close enough to Incheon International Airport. Great Service, so many free drinks, heated bed, so cheap. Great bang for your buck.

The people in the reception don't speak very good English. But they are so.nice and helpful it's ok.

Good for a night stay.

Quick check in, no English spoken but hosts happy to see us and show us where to go. Just enough parking for guests cars.

Room very hot, aircon unit wouldn't work.

I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to stay the night.

When I arrived the couple at check in were kind and helpful. They helped me with my bag to my room and explained about using the lights and remote and bed warmer! The room size was small but very adequate. Free water, coffee and tea was provided as well as a welcome pack with toiletries. Comfortable bed to sleep in. I stayed here due to a late arrival and not being able to catch the bus or train onwards to my final destination. I caught a taxi from the airport to the hotel as the shuttle service offered wasn't available. The taxi cost approximately 32000won. The hotel is about 5km from the Incheon bus terminal and about 20 minute taxi ride, It cost less than 10,000won.

The water temperature was not so hot in the shower..but it was still ok.

Definitely exceeded expectations. Very friendly and great service.

Owner was so polite and caring. She ensured the stay was great. There were energy or vitamin drinks on arrival. Anything that we needed was readily available. Amazing service.

The bed was comfortable. They provided lots of towels. It was a good price.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The hot water was only warm, so we could only have a warm bath - we wanted to soak in a hot bath. The window in the room was tiny and there were shutters so there was no view.

Staff and hotel owner were nice, kind and very helpful. Hotel provided free airport shuttle from airport to hotel. Area of the hotel is calm and quite to have good sleep. Hotels was clean and comfortable. Bus stop is very near from the hotel to travel to other locations. Will visit again and recommend for stay in Incheon.

A wonderful time spent in Incheon at Songdo Blue Hotel

The hotel owner came to pick me up from the airport as agreed earlier. That was wonderful. She is so kind and interactive even if she doesn't speak English, she does what it takes to communicate with her clients. They are plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

It is more like a motel than a hotel. Low maintenance on interior. Wall paper is old, room looks old and dated. It is quite far from many places so you have to take A bus or taxi to your destination

Superb

Staff are the best and try hard to accommodate people. Location not too far from nice restaurants. Price for the area was good. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

Sheets even when changed sometimes looked dirty some days.

Fabulous

Stayed at Sondgo Blue hotel the night before we left S.Korea. The lady at the front desk is amazing, she so kind!! When we arrived our taxi driver was trying to rip us off but she told him to leave us alone like a boss! She helped bring all our luggage in and showed us to our rooms and told us how to work the remotes and showed us all the features. She also helped us book a taxi to the airport for the next morning and her husband was awake and waiting to help us the next day. Amazing people, wonderful stay!
