The view and location

I think the amount charged (50,000 won ) for a pet daily is too high, but still good they allow people bring their pets.

Huge twin room, with a bit of a view on the beach despite not being in the front row. The bathtub was impressive, did not expect that !

Even though it was mostly clean, the cleaning lady had left some hair here and there, the toilet had some product splashes I had to clean before using.

Value for money for its location, but property is a bit old and smells slightly.

Location was very near Haeundae beach and many eateries. Convenient to bus and subway stations. Breakfast was good and cleaners were very friendly and helpful.

It was quite noisy at night due to its central location. There were many other restaurants/shops within the same building, so the smell of the elevator was not great at times. Bumped into staff from other restaurants within the building who were throwing trash in the same elevator. Property was quite old, and the room smells slightly.

Disappointing stay.

The location was good.

I have used this hotel many times. But, this time upon checking in, I had to change rooms as the first room had a weird dusty smell, and there was construction outside, which was loud. The second room was really small, but the main issue was that none of the rooms had a bathtub. (When I booked this room, it stated that I've stayed in that room type before, but upon check-in, that was not the case). I was told that the hotel was fully booked, but this was also not true as up until the late evening, there were still rooms available on book.com The staff were friendly and apologised when I was checking out, but I will think twice about staying here again.

Owner and staff are awesome . Housekeeper woman is very good and they make my travel to busan like a PALACE SERVICE. Receptioniste are all time ready to help us and smile he make us good and comfortable. Thanks for you all. 🙏

The property has a great location. Easy access to amenities and restaurants. plus the beach is beautiful!

The room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom was very awkward…the tub was dangerous to get in and out of and the shower took some time to figure out. It should be called Sunrise Hotel as the sunrises were beautiful but we couldn’t see any sunsets with all of the surrounding buildings. I was hoping it was closer to the beach.

It was fine for one night.

The location is great and staff is friendly. Parking is nearby and the room is clean.

The air conditioning kept switching to heat throughout the night and we were so hot. The shower sprayed everywhere and there was a lot of noise in the hallway throughout the night.

Thank you for giving us a suite, good to have the TV in the bedroom too instead of sitting area only.

Location is fantastic, near to Haeundae subway and Bus stop. Many restaurants around it. Front office staff speaks good English and is very helpful.

Very good

The location is great! On the main street right next to the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My room wasn't very clean on arrival. It was quite dusty, there was hair in the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned. Buy it was quite cheap so I wasn't expecting perfection.

Nice but dirty room. Good view that could’ve been a great view. Great staff !

Extremely spacious room with a good view. could’ve been great if it wasn’t for the huge Poster building outside blocking a great view of the beach.

It was quite dirty. From dust to even some mold. Especially the bathroom. Looks like the maintenance bill hasn’t been high as everything looks like a child has assembled most of it.

content but could be better.

I liked the location, right next to the most happening beach of Busan and good connection to the other major parts of the city.

Some of the facilities did not match the pictures on the listing, which was dissapointing as we could not do much about it after checkin in.

Excellent location but some amenities could be improved

Hotel is in an excellent location right across the street from the the beach and on a busy street with lots of restaurants, food stalls, and shops. Also short walks to either the lighthouse/APEC or the Haeundae Blueline. All staff, except one, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts had lots of choices and had some day-to-day variations, including a variety of fresh fruits. Room had good view and small fridge and safe. Comfortable beds and large bathroom and spa bath.

Many common areas, such as hallways and elevators, are not well ventilated, so humid and stuffy. Breakfasts were only available 2/3 of the days we stayed. Room had too few usable power outlets and not much storage space. Only three towels were provided each day even though there were four occupants and extra towels are needed for the beach.
