Excellent experience!

Breakfast was delicious, I would have preferred it served hotter as it was barely warm. We enjoyed excellent cocktails at the bar area one or two evenings as well. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. But huge kuddos to the doorman who was absolutely so helpful and welcoming.

Wonderful

Location great. Very clean. This was second time to stay.

Hotel has a system where you are charged 20 dollars a night but get credit in the hotel bar and shop. However 44 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 soft drinks in the shop is disgraceful and a complete rip off. We have spent over 7,000 staying in this hotel on this and previous occasions however Won’t be going back because this greedy 20 dollar system which is just disgusting.

Furnace issues

Perfect location to area We were visiting.

The heat was not working in the room. Said it was an older unit. Maintenance was called to service the furnace which was eventually repaired! We left the room while the technician was there due to a engagement we had to attend. Everything was repaired when we returned, and worked as it should.

Nice hotel but beware of what type of room they are selling...I would call to verify before arriving

The room that we were sold was suppose to have 2 beds...one being a king. The room we stayed in only had two standard beds, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I actually showed my reservation screen shot to the front desk and they were also confused. I feel like I was misled. I would have not booked that room or hotel if that was the case. Not sure if booking.com gives out wrong room information or the Westin but it was disappointing for sure!

Great location, expensive for what was provided.

No breakfast was provided. The location is great, safe and very close to restaurants and night life.

Extra charge for wifi. They did nor clean the room every day nor replace coffee, nor water, etc.

Pleasant

Location was great. In the middle of everything. Bed was comfortable.

The first room I was given had throw up all on the carpet, on the safe box in the closet. The room smelled so bad. Was given a second room, and the toilet seat literally had the last customer bathroom use on the toilet. We had to clean it ourselves. The view wasn’t as great especially when I booked a room with city view. It could have been a better room considering the price I was paying for my stay.
