The location, room price, and the service quality of the receptionist lady.

The location, the spacious room, and the service quality of the receptionist lady Na(if I can remember her name correctly) were the major points I liked about the hotel. I was particularly impressed with her guest-oriented mind-set as she was very attentive to the guest's requests. Moreover, she took the trouble to let me know that early check-in was possible at 10:00AM, which I thought was a very rare thing for hotels.

The lack of hotel amenities like complimentary water, which is understandable given the relatively cheap room price.

Мы жили в 601 номере, он трёхместный, есть балкон с которого даже видно кусочек моря)

Отличное местоположение! Вокруг огромное количество кафе и ресторанов, массажных салонов, магазинов. До моря минут пять пешком, если не меньше)

Вода в душе довольно медленно уходит

Very good

The lady receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I like the shower a lot it’s better than most of the hotels. The room is big ! Overall was good stay.

I didn’t like the blanket was thin like a sheet maybe that was only a blanket cover the staff forgotten to put the blanket inside. I didn’t like I had to pay for the bottle of water in the room and the staff didn’t tell me it wasn’t free before I checked in .

Noise. There are chairs that make an enormous amount of noise. Need to be fixed with wool patches on the feet.

Nice place and great value

Incredible value, perfect location, nice staff, huge room

Wi-Fi didn’t work on the top floor, we had a couple of roaches in our room (not uncommon in Asia)

Amazing hotel

The room is very clean. They have everything you need for a exceptionally good price. The location is great. I would recommend people to come here for their stays.

Driving is a bit confusing due to one-way roads, but not a deal breaker.

Exceptional

I have travelled a lot in Vietnam and this was possibly the best hotel I stayed in this range of price. The rooms are reasonably big, clean, with comfortable big beds and good shower with hot water. The owners are very kind and always welcome their guests with a smile. It is located right in the centre of the tourist area, a short walk from the beach, shopping malls, restaurants and night life, and yet it is quiet as it is is inside a quieter little street, so no problem to sleep. we enjoyed our stay and will be back if in Nha Trang.
