Whether you would like to take the Railrunner to Albuquerque to view Balloon Fiesta, the scenic train to Lamy, ski, mountain bike go to the opera, shop in the open air market, visit the art galleries, dine in traditional New Mexican fashion, or much more; you are not far away. Enjoy living in a traditional adobe with vigas, latillas, nichos, and a spacious portal to bring the outdoors in. It has a large bathroom featuring Mexican tile, a large spa tub, and shower. It is decorated in typical Santa Fe style allowing a relaxing, introspective stay with two outdoor courtyards and four skylights. You won’t miss out on the modern conveniences with a 40 inch LED HDTV, blueRay player, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Sling (ESPN, CNN, HGTV, etc.), AppleTV, high speed internet, iPod speaker system throughout, iPod docking alarm clock, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a luxurious queen size bed and sleeper sofa. This week was amazing! The home is perfect with two private courtyards, two beds that are both comfortable! The decor and furniture is absolutely perfect. We loved the location and vicinity to everything, if you are looking for a place for a long stay is a great place! We cooked in twice and it had plenty of cookware and made for the perfect home away from home.!

Casita de Soledad is an easy 20-minute walk to the historic downtown plaza, perfect for shopping, museums and culinary delights. It’s easier to walk than mess with the traffic and parking. The Railyard is also an easy walk. As we were there in December we didn’t spend time on the 2 lovely casita patios. The casita is surrounded by an adobe wall which provides a private courtyard oasis. Our friends stayed in a different casita and were very envious of our accommodations. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay with courtyards and cozy fireplaces, plus a giant jetted tub. Also, close enough to walk to the railyard and even the plaza. Our second time staying at the lovely casita and it’s just as good this time!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Beautifully decorated in a Southwest theme, making it all the more authentic for the area! It was a perfect place for my wife and I. It was very comfortable and welcoming! Close to downtown with easy access to the local shops and restaurants. If you need a great place to stay, look no further! Looking forward to returning for another stay!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Casita for five nights and could not have been happier with our stay. The Casita was just as pictured, clean,and well-appointed. Barbara was very responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay and responded very quickly every time we reached out. The Casita itself is located between the area around the Plaza and the Railyard District and a short drive to either location. We found the location to be convenient for just about everything we did in the Santa Fe area. We look forward to coming back the next time we are in the area!

This Casita is spacious and well appointed. The Host has thought of everything and it is especially convenient for attending Santa Fe Opera as well as walking to the Railyard and Plaza areas. Very private and quiet neighborhood.

The accommodations are supurb! Neighborhood is centrally located but mostly, I need to mention every detail is carefully thought out & fulfilled…..except TV reception is poor. A vacation from the news was the beneficial result.

We really enjoyed our stay at the casita. Great location within walking distance of the place and a very easy drive to the opera. Barbara was easy to communicate with and even allowed us in early. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Mush better than most I would say. Nice front patio for morning and evening meals. Fireplaces looked nice but as it was a littler hot for this time of year we will use next time. Overall a great “Santa Fe” vibe to the casita.

The casita was lovely and was the perfect base from which to explore Santa Fe. The casita itself was very clean and very comfortable and it had all the amenities we wanted including a large jacuzzi tub. Additionally, it was very close to the plaza shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and will do so again on future visits.

Great property! Comfortable for our five night trip. Only 5 minutes drive to the center of Santa Fe. Has all the conveniences of home. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom with all essentials. Great communication by the property manager. Very clean and well kept. There is a very thorough book in the condo to help with all things in the condo and offer suggestions for Santa Fe.

The decor of this wonderful casita was like walking into a bit of home in Santa Fe. It was cozy , comfortable, and well appointed. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was near to Old Town and great restaurants. Plenty of linens and a great tile shower.

Absolutely charming casita, beautifully decorated and well situated. Walked to historic district, the Plaza and Railyard District. Hard not to fall in love with Santa Fe : the food, the culture, the history, architecture and heritage. Also visited Taos and Bandelier. Perfect spot!

The casita is even cuter than the photos and absolutely perfect for a Santa Fe getaway. We walked back and forth to the center/plaza area every night. I thought the location was just perfect. Although in the heart of everything it felt very quiet and private. The casita is super clean and well outfitted. We can’t recommend highly enough! Also the communication with the property manager was outstanding and the parking was exceptional.

Impeccably maintained and well-appointed, located with walking distance to Plaza and Railyards areas. Covered parking, quiet street, and really just an ideal home base to explore Santa Fe, Taos and Los Alamos short drives away. Barbara is excellent host - thorough, communicative, and has thought of everything you might need. Highly recommended!

I've stayed in over 50 STRs, and Casita de Soledad is at the very top! It will be a definite re-stay location for us! The property is super clean, well-appointed, and seemingly "six minutes" from everything according to my GPS! If you like adobe architecture and southwest style, you'll love this property. The colors throughout are vibrant, warm, welcoming and beautiful. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, there is a large changing area and closet, and the bathroom is stunning - highlighted by both a large walk in shower and a deep and luxurious jet bathtub. Barbara is an exceptional host, very quick to communicate/respond, and helpful if you have any questions. I couldn't have found a better place for us to stay for my first visit to wonderful Santa Fe!
