Lakeside Park is a tiny neighborhood in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. We are nestled between the beautiful shore of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly's Gondola, Edgewood, and all the casinos. You can walk to the Gondola, the beach, and all our casinos. The best restaurants are at your fingertips. Lakeside Beach is a semi-private beach that offers a variety of activities and rentals with NO DRIVING: parasailing, power boats, jet skis, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and more. We are only one block from Stateline, NV. **** House and Bedroom Set Up **** *Ground level: Downstairs is all hardwood with a unique, large, and perfect great room. The great room includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen ~ all together. There is a full bathroom with custom tile floors, a stand-up shower with rain shower head, w/ shampoo, conditioner, body soap catty, and a thick glass shower door that slides. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, and a hairdryer are provided. *The Laundry Room is also on the ground floor with/ a Stackable Washer/Dryer with laundry pads to get you started—gear Storage for you, old towels that can be beach towels, Grocery bags. *Gourmet Kitchen: loaded with everything you need to cook meals: granite countertops, dishwasher with detergent to get you started, stainless steel appliances, Ice Maker, gas cooktop and oven, Microwave, coffee maker with coffee, creamer, and sugar to get you started, Coffee grinder, toaster. *Upstairs is all carpet with THREE bedrooms. We sleep six adults comfortably. We can accommodate a few extra little people. Upstairs Bathroom: There are full bathrooms with travertine tiled floors and a stand-up shower w/ with rain shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body soap catty, and a glass door that opens. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, and a hairdryer are provided. *Bedroom #1 - Main Bedroom: Cal-King bed, Smart Roku TV w/ premium cable package, ceiling fan, side tables on each side of the bed with lamps, luxury bedding, chair, dresser, closet, ironing board *Bedroom #2 is our Family bedroom: Queen bed and twin bed, ceiling fan, side tables w/ lamps, luxury bedding, closet *Bedroom #3: Queen bed, ceiling fan, side tables w/ lamps, luxury bedding, dresser, closet AMENITIES: *When you arrive, the house will have all the essential amenities you need to get you started. You will replenish during your stay, but we get you started with paper towels, toilet Paper, all soaps (laundry, dish, dishwasher, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap at all sinks), salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, sugar, creamer. Also, upon arrival, there is a one-time setup: hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, rags, sheets, blankets, four pillows for each bed, and comforters. *Free Cable High-Speed Wifi Internet - Offered by Charter Spectrum. *Paved Parking for 2 to 3 cars *TWO Smart Roku TVs located in the Living room and main bedroom - Offering Premium Spectrum Hulu for live TV *Dining for 6 to 8 people *thermostat-controlled natural gas fireplace in living room *The front of the house is all deck, with a roof. Very rare for Tahoe. There are TWO gates, so you can open the house door but still feel like dogs and littles will not roam off. *Year-round grilling without ever running out of propane. BBQ grill on ~roof covered natural gas fed *ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and main living room area *hardwood floors downstairs in great room and kitchen, carpet upstairs, all bedrooms and bathrooms tiled with stand-up showers. *2 to 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella, and you can usually find sleds on the property. *Snow removal service!!! with 4+ inches *Bear box so your trash is secure *Iron and Ironing board **** These things are allowed with my approval or not allowed at all. *** 1/. Pets: We almost always allow you furry family members, but we can not accept dogs that continuously bark while you are away. 2/. We do not welcome loud party groups or large gatherings at our house. 3/. Amplified Music

I was born and raised in SLT moved to Oceanside Ca. I couldn't wait to bring friends to my home town. This house worked out amazingly and made for a great trip all 7 of us and 2 dogs had a blast! Definitely would suggest to people.

This house is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the heart of the town, 5 from the beach and yet on a quiet street set among the trees. It was cosy even on the coldest days, with a toasty fireplace and plenty to keep you entertained in the middle of a snowstorm. A great selection of TV, puzzles, games and a few books with comfy seating and an enormous dining table.
The kitchen is very well equipped and there are loads of extras including herbs and spices, coffee, dishwasher and washing pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.
Beds are very comfortable and rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures with plenty of headroom.
Both shower rooms are nicely tiled and plenty towels and hand towels provided.
The snow clearing service was great!

Lovely Stay in Lake Tahoe
Our family spent a wonderful week in South Lake Tahoe. We've always stayed in the area and love it's proximity to the lake, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Ashley's place and location was perfect for our family. It was very quiet, yet close to everything. She was a great host who accommodated us and provided a superb vacation rental. We can't wait to go back.

S. Lake Tahoe Getaway
The online pictures don't do justice to how nice this property was. I had another friend rent the other side of the house, so it was a spacious house with room for everyone. The house was also fully stocked, so it was easy to grill and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Loved the large dining table to have a big family dinner.

Nice clean place close to the lake and a 10-15 minute walk to Heavenly. Folks with sensitive ears may want to bring ear plugs as the walls are thin.

We had a quick trip planned for my husband and his two employees but unfortunately, one fell ill and couldn't attend. Not wanting the other bedroom to be left empty, we decided to have our kids come (and me!) and to get another weekend in of ski and boarding. My children are ages 8 and 11 and they both loved the house. We felt the beds were comfortable and the home was VERY well cleaned. We are a quiet family so sharing a wall with another renter was no problem for us. You can tell the walls are pretty thin but luckily the other family was pretty quiet too!
Everything was easy to find and labeled easily. I did find the upstairs to be chilly when turning in for the night and I wish I had an extra blanket or two... but I also sleep under a lot of blankets at home if needed for warmth.

Our dog enjoyed the enclosed patio and laying by the fireplace. Would definitely plan to visit again, especially with extended family in the conjoined cabin.

Perfect location with a homey feel
Communication with Ashley was. The location of the property can’t be beat. It is literally a couple of blocks away from the lake and state line. The kitchen had everything we needed. We visited following a small snow fall which was a huge plus for us. We had no issues keeping warm and sleeping comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time staying here. Great location, great house, perfect for winter or summer. What I most love about this property is that it’s dog friendly. House was super clean when we checked in, and smelled like it too. 😀We loved walking to the casinos, Heavenly and the restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful home in a great location. The property manage is right next door, she can help at anytime. there are board games etc. We had a great time celebrating four family birthdays away. I love that they allow dogs although, there's no fenced in yard.
