The Ocean City cottage was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Tje house was very clean and easy to access, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Alison was wonderful and easy to reach, and maflde us feel welcome. Will definitely stay there again.

The cottage was really cute and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Allison was a great communicator in terms of what she had available to how to access the place and to checking in to make sure everything was OK. My only comment would be that there are a lot of beautiful decorative pieces throughout the cottage that gave it the charm but if I had younger children with me, I would be concerned that something would get broken. We did move some things out of the way during our stay, just so that none of our dogs accidentally knocked something over. Was a cute comfortable place for couples- & the mattress in the master bedroom was VERY comfortable - Thank you Allison for sharing your cottage with us!

This is our second time renting this cottage and we had another wonderful stay. The place is immaculate and each room is beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were close to shops and great restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and the television was easy to use. Great coffeemaker and plenty of dishes and utensils. Our favorite part was sitting on the large porch with our pets. Thanks Alison, you are a terrific hostess!

We had a great stay, the property is fantastic if you have pets because the fenced in yard gives them somewhere to hangout and not just be stuck in the house. The neighborhood is great for walking pups. While the beach is walkable- it is not exactly close to the cottage- would recommend either driving and parking or bringing a beach cart, beach tags were included which is great because they did get checked. The only 2 things that would've made our stay even better- newer window AC units and a few more cable channels- ESPN, MSNBC, HGNetwork. Another great feature is location- easy to get to and easy to get to Atlantic City etc. We had a fantastic stay overall.

My mom and I stayed at this wonderful cottage for 8 days with my Boston Terrier. The location was close to everything in a safe, clean neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and a perfectly sized yard for my pup. The yard was maintained and gorgeous, with a large covered porch which we thoroughly enjoyed. The cottage was clean, decorated beautifully and very welcoming. The owner thought of everything you could need during your stay (including night lights and a clock radio!) She also had a guest book for you to sign (what a sweet touch!) You can see the care and love that she puts into the property. Booking was easy and communication with the owner was outstanding. She provided clear check in and out instructions, called me prior to our visit and provided recommendations for dining and things to do. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pet friendly, cozy stay at the shore. We will definitely be booking our next vacation here. I’ve stayed at the sane place for 15 years prior to this week and in addition to needing a pivot for scheduling reasons, we wanted to try a space with a yard. We travel with dogs; they are our family. The cottage did not disappoint ! We loved the porch, the yard, and the cozy spaces. Alison was a great host and stayed in constant communication as needed but was not over- bearing. We loved it and will be back!

Very nice homey clean place. Emmy loved the fenced in yard . Liked that you could park in the front by the fence but sometimes hard to get off of during heavy traffic times. Will stay here again !!!

I was so stressed and needed a no-drama vacation. We loaded up and arrived at the cottage. We couldn't get in the gate (I read it gets stuck from another review...and still does). Got in, put the wifi code in my phone...couldn't comnect. Phoned owner...she forgot they changed network/nerwork name. So new code and now I could order dinner. Turned on the TV ( advertised Comcast/Xfinity AND smart tv LR and main). Every channel..need a subscription, so no news or local channels. We put in our Prime password and watched a movie. Took dogs for a walk then we were tired so put the pups to bed and went to bed. Turned on the TV...nothing. Found the network...unable to connect. Texted owner...advice was to turn it off and on, unplug. We did that before calling. so no TV.
Got up early and was going to watch the news and have coffee. It was 50 degrees...so too cold to head to dog beach. Turned on the TV to watch the news. Tried to connect multiple ways. Frustrated. So we packed up and left. We relax by watching TV. It was an advertised amenity and not available.

From the host to the house, the whole experience was warm and inviting. Would highly recommend this clean cottage with a beautiful garden and inviting front porch. Perfect vacation to enjoy walking to the buzzing shops and beaches and boards, then settle in to sweet cottage living!

It was a great nicely decorated little house for rent in a good location with a fenced in yard for the dog.
Only recommendations are that another light should be in the bathroom closer to the shower area. Other than that the gate latch gets stuck sometimes and the grass was a little overgrown.

This home is a cozy place to stay. It was very clean considering its pet friendly. It was just as advertised and the owner is very sweet and readily available should you need anything during your stay. My pups and I enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. It is a bit of a hike to the beach/boardwalk if walking but thats what makes it a quieter area- at least off season. Short walk to the bay to watch the sunsets. Overall great place, looking forward to returning soon!

The location of this property is great for downtown/boardwalk access. Our focus this trip was to bring our dogs on vacation with us and with the fenced in yard and front porch, it definately met our needs. We would stay here again for this type of vacation.

Located close to stores and easy walk to boards and beach if u travel light. Allison provided us with all the information we could need and was very responsive when we couldn’t unlock the door (it was completely user error on our part).

What a sweet cottage that was great for our pup’s first shore visit, due to the fenced yard. Alison was wonderful to work with and communicated well with us. The lot is kept beautifully and the front porch was so relaxing! The house is as advertised, with 3 small bedrooms and a small bathroom, decent size kitchen, small eating area and cozy living room. It is a bit noisy in this location and a good distance to the beach (we knew this when booking, as we are lifelong OCNJ visitors). A wonderful experience and our pup Molly says thank you!

Lovely stay at the cottage with my spouse and my Springer! We enjoyed breakfast on the
fairly large porch and my four legged baby boy loved the fenced in yard. The location was ideal in that it was close enough to walk to the beach but allowed for quiet evenings (cocktails!) on the porch. Alison is indeed a lovely hostess. She called us the evening prior to go over everything and even provided recommendations for dinner. She is also super accessible - responds promptly to texts. The check in/ out process was easy.
