Nestled in Crested Butte, this attractive house for $266 per night is a great choice for your next break. STR Lic #001462 Fabulous, Unobstructed view of Mt. Crested Butte. Located close to everything. Do not need a car, once you are here you can walk or use our free bus. Great location for all our 'Special Events'. New furnishings and updated bathrooms, the perfect place for a family vacation summer or winter. Located in a quiet area of town, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the free shuttle to the ski area. Very close to cross-country skiing loops and Mountain bike trails. The perfect location as the large town park and recreation area is just 2 blocks away. The fabulous Tony's trail through McCormick Ranch and extensive wildlife wetlands is just one block away as are the best groomed cross country loops in the County. Very quiet area of town perfect for relaxation after your hike or bike ride. The house is very comfortable and perfect for families. We enjoyed our stay here over New Year's! The place was larger than expected, very clean and well stocked. It was about 2 to 3 blocks to the free shuttle and into the main part of town so very walkable. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property in which to visit with our son at Christmas. Location near downtown CB and proximity to ski resort was great. The unit was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and nicely outfitted with everything we needed. Ingrid and Rick were extremely friendly and communicative with helpful information. The Christmas tree and decorations were a great touch, making us feel welcome and at “home” for the holiday.

My adult children ran the Crested Butte Ultra. This homes location was perfect for the start/finish line and downtown. The property is updated, very comfortable and spotless. The amenities in the kitchen made preparing food for the runners easy. The instruction booklet was to the point and informative without being too wordy. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

The mountain property was so great! It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation before school started. The condo is beautiful! Beds very comfortable after a long day of hiking and fishing. It is within walking distance to everything downtown and the views from the backyard were breathtaking. Ingrid was the best hostess. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in this house. It was the perfect home-base for my 7-year old, 70-year old parents, and me and my husband as we were in town to celebrate my brother's wedding. We loved the communal space and kitchen as well as the bed rooms. Everything was clean, stocked, and lovely. My kid loved the two parks very near by, and I loved walking to town. The only tiny issue we had during our stay at the high point of summer is that the daylight creeps into the bedroom lofted windows pretty early. If you go in the summer, consider bringing eye masks!

Great place and great location. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Loved the big gas fireplace when we got back from skiing and walking distance to the 4 way bus stop. We would definitely come back again. Ingrid was a fantastic host.

A comfortable three bedroom townhome in the heart of one of Crested Butte's best neighborhoods. Home enters on the living floor and features a nice fireplace, small yard, and convenient parking.
In the winter, the home is a short walk to the free direct shuttle to the ski base.
In the summer, the home benefits from short walks to a handful of parks and town amenities.
Year round it is a great location that is close to everything CB has to offer.

I rented this house for my family coming in for a wedding. We all thought it looked even better in person than the pictures. I did not stay at the property, but my family said the host was very friendly and they loved their stay. The location is close to a park, trails, and downtown. Thank you Ingrid for hosting my family.

This property likely has the best Mountain View in town and is just a couple blocks from Elk Ave.. This was all known from the pictures. What surprised us was how wonderful the layout and size was and all the nice touches from the local newspaper to local coffee. In addition the kitchen was well organized and everything you’d need. Ingrid was also quick to respond and was a pleasure to meet. The town is wonderful and this is a gem of a place to stay.
