Fantastic view! Super location close to beach and town. Very expensive! Light above stairway is out - dangerous. Screen door to stairwell is pretty hard to open/close.

Wonderful beach house experience
Our stay at the Avila beach house was amazing from the time we entered the beautiful home, taking in the beautiful views and walking on the beach. You can see all 3 piers across Avila bay from all the front windows. We are also saw schools of dolphins in the early evenings. I highly recommend this beautiful house and we will definitely come back soon.

This vacation rental house was beautiful. Having that view made it the experience even better. My family and I loved being in this house. The rental company was also very nice and efficient when providing information to us. I truly recommend staying at this house for other families and would love to stay in it again.

amazing house and location
This was a lovely property and would recommend it to anyone that wants convenience of being right in town. Unfortunately We were there when everything was closed down due to Covid virus. The only complaint I have about the property and wish that we would of been notified was that there is construction literally 3 feet away behind the house. The construction started at 7:15 am during the weekdays and the bedroom windows are on that side of the house. When you are on vacation, you want to know these things as I would of rented a different property because of this. This construction did not reflect in the price and it should have as it was a inconvenience.

House and location were excellent. Construction behind the property a little noisy, but unavoidable. Need to update the wifi user name and password on information sheet and provide a new broom and a dust pan. Otherwise, loved our stay!!!

Beach Oasis - A Dream Stay
I cannot say enough good things about this property. We've stayed at a lot of different rental properties over the years. This one falls at the top! Three words, location, location, location. Avila Beach itself is a quaint but modern beach town with tons of great boutiques, restaurants, bars and shops. The home itself had incredible breathtaking views. My favorite part of the entire property is the dining area with ceiling to floor windows with an adjacent kitchen. The owners of the property did not cut any corners on decor, comforts, cleanliness and design. From the plushest of towels, softest of sheets to the upscale yet simple decorations, no one could go wrong with a place like this. The street traffic during high season can be problematic, along with pedestrian traffic noise disturbances. But for me and my family, it was not even a bother. The house itself has sufficient parking.

The house had just been updated and is beautiful. The views are awesome!The management co was not super helpful with what amenities were in the house, granted it had just been remodeled. We were not given all the keys, so they delivered them but rather than apologize the gentleman told us not to lose them or it would cost $250. Customer service is not strong. I own a vacation rental and woukd never that someone like that.

AMAZING VIEWS, easy access, beach front 3 bedroom home
6 of us enjoyed 7 days of family reunion at this fantastic cute "beachy" home (3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms). The layout has one bedroom and full bath downstairs (access through the garage or exterior stairs from the dining room) and 2 bedrooms and full bath on the main level. The kitchen was well equipped, comfy beds, clean house, endless views, quiet neighborhood. We fell asleep each night listening to sounds of the waves :). A few steps took you to the beach and town. 10 minutes to SLO for a fantastic farmers market & BBQ dinner, and 50 minutes to Solvang for Paula's Pancakes. We are already planning our next trip and would love to stay here again. One comment for the owners, the BBQ is a bit rickety, but usable. All in all, the best family vacation ever! Highly recommend this home!

A cute little place with ample room for 6 adults. The giant windows overlooking the ocean just made it perfect. Easy access to shopping and restaurants yet just enough off the main gathering areas to be quiet. Overall a wonderful week in a cute house enjoying a beautiful beach. who could ask for more?

Lovely weekend in Avila
Adorable cottage very close to everything in Avila. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Cottage was clean, amazing views of the ocean and pier. House is a little dated, but well taken care of and very thoughtfully decorated.

Very Comfortable!
All new kitchen dishes and appliances. Very clean with new carpets. The house is located just a block from the Main Street and has an unobstructed, full view of the ocean. I've rented this house before and always have been extremely happy with it.

Loved the charm of the house and the location.
As soon as we arrived we instantly fell in love with the house. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything was very easy from making the first deposit to the check in. Staff answered all my questions and were extremely friendly. Can't wait to return!

Back Home!
Born in SLO and raised on the Central Coast, it was great to be back home again. We loved our stay with family in Avila. Walking to the cafe on the Bob Jone Trail for breakfast every morning (even though we thought we'd cook it) was definitely the way to start a wonderful day. Visiting old friends and old haunts was terrific!! Do it folks!

Our stay at 75 San Antonio, Avila Beach was awesome ! The location was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and the night life! Can't beat the location and the views! :) The only recommendations I would have for the owners is to consider a new bbq-- the charcoal one there is pretty bad.... maybe a baker's rack in the kitchen so that there is a place to store groceries, some additional hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, and ceiling fans in the bedroom would be awesome. :) I would definitely stay here again. We had a GREAT time!

Great beach location, great view!
Extended family stayed here for a week. Loved the view, the convenience, the town, bike path, and sound of the waves at night. Eight people can fit if you don't mind doubling up, with two on an air mattress, or one on the couch. We did have a problem with a car not starting after parked on a downward slope in the driveway. The gas tank was not full enough for the fuel pump to get gas to the engine. After filling up the tank the car started. There was a red container with a gallon of gas in the garage, so I could tell this has happened to others. I wish the property management company would have warned us about this potential problem. Other than that, everything was great.

Fantastic Location and very comfortable! The 3-bedrooms are suppose to accommodate 8, however a bit snug - best to bring a Single Air Mattress.

Nice family rest
Great funky beach house for families. Grandma and Grandpa had quiet room downstairs with own bathroom and tv and queen bed.(yes, you have to go outside for the stairs down or out through the garage) Need better lighting for night....just go slowly. Grandkids and their parents upstairs with 2 queens and "jack and jill" bathroom. Best thing about it was the view of ocean! We could have just sat at the table all day looking out. Easy walk to town and beach. The town is spotless and friendly. Kitchen very well supplied. Very clean and the managers were easy and friendly to work with. Hope we can go back again in the future. Walking around SLO was fun as well as visiting the mission (within 20 min drive). Avila Farm fun place for kids as well. But they liked the beach best!

Avila Beach Stay
Great home situated on the coast of Avila. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only problems were the air mattresses provided either did not have a pump or deflated during use and some of the house could use maintenance/upgrades (e.g. windows/screens/shades broken, kitchen cabinets falling apart, internal doors really squeaky, sliding doors difficult to move). Overall, great rental and I plan on renting again!

Great location, quiet, but could have been cleaner and the downstairs mattress needs to be replaced. 2 locks on front door, but only one key. Be careful not to lock both locks or you won't be able to get back in. Nobody mentioned this to us or said the one key provided would not fit both locks!

Had a beautiful view. The house was clean and charming. The fact that you have to go through the bedrooms to get to the bathroom on the main floor was inconvenient because children sleeping in bedrooms woke up. The other drawback was the steepness of the hill to get to beach.

House was 1920's architecturally charming. Kitchen was spacious and the view does not come any better. Only complaint I would have is that someone needs to clean the windows more often especially, since the view is the greatest feature

House was in a great location. Kitchen well stocked and views were great. Only negative would be "sleeps 8". We were a party of 8 and there is room for 3 couples but anyone after that, or someone who is single, ends up on an air mattress.

Family getaway
It was wonderful- the view was spectacular! Convenient location and easy access to the beach! The only drawback was not knowing the access to the other bedroom and bath was from the outside. But we managed just fine! It was clean - the property manager was amazing and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family

Location, location, location! The home has amazing views of the beach. You are minutes from walking to all of the shops and beach. The home was clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. Can't wait to stay here again.

Did expect a more complete grocery store but we managed. A local map of the area would have been helpful. Did find one on our second day there, which we left at the property.

Bro's Weekend
My brothers & I rented the property for the weekend & overall were pleased with the property. Location & view were great. One draw back is the 3rd bedroom is down the back stairs & below the main area. The place is clean but needs some maintenance. I would recommend this property overall.
