Nestled in Mexico Beach, this charming cottage for $293 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. ***The map location is inaccurate, it is located at 8th & 98th behind Paradise Shores. It’s a very short block to the beach. *** Hangar #13 is available for rentals as indicated on the calendar, it’s been completely gutted and rebuilt since the Hurricane, and most of Mexico Beach is back and running. The gas station across from the cottage is open again. There are a number of resturaunt’s open, and Killer Seafood is between the cottage and the beach. Do he beaches look amazing! Hangar 13 is completely updated, pet friendly beach cottage across the street from the beach, with a community pool! Nestled in with 11 cottages a short walk to the beach. Everything is new, fully equipped with beach & aviation themed decor, towels, and full amenities. WiFi, Smart TV, washer/dryer, full kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, grill, new comfortable beds, linens, etc. Hangar #13 is the only vacation rental in the community available with a large deck overlooking the canal with the ability to watch sunsets. The cottage sits directly next to the pool. Pet Friendly! 🐶 (must check you’re bringing your pet or an additional $150 pet fee will be applied) This is not your average beach rental, you won’t be disappointed! 10% discount for 7 nights or more automatically applied; send a message for monthly rates and snowbird rates. If your dates are occupied contact me and I’ll connect you with other cottage owners in the community or it’s possible for he dates are available actually available but blocked for private use.

This was a beautiful little house that was perfect and had everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed the area around the house to walk in and walking around the neighborhood. The adults loved the short distance to the beach and pool, both porches, and all the tools available to make this stay easy. The bed was comfortable. Check in and out was simple. Thank you for sharing your house. We will be returning!

Cottage was very clean & charming! Exactly what our family needed (minus a recliner for Papaw)... Nana & Papaw thoroughly enjoyed taking 28 y.o. grandson & wife & 2 sweet boys to the beach! Pool right next door and we were the only family using it! Beautiful Beach across the street and our beach wagon was a life saver. Boys got to see a 5foot shark washed up on beach. Looked like it had been attacked by other sharks....also an alligator in canal. Limited restaurants but we tried them all and they were good. Kitchen has everything you need & we prepared several meals there. Also, grilled steaks one evening. Duren's Piggly Wiggly towards St Joe and has everything. We got lots of chicken to bbq for a delicious inexpensive meal. PCB nice hour drive away with tons of restaurants. We also enjoyed Port St Joe and other close by small towns with great boutique shopping. Beautiful memories and so ready to return! Also, Danielle the owner is amazing. Very attentive and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. Can't wait to return!

Convent to everything, beach just Cross street, gas convience store with subway one block. Nice little shops and general store 3 miles south and pool right next to cottage. Love ❤️ 6

This property was exactly as it appeared online and was a very short walk to the beach. It was extremely well stocked and had everything needed. Lastly, the host was very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

We had the best time. Stayed 6 nights. Short walk to beach, but we did choose to drive the truck across the street and park in the very convenient lot (canopy kids, lots to take to beach). The house is fully stocked. Towels, beach towels, toys, grill, etc etc. The mattresses were all very comfortable. Great neighborhood and the pool was awesome for the evenings. Thank you so much for a great week away from Atlanta traffic

Hangar 13 is in a perfect location: close to the beach and convenience shipping. Only 15 minutes from Pt. St. Joe and all it has to offer and right in the middle of laid-back Mexico Beach. The house was modern and well-appointed and being right next to the pool was a major plus. Owner is very communicative and cooperative.

This adorable cottage was perfect for our vacation. It felt very welcoming and homey. It was very well appointmented with everything you would need. It was a nice change from typical vacation rentals that have a few mismatched pots and pans and broken utensils. We felt like we were welcome guests at a friend's home. The pool is great and the beach is just right across the street. Highly recommend this cottage.

Looks great online, however even better in person. Rooms seem smaller online, 2 large bedrooms and living room. Pool is almost part of the house it’s so close. Beach was an easy short walk. Made amazing memories with the next generation of our girls:) Mexico beach is not overcrowded and peaceful which was so nice. We all loved this place.

This home is WELL maintained and stocked with EVERYTHING you might need for a beach weekend. Having a pool right next door was an added bonus! Our host was very accessible via phone/text (even though we had no reason to call, because communications prior to our arrival were very clear). Our biggest joy was being able to take our 2 dogs with us! Even THEY were taken care of. Our only negative was the back deck view and condition of deck furnishings were suboptimal but the view was easily corrected by walking a few steps up the street to the Beach! Thanks Danielle!!

This cute cottage has everything you need and is a very short walk to the beautiful beach! We loved this property and the Mexico Beach community. We didn’t cook much (too many restaurants and food trucks we wanted to try), but the kitchen is well stocked if you want to eat in. The pool is right next door, and while it was very clean and not crowded, it is not heated so was a bit too cold in March :) The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens and there are plenty of towels and even beach towels.. The owner was very responsive and helpful., and we would definitely stay here again! If you want a laidback vacation in a beautiful community, this is the place for you!
