Pffffff, could have been and should have been a lot better!

The sauna was good! Also the location is good, but in all fairness every location in Mammoth is good as all is so close to each other and easy to reach :-)

The room made a lot of noise, especially the floors. There was a room above us and we could hear every step the people made above us. It was very annoying to the point we could not hear the TV and we had to turn the volume up so loud our son could not sleep anymore, so we had to turn it down again and couldn't hear the TV. The people above us went to bed around 11pm. So our evenings were ruined inside the cabin. So very annoying during the little evening time we would spend in that cabin/room. Also, the WiFi was very bad, especially during the evenings. We hardly had any good connection/speed. We also had to call what the password was because the information we got was incorrect. We had to check the router-box to get the original code. Last but not least our son wanted to sleep on the higher bed of the bunk-beds. He is 7. But we needed the side-board for that to make sure he would not fall out of the bed and hurt himself. But we searched the whole place and could not find the board! It was not in the cardboard box of the board. Very frustrating for our son, because we forced him to sleep in the lower bed and he did not like that. Without your fault/responsibility: we also left the cabin one day earlier. There was so much fresh snow and they were closing the skiing-resort and the roads so we left the cabin on December 24th and not on December 25th. We tried to get in contact with you about that (around 10 in the morning) and we could not reach a single person (!). And that is your fault/responsibility though! Your hours of being available are already very limited and on this special day of the year (so close to Christmas Eve) it seemed like there was nobody working anymore … ☹️ We left that day around 3pm. We lost the last night at the cabin (about 600 dollar) and we also were not able to ski for 2 days because of the immense amount of fresh snow that week at Mammoth.

Great stay

Comfortable, clean, great shower flow and heat, convenient location, good wifi, quiet, nice decor, didn't need heater but plenty of wall units available.

Microwave smells a bit burnt.

Mammoth

Location was amazing. Temperature flow in condo was great. Kitchen was amazing. Beds and couch were comfy. TV worked well.

Toilet was small and pillows were too big. Toilet paper was cheap and harsh. Ceiling fan was not dusted and couldn't be used.
