Very friendly and helpful. We speak no French and it was not a problem. Beds and linens were nice. Windows opened which made the temperature comfortable. The thermostat did not work.

Excellent location. Right on the Seine. About a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and close to the Louvre. Tons of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Our family of 4 needed a large room so this fit the bill. The property is a little tired in appearance. Housekeeping service was an extra fee, which was fine with us; we prefer not to have others in our room when staying in hotels so we declined that service. But there's a "pantry" of towels, toilet paper, etc. that was available 24 hours/day, so we could obtain everything we needed. Laundry facilities on-site were convenient. We'd stay here again.

This was an amazing central location, includes a kitchenette, a private bedroom, and free automatic coffee makers for guests. Several good restaurants within walking distance as well.

Very ideal location, easy access to Paris Metro systems and RER lines. Walkable to main attractions, lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. The front desk hosts were super nice. the hotel amenities are really good. The room comes with a towel warmer and hotel slipper, which are very, very good things to have. the toiletries are with very high quality. the self-service laundry facilities is a very nice surprise, we love it and you can check the status via the We-wash app. The only complain we had is the toilet paper - it is like wiping with a newspaper (way too hard).!!!

This was the third time that I have stayed at this Citadines (always with girlfriends). I love the location and the fact that I feel safe there. It's only 2 blocks from the St. Michel metro stop, and very close to lots of good restaurants. It is clean, with an awesome complementary coffee bar. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will stay there again on my next trip to Paris!

The location is superb, very close to the public transportation centre, walkable, and is only a few stops to Gare du Nord. The room is spacious and clean with all necessity equipped in the room. We were lucky enough to be able to get access to the room early so that was even better. The registration was quick and simple. We love it.

We’ve stayed at 3 different Citadines in Paris. This is by far the best. Beautiful views, gorgeous, well equipped modern apartment, fantastic service, brilliant location. Would definitely stay again.

Agree with other reviews that the location is wonderful. We could walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, and the Musee D'Orsay within a few minutes. Metro nearby and lots of restaurants and shopping options. Coffee and great hot chocolate available in lobby was used and appreciated. We also used the laundry room. It was nice to have a Stovetop, electric tea kettle, toaster and microwave and even a dishwasher. We made 2 dinners during our stay which saved some money. Noted from other reviews that the property will be updated after the 2034 Olympics. That will improve the property if the carpets are updated as they are stained and lack current appeal. We would be glad to stay again, primarily due to the great location

Although it is an older property it is well kept and maintained. Great location. Literally across from the Sienne River with Notr Dame, Louvre, Latin Quarter, and Pantheon all within 10-20 minute walk. Also the Metro station that takes you to CDG is less than 5 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants around. Also, the staff are all friendly and ready to help if needed

The hotel needs a little TLC but the staff was superb and it is the best location. They don’t clean your room since it’s apart-hotel but you can grab toilet paper and towels from the lobby whenever. Coffee and water was available any time. I’ll stay here again!

It was wonderful ! It's also conveniently located, with a direct RER line from the airport to Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame station, just a short walk away. Paris is expensive so I bought the ingredients and cooked for myself. The kitchen was also to use. Convenient location for sightseeing.

Centrally located, this property was the ideal location to visit many museums and monuments and was just steps away from the metro. Our room was very clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would definite stay there again.

Clean upper-floor apartment with view of the Seine. Excellent staff available 24 hours, answered all questions and provided useful suggestions for cultural and dining activities. Left bank location, walkable to shops, galleries, d'Orsay Museum, dining and metro. Accessible to taxis/uber.

This is a pretty good location - easily accessible to shopping and the Latin quarter. The rooms are big and have good amenities including a microwave and fridge. The ambiance of the rooms is a bit sterile and tired (but clean and livable). While the hotel provides coffee via a machine in the lobby, it would be nice to have some kind of coffee machine in the room for convenience.

Beautiful and Clean Hotel But we had an issue with Checking In, and this has been happening more often with Expedia - My Wife and I book a room based on the photos provided, and pay extra, but when we arrive at the hotel they always try to place us is a subpar room first, not the one we paid for. Not sure if this is an Expedia Issue or the Hotels, but please fix this, and future travelers be aware!
