Everything! Absolutely beautiful hotel. The buildings, the staff, the beach, the food! Everything! The breakfast with the breakfast bowls were amazing (just like everything else)! We spent part of our Honeymoon here and the staff really went that extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. And the afternoon tea by the beach every day. The pool areas! I could just sit and look at how beautiful everything was for hours. Really something special, from the fantastic greeting at arrival to the personal send-off when we left.

Incredible service, they remembered our food preferences from day one and had specific menus for us. we also tried stand up paddling and kayaking. the rooms were beautiful and so was the property. located on a peaceful, quiet beach. perfect if you are looking for relaxing and solitude. cannot emphasise enough on the amazing service from the get go.

The most impressing part of our stay was the exceptional service. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel like such special guests. Budi, our driver, was knowledgeable and entertaining, bringing us around for many hours. He was caring and helpful when we had to go to the hospital because of an allergic reaction at pink beach in the south. He even stopped on the way to purchase peanuts for us to feed to the monkeys on the way to the resort. The food service staff were very professional and friendly, making us feel welcome and always checking if we needed dinner even if we came back late. The bartender and staff were also entertaining and friendly, with our bartender for the night telling us stories about his time in the 3 gili and giving us recommendations for future visits there. As for the drinks, the gin and tea was a unique creation. The staff at the beach handling the snorkels and canoes were also helpful, running to get snorkels for us when we requested them at the last minute before leaving for pink beach. They even helped bring the canoe into the water at 5.30am. The masseurs were very skilful and ensured our bodies recovered after a long day.
The food was 5 star quality, with a good mix of international and local dishes. Not a single dish disappointed. Our favourites were the baby chicken with eggplant, rendang, and smoked tuna dish. The service staff also went out of their way to create a candlelight dinner, completed with a bonfire and flowers all around, when we requested to eat at our room. The service staff also provided afternoon tea with handmade biscuits everyday, and even gave us extra drinks and treats after we checked out as a farewell gift.
The room was clean and fresh. The staff would put fresh flowers around the room everyday. The towels would also be folded into elephants, swans and monkeys, completed with leaves cut into small circles as the “eyes”.

overprized dinner with mediocre quality. the private pool of our room was a little dirty and the water quality of our pool didn‘t seem to be taken care of frequently.
good to know: the water level in the sea is maximum at knee hight, not really suitable for swimming as there are many sharp corals close to the surface.

We have spent a week at Tugu Lombok and we’re totally overwhelmed by the service we have been offered. The beautiful beach, the amazing and very well maintained gardens and the good facilities were topped by an amazing food (try the Rendang and the Fish Curry) and the most friendly and dedicated Staff we’ve ever experienced.
You feel as you were in a movie…
We’d definitely come back and I’d recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was excellent. The fresh fruit juices were divine. Many options on the menu so we had several different options. The best were the salmon eggs benedict.
Everything was wonderful. We did one bike excursion from the hotel and the bikes were not in good shape. We mentioned this is the GM and we immediately received a discount and massages to make up for it.

The staff is extraordinarily friendly, mindful and unique and is committed to go the extra mile for each guest.
From the gardener who will sometimes give you prepared flowers over the cleaning who makes animals out of the towels to the waiters (who are the best) and management make you feel very special.
We have never seen anything like this.

Postcard location, absolutely breathtaking. Ideal for a reset. The hotel is extremely charming/ a bygone era. Staff are kind and attentive, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable- they think of your needs before you do!
The menu becomes repetitive- same for lunch/ dinner however great choices.
Intrusive people who won’t leave you alone selling things at the beach and taking full advantage of over pricing.

Imagine paradise, that's what you have here. From the authentic accommodation to the attentive staff, food, beach and pool you'll want for nothing more.
We took a day trip to the the Sendang Gillie waterfall and along the way dropped into the local markets, ably guided by our driver for the day, conversing with the many stall holders and tasting what they had on offer.
Snorkeling off the beach to see the coral was easy for us, but you can arrange a trip to other areas if your snorkeling isn't up to it.
Can recommend all items on the menu, including the Baby Lombok Chicken, lava choc desert and banana fritters. Our waiters and bartenders spoiling us with their attentive service. Cocktails are amazing too.
Take note of the clever floral arrangements and the care the housekeeping staff take.
Hated leaving, but our plans were set.
Will come again.

The most notable thing is the service : the staff is the nicest, most helpful, and most attentive to details we have ever seen !
The place is very beautiful, authentic and peaceful. There is a good and serene vibe in this place, we felt great !

Great Location in Lombok. Close to the Gillies but more luxurious than anything you find on the islands, beautiful beach , creat pools and overall a nicely kept estate.
Great service from staff, they go above and beyond tending to their patrons.
You can use the hotel as a base for Snorkeling around Gili Meno and return to relax in a nice pool.
Wifi sometimes drops out in the evenings when all the guests use the internet all at once BUT Internet speeds are bad all over the island at peak times.

Location of the hotel and the restaurant was very good. Very friendly staff and well functionning service.
Transport from and to the hotel very good. Professional and friendly driver. Well prepared sunset boat trip. Friendly and professional staff. Staff was greeting with name from the beginning, nice table welcome with leaves and message. Beautifully decorated bath tub and bed.
We did not get the room as reserved and paid for. And we were not informed why we got an other room. Maybe it was even an upgrade, but we were not told so. But the room was very nice, so i did not request a change. But i feel that the staff should inform, if there is a change to the reservation.
Menue card is not too inspirational. Breakfast is good and sufficient, other menue items do not reach the quality expected by the price. Hammocks at the beach not very comfortable.

it’s a magical place. Extremely friendly staff and management that attends to all your needs. Great snorkelling of the beach and a big plus is the best food we have eaten on Lombok. Also great fruit cocktails. If you’re looking for an individual and unique location
this is the spot.
There are a lot of historical objects in the place which is cool but for my taste it was a bit too much. I think the objects in the rooms should be reduced to a minimum whereas outside in the compound it’s great to have all these masks and statues.
