Everything was beautiful! The bed was amazing
The food wasn’t that good and prices were a bit steep. Also you couldn’t just stroll around to any other restaurants so you had to eat there.

All staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly.
The restaurant food is superb.
The pool, bar and beach all together make this area wonderful.
Snorkeling and kayak are free to use, as well as the gym area and snooker.
There is availability for Spa, rent a scooter, diving, transfers and other activities.
Recommend 10/10.
Rocky (dead coral) beach in front, as usual for Lombok areas close to Gili.
It is not a bad comment, but only a reality check for those that do not know the region.
Still, swimming, walking and kayaking is possible, since the hotel beach is very clean.

We stayed in a spacious villa with a private pool. The villa was very nice and clean. The atmosphere at the resort was very relaxing and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful in every way. They really walk the extra mile for you. The fact that the resort is relatively small, yet not short of anything, gives it a very exclusive touch. Even the common areas were very quiet and absolutely a place to chill, both for families and for couples. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. The resort organized a snorkeling tour to the Gili islands for us, wich we absolutely loved. We got to swim with turtles and saw beautiful coral reefs and fishes.
The breakfast is also worth mentioning. You can choose from a menu of English, American or Indonesian breakfast. They all come with freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices. The restaurant also serves high quality dinner, and the restaurant staff is extremely service minded and very friendly and they are given time to talk to the guests and establish a friendly relation to you.
If you’re coming from Bali, it takes you about half a day to get to Lombok and the Gili islands, but it’s absolutely worth it.

The location and views. Sunrise is stunning from this point. The staff offers a good service, they try to make your stay, and solve any problem, the food was good!
The surrounding resorts do not clean the beach from seaweed. but the beach the the resort was clean.

Restaurant was poor compared to facilities. Especially when it came to European style food. French toast was not a french toast. Fried Calamari, very poort.

room was a standard room; however it did have a jacuzzi on the balcony which was great for an intimate setting. The public pool was always clean and had an awesome view of the crystal clear ocean. The resort's restaurant always had fresh snd tasty food no matter what time of the day! We booked multiple tours with the hotel including a culture tour, city and island hopping tour. They were all built to our wants and we really enjoy all of the tours. This was one of our honeymoon bookings and it was our favourite! the staff were super friendly and always made sure to make us feel special. They went out of their way to help us so much such as picking up some food for Hubby and I at 12pm from outside of the resort because they knew there wasnt anything open to eat in the immediate vicinity of the resort. We had not seen this kind of customer service and friendliness at any other stay of ours. A BIG thank you to all the staff at the resort! Overall if you want a friendly, stress free, safe and romantic experience, this is the hotel for you. Would recommend this place to all our Family & Friends!

I had issue with the bathtub in the bathroom, after the staff came to check in the morning, it still wasn’t fixed by night time when I used it again :/

The best thing about Anema Wellness & Resort Gili Lombok was the fantastic staff, the excellent food in the hotel restaurant, and the friendly atmosphere. Me and my family, with three children aged 3 to 15, felt so welcome and looked after during the week we stayed at the resort. It is also very easy to access the Gili islands from the hotel. I can highly recommend this place.

it looks like the property has seen its best times already. both room and bathroom had spots you can’t simply clean due to usage. hand wash did not work.

The things I liked the most were the location and the personalised service. They made a whatsapp group where we could communicate with them and they were super helpful with everything. Also, the view from the pool is probably the most beautiful and peaceful view I've ever had at a hotel. You really feel that you are on a island.
The only thing that could be a bit better is the consistency in terms of rooms. There were a lot of differences (like shower, video beamer, tv, Jacuzzi, etc) therefor it was hard to make a choice because it wasn't really that one room was an upgrade from the other, because all of them were so different.

We got a cheap upgrade to a private villa with a Beamer where we could see our favorite shows. On our anniversary they decorated the room when we went out for dinner! Really sweet personnel!
We where too far away from other places on the islands and therefor stayed in the hotel/resort for a swim etc. not bad but the only downside.

Pick-up service from the airport worked very well.
Upon arrival I was upgraded to the villa with private pool.
The private pool is amazing.
The huge room is well equipped and offers everything you need.
The food in the hotel is a dream, there is something for all nations.
Change requests are taken into account and everything was there very quickly.
The resort is a bit isolated which makes it very quiet and allows space to enjoy the beach and sea undisturbed.
I can definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come again.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner made annoying humming noises

despite a small hiccup along the way, they made it all go smooth and super professional.

Peaceful spot, with French (english speaking) Scuba instructor on-site. Resort scooters for hire made it so convenient to look around the area or go to the local attractions-Lombok Wildlife Park (excellent), and the Pearl Farm for a tour to see how the pearls are created ($17 Aus) well worth it. We had a wonderful stay here, in the sea view room. Rooms with own pool also available, but have no view.
This is a great place, close to the fast boat terminal.

Located just 10 minutes from the harbour, tucked in a quiet bay we had an amazing experience in this resort.
The villa was spacious and tastefully decorated plus the private pool added a nice touch.The main pool overlooking the beach made for some great swimming and the restaurant onsite was very good and reasonably priced with great variety. The staff were the highlight of our stay and made the experience even better. If you want peace and harmony, you are at the right place.

really great facilities and location. I stayed just for one night before going on a 4 day boat trip where i would be sleeping on the deck and was exactly what i wanted. Easy to relax and staff extremely helpful. i was also given a free upgrade from a junior to deluxe suite upon arrival.

The staff were exceptional. Very warm and super helpful. Probably the highlight of the stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a plunge pool which was very nice of them. I like that the rooms have a projector instead of a TV. Overall the hotel is fine, it's also very very quiet, you barely see other guests (only in the mornings during breakfast and at night during dinner), so if solitude, peace and quiet is what you're after then this place is suitable. It was a comfortable stay.
I was expecting a bit more in terms of a 4 star hotel. For a lack of a better word i felt like the rooms are very 'basic'.
