Exceptional

Annie the owner is really nice, she helped give me advice on things to do around the Island, she also has motorbikes to hire so I hired a bike off her aswell to explore the Island. The room is nice and clean with a fridge and tea and coffee, it's a really good location in a private area and a very nice pool. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc.

Fantastic value for money! Staff are super friendly, rooms are a good size, lots of places to eat nearby, and a nice clean beach is a 5minute walk away for amazing sunsets. Pool is clean and they always leave water and towels each day if you choose not to have your room cleaned.

The bathroom is small so when you have a shower the floor is wet if you need to go to the toilet or use the sink. Also, I couldn't work out how to get hot water, but the weather was hot anyway so cold showers were great. Quite a lot of mozzies and ants, but I think that's just the general area

Very good

Very large room, large bed and comfortable pillows. Hot shower water. The pool has both a shallow and deep end. Very easy to access the beach. The reception provided a variety of brochures about local tours. Good value.

Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. (Fans and sinks) The duvet cover was too big for the duvet so it would bunch up a lot.

Swimming pool not operating

Nice garden; bed; one of the personal who speaks English.

The swimming pool is not working, so you can not use it. There were Vietnamese men living in the hotel, apparently family of the owner and they were constantly looking through our windows.

Amazing - will be returning!

Beautiful space, all amenities provided in the room and gorgeous swimming pool. Location was 5 minutes walk from long beach and near lots of shops, restaurants and spas. Bike rental was really cheap and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend as it is fantastic value for money.

I’d stay again! Recommend, nice & quiet, easy access to beach

Relaxed atmosphere and nice staff, always helpful and kind. The room was clean and roomy. The location was very close to the beach. definitely on the right side of the island.

Lovely place to stay. Has a pool facility and also is in very Accessible are to long beach. Only issue was the bathroom lights were out and no one changed it despite my request. Also the water taps were not working till it took 40 mins to be sorted. But lovely staff, good location. (issue was with only my room I think). But clean and quite large rooms as well.

the host was superb. extremely friendly and accommodating. we were collected free of charge from the airport. he organised our trips and paid for them for us and let us pay him back when we had the cash. the location is great, near to bars/restaurants.

Facilities were not good. The light in my room is broken. They replaced it but it was broken again. The rug in the bathroom was dirty.

coffee is delicious and staff is very friendly and supportive. walk 4 minutes to the beach, we have good time seeing sunset.
