Beautiful
Liked the suite, the private coast is very comfortable and fun
I’m not sure if it is coz of the place or COVID rules - they used too much plastic glasses, even when asked for alcoholic drink

I give big thanks from me to Wael in Serivce staff he was very helpful and polite and fast , in all hotel I like only Wael

An enjoyable week, in a nice environment with lovely staff.
The hotel gardens were well kept and beautiful - the gardeners do a very good job. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and view. Staff were friendly especially the young man who set up the beds on the Royal beach was great.
The room was starting to get a little tired e.g. bathroom tiling looking a little dirty and the rug in the main room was stained. The food was ok, which has been our experience of all-inclusive in Sharm. The hot and sour soup in the Chinese restaurant needs to be taken off the menu. Generally, the bars and restaurants seemed to be under staffed: most restaurants had one serving member of staff who disappeared for quite some time to get orders, and a queue often appeared at the main bar on the entertainment floor. Smaller denominations in local currency were hard to obtain and we spent far too long considering how we would be able to tip staff fairly. Why can't a centralised box be provided at the reception to be shared to all staff - for a very small outlay this would help both visitors and staff.
