The room was incredible, every little detail thought of, the view was stunning and floating breakfast in our pool every morning was a wonderful addition. The staff were just amazing. We cancelled our next hotel and stayed an extra night we loved it so much.

Amazing concept. Very nice staff. Incredible integration with nature. Great sky pools. Food was fine, room service was amazing.

Slow and convoluted checkin and checkout. During a rain storm, the unit leaked onto the bed, fouling a large part of the sleeping surface. Also a large section of the floor was puddles, due to leaks.

The view was amazing. The sky-pool was spectacular. The presidential suite was amazing with the infinity pool and unreal view. The food was yummy. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

Water pipe was broken down and we didn't have water for half a day. We had to fill in the toilet tank manually. Food was pricey compare to the town.

the staff is very friendly, property is on an extremely beautiful land and they made sure it blends with nature. it’s a great place for couples. tea fantastic place for a peaceful couple of days.

not having somewhat a light in the outdoor showers for the nighttime. but it was a minor issue as we had our phone’s torches.

Everything from checkin to check out was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We ate in the restaurant for lunch one day and dinner the next. The food was delicious. Our mushroom had a hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed using. There was even a squirrel that visited at breakfast time for some mango and banana whilst we enjoyed eating in front of our mushroom whilst enjoying the most beautiful view. We also experienced a thunderstorm whilst lying in bed which was lovely to fall sleep too. Our stay really did have the wow factor! So treat yourself!

I love a Cubre Libre so was disappointed that they don’t serve Coca Cola at their resort! But, that was only a small irritant.

Wonderful experience

The location and the whole concept is beautiful. The grounds and amenities were first class - it felt truly special. The staff on the ground were great.

We emailed 48hrs prior to coming to ask for a private transfer - we emailed 3x extra times with no response. very frustrating and not good first impressions.

Beautiful environment -- needs work from a customer service prospective to warrant the high price...

This hotel was high on my list to try. Stunning location, scenery, and amenities, WOW! But unfortunately, this was the highest price of all the hotels we chose and also the biggest letdown. There was absolutely no hot water in our room the entire stay and the hot tubs followed suit which was extremely disappointing. Going to check out, our car to the airport was on time however we had to wait quite a while for the receptionist to return to check out... I explained that we were really unhappy with the cold water situation and also very late getting to the airport for a return international flight, and he proceeded to say hold on I need you to wait until I finish this other task. I was pretty irritated considering we needed to leave to assure timeliness to our flight. 10 min later he finally decided to extend the courtesy of comping our meal from the night before, which seemed like a small but nice gesture (finally). Again, this is a STUNNING place, with so much potential... however at that price for the quite apparent struggle we had with cold showers and hot tubs (which were touted as the feature), I don't know that I would stay here again... water heaters break, I understand that happens, however the receptionist did not really bat an eye -- was not impressed from a customer service perspective.

This place is phenomenal. It is worth going out of your way to stay here. Facilities are top notch, the views are spectacular, the food is absolutely delicious, the pool is so beautiful! The rooms are just a dream too. Go here!!

The staff were all very helpful at all stages of our stay. The restaurant was the best I have been served at. The food was full of flavors I seldom appreciate anywhere. The serving portions perfect and all serving was for your happiness. The mushroom area were a short hike from the top of the hill, but this is glamping, adventure. Staff moves all your luggage to your room with always a smile. I rate this a must go to experience. If you go to anywhere, go to this area. You really need at least 5 days to enjoy this resort, tutu transport, and all the features of the surrounding town and peoples.

For older less healthy it may be a workout. This isn't a place for disability or wheelchair.

The best glamping experience I have had (it is still just a fancy tent). The staff were incredible and the WhatsApp communication to order room service or any questions was very fast and efficient. Most staff spoke excellent English and others were patient and happy to work with a translation app.

A little more information beforehand would be useful. You can't just walk to and from the location easily but there are cheap and readily available tuktuks.
