The charm of this BNB, right on the lake, the kindness of its owner, sharing a lot of information with us and taking care of all our needs. The room definitely comfortable and the location not too far from the Peñol.
The breakfast is one of the best we've had in Colombia!
A bit of a mix-up we the check out as we were asked to put our bags outside in case we were not being able to make it back before. Even though we did, the room was already cleaned which made it a bit uncomfortable to shower after the hike.
The room was not spotlessly clean as well when we took it, but we were okay considering the location.

Serendipity feels like a home because the host is so welcoming, the bed so comfy, and the landscaping full of beauty. Situated in a quiet cove on the lake, it’s a wonderful location to relax in the area. It’s also easy to get a ride into Guatape or to climb the rock. Breakfast is included, homemade and delicious! Dine with a view of the lake and the rock as a bonus.
There is nothing to dislike - the place is perfection.
