A warm and wonderful stay in an amazing area.

l’Adresse botanique is extremely well situated, close to the métro, le jardin botanique and for my purposes, my family and my grandson’s daycare. It was an easy walk to Provigo, marché Maisonneuve and Arhoma boulangerie. I appreciated the décor and the cleanliness of Jean-Pierre’s hébergement. I felt as though I was staying at home: comfortable chairs, reading lights, art on the walls, lovely bed linens, ample towels, slippers and a housecoat. Jean-Pierre has made every effort to be certain his guests enjoy their stay. Jean-Pierre is an exceptional host: making certain his guests have all they need, and regularly cleaning the common areas and rooms. He was friendly, yet discreet, not interfering in my stay, yet checking in to be certain all was okay. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jean-Pierre.

I have arthritis in my knees, and I found the front steps a little steep without a handrail.

Excellent choice in Montréal

Such a great experience in Montréal. The place is very conveniently located, a few minutes from the Pie-X metro station and many bus lines as well. It is neat and clean, with all the amenities of a complete home. Jean-Pierre and Sarah welcomed us since the first contact, and were very attentive to the details. I couldn't recommend it more.

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean and cosy atmosphere - I felt like I was staying at a relatives house. We ended up having the whole place to ourselves as there were no other bookings and it felt very luxurious.

Comfy room in a beautiful house

We had great time at Jean-Pierre’s beautiful house. The room is beautiful and very comfortable and so is the rest of the house. It was also a real pleasure to meet Jean-Pierre himself who provided us with a lot if useful tips. Free parking just outside the house was a real bonus.

In all very relaxing Jean-Pierre went out of his way to make sure we where accomotaded.

Jean Pierre super cool guy rooms are excellent ,clean near the metro, I highly recommend this place.

Superb

Comfortable, quiet, near Pie IX métro and the botanical gardens, affordable. Spacious rooms; my second stay. It's not for everyone, but a great oasis in east Montréal.

The best stay for the money, hands down.

The location was great. It's right by a subway station, or metro. It was suggested that we get an opus card with a 3 day pass for our stay and it was perfect. Everything was amazing, the whole apartment was super stylish, clean and well taken care of. We couldn't have had better luck than finding this gem.

There was nothing we didn't like. There's a gas station down the street, a taco and burger/poutine place across the street and stuff to see everywhere.

The host Jean Pierre was very nice and friendly. He helped us with our lagged. He showed us the place around and gave us restaurant suggestions. The place is close to the subway, the room was cool and clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a nice big shower, everything was nicely organized and clean

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood near Old Town Montréal

We booked a room in this wonderful apartment and it was really nice. Quiet neighborhood, near to the metro station where you can get in Old Town in short time. Jean-Pierre is very nice and welcoming. We would recommend it!

In total it was a really good exprience, recommend this place.

Host(Jean-Pierre) is very kind and helpful. As soon as we arive he showed us our room and we had little tour in the house. House was very clean, clean Bathroom, hot shower, you have fully furnished kitchen to cook if you want (even dishwasher!). He also showed us around the house, told us how to find metro station and what are the events.

A pleasant surprise on short notice in a busy time. A little gem.

The closeness to a subway stop, and gardins was great. Very stylish and the attention to interior design concept details was a subtly exciting element. Polite, helpful and considerate host, has great suggestions for what to do in the city, especially for arts-related trips. Great facilities available. Really appreciate the rates weren't raised in relation to a busy city weekend for travellers. Good value for money.

A lock on the shared bathroom would increase comfort through security. No soap in the bathroom was confusing.
